Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all implementations consistent with one or more embodiments of the present specification. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with aspects of one or more embodiments of the present description as detailed in the accompanying claims.
It should be noted that: in other embodiments, the steps of the corresponding method are not necessarily performed in the order shown and described in this specification. In some other embodiments, the method may include more or fewer steps than described in this specification. Furthermore, individual steps described in this specification, in other embodiments, may be described as being split into multiple steps; while various steps described in this specification may be combined into a single step in other embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic architecture diagram of an interface switching system according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 1, the system may include a server 11, a network 12, a number of electronic devices, such as a cell phone 13, a cell phone 14, and the like.
The server 11 may be a physical server comprising a separate host, or the server 11 may be a virtual server carried by a cluster of hosts. During the running process, the server 11 may run a program on the server side of a certain application to implement the relevant service functions of the application, for example, when the server 11 runs a program of the mobile community office platform, it may be implemented as a service end of the mobile community office platform.
In this embodiment, the mobile group office platform not only can realize a communication function, but also can be used as an integrated functional platform with many other functions, for example, for processing approval events (such as examination events including leave, office object claims, finance, etc.), attendance events, task events, log events, etc., and further for processing external events of groups such as ordering, purchasing, etc., which is not limited by one or more embodiments of the present disclosure.
The handsets 13-14 are but one type of electronic device that may be used by a user. Indeed, it is obvious that the user may also use electronic devices of the type such as: tablet devices, notebook computers, personal computers (PDAs), personal DIGITAL ASSISTANTS, wearable devices (e.g., smart glasses, smart watches, etc.), etc., to which one or more embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited. In the running process, the electronic device can run a program at the client side of a certain application to realize relevant business functions of the application, for example, when the electronic device runs a program of the mobile group office platform, the electronic device can be realized as the client side of the mobile group office platform.
It should be noted that: an application of a client of the mobile community office platform may be pre-installed on an electronic device such that the client may be launched and run on the electronic device; of course, when an online "client" such as HTML5 technology is employed, the client can be obtained and run without installing a corresponding application on the electronic device.
And the network 12 for interaction between the handsets 13-14 and the server 11 may comprise various types of wired or wireless networks. Communication interaction can be performed between electronic devices such as mobile phones 13-14 through the network 12, for example, a single chat communication session is established between any two electronic devices; or a plurality of electronic devices can participate in the same group chat communication session, so that any user can send communication messages to all other users in the group chat communication session through the electronic devices of the user. In addition, the mobile phones 13-14 can also independently realize a plurality of functions of the mobile group office platform.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an interface switching method according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the method is applied to an electronic device (such as the mobile phones 13-14 shown in fig. 1, etc.), and may include the following steps:
Step 202, a user-triggered operation for a communication application is detected.
In one embodiment, the electronic device has a client running a communication application, which may include a mobile community office platform as described above, i.e., the communication application integrates communication functions and community management functions. For example, the communication application may implement communication functions such as instant messaging, short messages, mail, etc., and the communication application may implement group management functions such as approval, attendance, tasks, journals, etc.
In one embodiment, the group may include a plurality of types of enterprises, departments, organizations, social groups, schools, classes, hospitals, forces, government authorities, and the like, which are not limited by the present specification.
In one embodiment, the user-triggered operation for a communication application may include a variety of forms. For example, a global floating window may be displayed in the communication application, that is, the global floating window may be displayed in all interfaces of the communication application, and the global floating window may be displayed in a floating manner on the interface so as to facilitate the user to implement the triggering operation. By setting the global floating window, a user can implement triggering operation on the global floating window at any time in any interface in the process of using the communication application, so that the efficiency of calling out the entry selection interface by the user is improved. Of course, in some cases, the operation floating window may be displayed in a portion of a specific interface in the communication application, where the specific interface may be at least one interface defined by default or user-defined in the communication application, so that the operation floating window is only shown in the specific interfaces and not shown in other interfaces, thereby avoiding interference with the user's view and operation of the other interfaces. For another example, in the case where the communication application is at the front end (i.e., any interface of the communication application is displayed on the screen of the electronic device, or any interface of the communication application is included in a plurality of interfaces simultaneously displayed on the screen of the electronic device), when a shake operation of the electronic device where the user is located with respect to the communication application is detected (e.g., by a gravity sensor, an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope, or the like), it may be determined that a user-triggered operation with respect to the communication application occurs. The communication application may provide the various forms described above to detect user-triggered operations by a user selecting one or more of the forms. When the user selects to use a plurality of forms simultaneously, the user triggering operation can be judged to occur as long as the operation implemented by the user meets any one of the forms; for example, whether the user triggers the global floating window or performs a shaking operation for the electronic device, the user may be considered to perform the user triggering operation described above for the communication application.
Step 204, starting an entry selection interface of the communication application, displaying entry options of the communication interface related to the user history operation in a first area of the entry selection interface, and displaying entry options of a group management function interface related to the user history operation in a second area of the entry selection interface.
In one embodiment, the entry options are used to switch to the corresponding interface, such as: for the entry options of the communication interfaces related to the historical operation of the user, selecting the entry options can enter the corresponding communication interfaces; for an entry option of a community management function interface associated with a user's historical operations, selecting the entry option may enter the corresponding community management function interface. Therefore, the entry options corresponding to the communication interface are used for meeting the communication requirements of the user, and the entry options corresponding to the group management function interface are used for meeting the group management requirements of the user. The presentation area of the portal selection interface is limited and thus the portal options that can be shown are limited. If the entry options corresponding to the communication interface and the group management function interface are displayed in a mixed manner in the entry selection interface, the following steps may be caused: when the user frequently uses the communication function recently, the entry selection interface is caused to only show the entry option corresponding to the communication interface, and the entry option corresponding to the group management function interface cannot be shown, or when the user frequently uses the group management function recently, the entry selection interface is caused to only show the entry option corresponding to the group management function interface, and the entry option corresponding to the communication interface cannot be shown, so that the communication requirement and the group management requirement of the user cannot be considered. Therefore, through respectively displaying the different types of entry options in the first area and the second area, the different types of entry options can be displayed separately, mutual confusion and interference are avoided, and the user is ensured to realize efficient communication and efficient group management at the same time.
In one embodiment, the community management function interface corresponds to a community management function, which may include internal functions included in the communication application described above; further, the group management function may further include an internal function included in an application program other than the communication application, that is, an external function corresponding to the communication application, so as to implement cross-application function interface display in the portal selection interface, thereby facilitating a user to quickly implement cross-application interface switching.
In an embodiment, if the user performs the above-mentioned user-triggered operation when the communication application is located at any interface, the communication application may be switched from the any interface to the entry selection interface; or the portal selection interface can be presented in a window form, so that the communication application can display a temporary window in a superposition manner on the basis of any one of the above interfaces, and the portal selection interface is displayed in the temporary window.
In an embodiment, the entry options in the first area and the entry options in the second area may be arranged in reverse order according to the access sequence of the user to the related interface, so that the user may respectively view the entry options corresponding to the communication interface and the group management function interface that have been accessed recently in the first area and the second area; of course, other manners of ordering may be used, such as ordering by interface name, ordering by predefined function priority or interface priority, etc., which is not limited by this description.
In an embodiment, although the first area and the second area have limited corresponding display areas on the screen, so that the number of the entry options displayed on the screen at the same time is limited, the user can implement a sliding operation in the first area or the second area, so that the entry options being displayed move out of the screen and the entry options not being displayed move into the screen to be displayed, and thus the user can see a larger number of the entry options in the first area and the second area.
In one embodiment, the entry options may include at least one of: the name of the related interface, the preview window of the related interface. The relevant interfaces herein refer to interfaces corresponding to the entry options, and do not refer specifically to one or some interfaces. For example, for the communication interface, the name of the communication interface is the name of the opposite-end communication party, such as a personal name or a group name; for the community management function interface, the name of the community management function interface may be the name of the community management function. For another example, for the communication interface, the preview window may be a thumbnail window of the communication interface, but the content in the communication interface may be updated synchronously in the preview window, so that the user can know the update condition of the communication interface in time at the entry option; for the community management function interface, the preview window may be a thumbnail window of the display interface when the user uses the community management function last time, so that the community management operation of the user has continuity. For another example, for a centralized presentation interface described below, the preview window may be a thumbnail window of the centralized presentation interface corresponding to any type of browsing object.
In one embodiment, hints for unprocessed events within the relevant interface can be presented at the entry options. For example, at the entry options corresponding to the communication interface, the number of unread messages in the communication interface, the reading condition of the message sent by the opposite-end communication party to the local user, whether the opposite-end communication party is inputting or not, and other prompt information can be shown. For another example, at the entry options corresponding to the community management function interface, prompt information such as the number of unprocessed events, the number of unread messages, and the like in the community management function interface may be shown. For another example, at the entry options corresponding to the browsing objects described below, the number of new browsing objects of the corresponding type, whether update (new addition, deletion, modification, or the like) occurs, and other prompt information may be shown.
In an embodiment, for an entry option of any communication interface displayed in the first area, determining an entry option corresponding to a specific group management function interface associated with the any communication interface from the entry options displayed in the second area; then, the entry options of any communication interface and the entry options of the specific group management function interface can be displayed in a correlated mode. The corresponding relation between the communication interface and the group management function interface can be determined in various modes: for example, when the home terminal user is in any communication interface, the home terminal user is directly switched to a certain group management function interface from an inlet in any communication interface, so that the association relationship between the group management function interface and any communication interface can be determined; for another example, the communication content generated by the local end user corresponding to any communication interface in the last communication process of the opposite end user can be obtained, and the related group management function is determined by analyzing (local analysis or cloud analysis) the keyword or the semantic of the communication content, for example, when the communication content includes "log", the related group management function is determined to be "log", when the communication content includes "navigation", the related group management function is determined to be "map", etc.
In one embodiment, the above-described association presentation may be implemented in the event that the user has not triggered the associated entry option; or not in case the user has not triggered the associated entry option, but only in case the user has triggered the associated entry option (e.g. selected a certain entry option). There are a variety of ways that the entry options of any of the communication interfaces described above may be presented in association with the entry options of a particular community management function interface: for example, the same identification may be presented on the associated entry option; for another example, when entry option a is associated with entry option B, information (e.g., an icon, etc.) of entry option B may be presented in the vicinity of entry option a, and information of entry option a may be presented in the vicinity of entry option B; for another example, the associated entry options are highlighted by flashing, highlighting, background darkening, etc.
Step 206, switching to the interface corresponding to the selected entry option according to the user selection operation for the displayed entry option.
As described above, the user can select the entry options corresponding to the interested interface according to the own requirement, so that the user can quickly switch to the interface without searching for the corresponding interface in the communication application, thereby simplifying the user operation and improving the operation efficiency.
In an embodiment, an entry option corresponding to at least one type of browsing object may be displayed in the third area of the entry selection interface, for example, the browsing object may include a picture, a video, a link, a document, a log, etc., which is not limited in this specification. The communication application can default a plurality of entry options corresponding to the browsing objects, and the user can customize the types of the browsing objects corresponding to the displayed entry options. Accordingly, when the entry option corresponding to any type of browsing object is triggered, the method can switch to the centralized display interface corresponding to any type of browsing object, so as to perform centralized display on any type of browsing object that has been browsed by the user (browsed in the communication application).
In an embodiment, the usage data of the communication application by the user, such as the usage duration, the usage frequency, etc. of each application function, and the communication duration, the communication frequency, etc. of each user may be counted, so as to be used for reference by the user. When the statistical data is output, the user can also screen out the interested data dimension according to the actual demand, and set the data ordering mode which is hoped to be adopted, so as to realize personalized customization of the statistical data. The communication application can also provide working advice such as work management, time management and the like for the user based on the obtained statistical data so as to facilitate the improvement of the working efficiency of the user. Further, the communication application may also evaluate the performance score of the user according to the above statistics, for example, the greater the number of the group management functions used, the higher the frequency of use, and the higher the corresponding performance score.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of another interface switching method provided by an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the method is applied to an electronic device (such as the mobile phones 13-14 shown in fig. 1, etc.), and may include the following steps:
In step 302, a user-triggered action for a communication application is detected.
And 304, starting an entry selection interface of the communication application, and separating and displaying entry options of the communication interface related to the user history operation and entry options of a group management function interface related to the user history operation in the entry selection interface.
Therefore, through separate display of different types of entry options, mutual confusion and interference can be avoided, and users are ensured to realize efficient communication and efficient group management at the same time.
In an embodiment, the entry options of the communication interface related to the user history operation and the entry options of the group management function interface related to the user history operation may be respectively displayed in different areas, such as a first area and a second area that are separated from each other, in the entry selection interface, so that the user can effectively distinguish the different types of entry options visually, thereby realizing efficient communication and efficient group management. Of course, the differentiated display can be realized in other ways; for example, the entry options of the communication interface related to the user history operation and the entry options of the community management function interface related to the user history operation may correspond to the same area in the entry selection interface, different types of entry options may be time-division multiplexed on the area, or the displayed entry options may be switched under the trigger of the user, so that the entry selection interface simultaneously displays a relatively larger number of the same types of entry options.
In an embodiment, the same type of entry options can be arranged in reverse order according to the access sequence of the user to the related interfaces, so that the user can view the entry options corresponding to the communication interface or the group management function interface which has been accessed recently; of course, other manners of ordering may be used, such as ordering by interface name, ordering by predefined function priority or interface priority, etc., which is not limited by this description.
Step 306, switching to the interface corresponding to the selected entry option according to the user selection operation for the displayed entry option.
As described above, the user can select the entry options corresponding to the interested interface according to the own requirement, so that the user can quickly switch to the interface without searching for the corresponding interface in the communication application, thereby simplifying the user operation and improving the operation efficiency.
In an embodiment, at least one type of entry option corresponding to a browsing object may be displayed on the entry selection interface (e.g., a third area different from the first area and the second area), for example, the browsing object may include a picture, a video, a link, a document, a log, etc., which is not limited in this specification.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of yet another interface switching method provided by an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 4, the method is applied to an electronic device (such as the mobile phones 13-14 shown in fig. 1, etc.), and may include the following steps:
In step 402, a user-triggered action for a communication application is detected.
And step 404, starting an entry selection interface of the communication application, and separating and displaying entry options of various types of interfaces related to the historical operation of the user in the entry selection interface.
In one embodiment, the entry options are used to switch to the corresponding interface, such as: for the entry options of the communication interfaces related to the historical operation of the user, selecting the entry options can enter the corresponding communication interfaces; for the entry options of the community management function interface related to the historical operation of the user, selecting the entry options can enter the corresponding community management function interface; for the entry options of the centralized presentation interface related to at least one type of browsing object related to the user history operation, a plurality of entry options corresponding to the browsing objects can be set in the communication application by default, the user can customize the browsing object types corresponding to the presented entry options, and when the entry option corresponding to any type of browsing object is triggered, the user can switch to the centralized presentation interface corresponding to any type of browsing object to perform centralized presentation on any type of browsing object that the user browses (browses in the communication application). Of course, other entry options are possible and will not be described in detail herein. Therefore, the entry options corresponding to the communication interface are used for meeting the communication requirements of the user, the entry options corresponding to the group management function interface are used for meeting the group management requirements of the user, the entry options corresponding to the centralized display interface are used for meeting the browsing requirements of the user on related browsing objects, and the like. The presentation area of the portal selection interface is limited and thus the portal options that can be shown are limited. If the entry options corresponding to the communication interface, the group management function interface and the centralized display interface are displayed in a mixed manner in the entry selection interface, the following may be caused: when the user frequently uses the communication function recently, the entry selection interface is caused to only show the entry options corresponding to the communication interface, the group management function interface and the entry options corresponding to the centralized display interface cannot be displayed, or when the user frequently uses the group management function recently, the entry selection interface is caused to only show the entry options corresponding to the group management function interface, the communication interface and the entry options corresponding to the centralized display interface cannot be displayed, and when the user frequently uses the browsing function aiming at the browsing object recently, the entry selection interface is caused to only show the entry options corresponding to the centralized display interface, the communication interface and the entry options corresponding to the group management function interface cannot be displayed, so that various requirements of the user cannot be considered. Therefore, through separate display of different types of entry options, mutual confusion and interference can be avoided, and the user is ensured to realize multiple efficient operations at the same time.
In an embodiment, the entry options of the various types of interfaces related to the user history operation may be respectively displayed in different areas separated from each other in the entry selection interface, for example, the entry options of the communication interface related to the user history operation are displayed in the first area, the entry options of the group management function interface related to the user history operation are displayed in the second area, and the entry options corresponding to the centralized display interface related to the user history operation are displayed in the third area, so that the user can effectively distinguish the different types of entry options visually, and multiple efficient operations are simultaneously realized. Of course, the differentiated display can be realized in other ways; for example, the entry options of each type of interface associated with the user history may correspond to the same region in the entry selection interface, different types of entry options may time-division multiplex the region, or the presented entry options may be switched under user trigger such that the entry selection interface simultaneously presents a relatively greater number of the same type of entry options.
In an embodiment, although the corresponding display areas of the first area, the second area and the third area on the screen are limited, so that the number of the entry options displayed on the screen at the same time is limited, the user can implement a sliding operation in the first area, the second area or the third area, so that the entry options being displayed move out of the screen and the entry options not being displayed move into the screen to be displayed, and thus the user can see more entry options in the first area, the second area and the third area.
In one embodiment, the entry options may include at least one of: the name of the related interface, the preview window of the related interface. The relevant interfaces herein refer to interfaces corresponding to the entry options, and do not refer specifically to one or some interfaces. For example, for the communication interface, the name of the communication interface is the name of the opposite-end communication party, such as a personal name or a group name; for the community management function interface, the name of the community management function interface may be the name of the community management function; for a centralized presentation interface, the name of the centralized presentation interface may be the name of a corresponding type of browsing object, such as a picture, a video, a link, a document, a log, and the like. For another example, for a centralized presentation interface, the preview window may be a thumbnail window of the centralized presentation interface corresponding to any type of browsing object.
For another example, at the entry options corresponding to the browsing objects, the number of new browsing objects of the corresponding type, whether update (new addition, deletion, modification, etc.) occurs, and other prompt information may be shown.
Step 406, switching to the interface corresponding to the selected entry option according to the user selection operation for the displayed entry option.
As described above, the user can select the entry options corresponding to the interested interface according to the own requirement, so that the user can quickly switch to the interface without searching for the corresponding interface in the communication application, thereby simplifying the user operation and improving the operation efficiency.
In order to facilitate understanding, an interface switching scheme of the present specification will be described below by taking a certain communication application TT as an example, and combining an interface schematic diagram of the communication application TT.
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a global floating window in a message list interface, provided by an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, in the message list interface 50 in the communication application TT, a global floating window 501 may be shown, where the global floating window 501 floats on the display content in the message list interface 50, so that the user can always conveniently view the global floating window 501 and implement a triggering operation for the global floating window 501.
The transparency of global floating window 501 may be relatively high to reduce occlusion by presentation content within message list interface 50. The presentation position of the global floating window 501 may be changed, for example, a user may perform a drag operation on the global floating window 501 as required to drag it to any position desired to be placed.
The global floating window is called as a global floating window because the global floating window can be displayed in all interfaces or almost all interfaces in the communication application TT, so that a user can trigger the global floating window at any time. For example, FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating a global floating window at a communication session interface, as provided by an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 6, in a communication session interface 60 between a home end user and a peer end user "xiaobai", a global floating window 601 may be shown; wherein the transparency of the global floating window 601 may be relatively high, and the display position of the global floating window 601 may be changed, reference may be made to the description above for the global floating window 501.
The global floating window 501 and the global floating window 601 may be the same presentation object, that is, when the communication application TT switches between the message list interface 50 and the communication session interface 60, reloading is not required for the global floating window 501 or the global floating window 601, so as to reduce equipment resource consumption. Even, all global floating windows displayed in the interface of the communication application TT can be the same display object. Or the global floating window 501 and the global floating window 601 may be different display objects, and even the global floating windows displayed in different interfaces in the communication application TT may be different display objects.
There may be various forms of operation for the global floating window 501 or 601, such as clicking, long pressing, heavy pressing, dragging according to a preset trajectory, dragging to a preset area, etc., which the present specification does not limit. When a triggering operation for the global floating window 501 or 601 is detected, the communication application TT may switch to the multi-window interface 70 as shown in fig. 7A, which corresponds to the entry selection interface in the foregoing embodiment; FIG. 7A is a schematic diagram of a multi-window interface according to an exemplary embodiment.
The multi-window interface 70 may include multiple presentation areas from top to bottom: display area 71, display area 72, and display area 73. The entry options displayed in the different display areas correspond to different types of functions in the communication application TT, respectively, so that the user can process multiple types of functions in the multi-window interface 70 at the same time, and the different functions are not mutually doped and interfered.
The presentation area 71 is used to present entry options related to "recent chat", such as entry option "xiao bai" corresponding to a communication session interface between the home terminal user and the peer terminal user "xiao bai", and by selecting entry option "xiao bai" it is possible to directly switch to the communication session interface 60 between the home terminal user and the peer terminal user "xiao bai" as shown in fig. 6, no matter which interface was previously in. Similarly, the entry option "AA" corresponds to a communication session interface between the home terminal user and the opposite terminal user "AA", and by selecting the entry option "AA", the communication session interface between the home terminal user and the opposite terminal user "AA" can be directly switched. In the display area 71, the multiple entry options may be arranged in reverse order from left to right according to the access order of the home terminal user to the corresponding communication session interfaces, for example, the communication session interface 60 is accessed recently, so that the entry option "xiaobai" is located at the leftmost side, and the entry options "AA", "BB", "CC", "DD" corresponding to the communication session interfaces accessed earlier are arranged sequentially to the right. Of course, other arrangements may be used, and this is not a limitation of the present description. In addition to the 5 entry options already shown in fig. 7A, when the home terminal user performs a sliding operation from right to left in the presentation area 71, the presentation area 71 may be caused to show an entry option corresponding to a communication session interface that the home terminal user has accessed earlier.
The presentation area 72 is used to present entry options related to "most recently used", such as an entry option "log" corresponding to an associated interface of a group management function "log" in the communication application TT, an entry option "approval" corresponding to an associated interface of a group management function "approval" in the communication application TT, an entry option "map" corresponding to an associated interface of a group management function "map" in the communication application TT, and the like. By selecting a certain entry option, a fast switch can be made to the relevant interface of the corresponding community management function. Similar to presentation area 71, the various entry options within presentation area 72 may also be presented sequentially in the order of the closest access to the corresponding interface by the home end user. When the home terminal user performs the sliding operation from right to left in the display area 72, the entry options corresponding to the communication session interface that the home terminal user has accessed earlier may also be displayed in the display area 72.
In addition to the functions in the communication application TT, if the communication application TT obtains a higher operation authority at the operating system, so that the communication application TT obtains a usage record of other applications by the user, and the other applications open interfaces to the application TT, the communication application may also display corresponding entry options in the display area 72 for the interfaces of other applications or the functions contained in other applications, so that the user can implement a rapid cross-application interface switching.
The display area 73 is used to display the entry options related to "recent browsing", such as the entry options "picture & video" correspond to a centralized display interface for pictures and videos, the centralized display interface is used to centralized display pictures and videos browsed by the local end user in the communication application TT, the entry options "link" corresponds to a centralized display interface for links, the centralized display interface is used to centralized display links browsed by the local end user in the communication application TT, the entry options "document" corresponds to a centralized display interface for documents, the centralized display interface is used to centralized display documents browsed by the local end user in the communication application TT, and the entry options "log" corresponds to a centralized display interface for logs, and the centralized display interface is used to centralized display logs browsed by the local end user in the communication application TT.
The entry options may include various types of information. For example, the entry options in the presentation area 71 include icons and names, the icons being icons of the corresponding communication session interfaces (for single chat scenarios, the icons being personal avatars of the opposite end users; for group chat scenarios, the icons being group avatars), the names of the corresponding communication sessions (for single chat scenarios, the names of the opposite end users; for group chat scenarios, the icons being group names). For another example, the entry options within the presentation area 72 include icons, names, and preview interfaces, where the icons and names are located above and the preview interface is located below, the preview interface being a thumbnail window of the relevant interface of the community management function to which the entry option corresponds. As another example, entry options within presentation area 73 include icons and names.
When an unprocessed event exists in the interface corresponding to the entry option, corresponding prompt information can be displayed at the entry option. For example, when 1 communication message sent by the "xiaobai" of the opposite terminal user is not yet read by the local terminal user, a number ① may be displayed on the icon of the corresponding entry option as a prompt message; similarly, when 2 communication messages sent by the opposite end user "BB" are not yet read by the home end user, a number ② may be displayed on the icon of the corresponding entry option as a prompt message. For another example, when there are 1 approval events that have not been processed in the relevant interface of the group management function "approval", a number ① may be shown on the icon of the corresponding entry option as a prompt message. For another example, when a status update occurs (e.g., content is modified) for a document previously viewed by the home terminal user, a number ① may be presented on the icon of the corresponding entry option as a prompt. Of course, rather than showing numbers on the icons, certain variations may be adopted for either the location of the showing or the information being shown, and this is not a limitation of the present description.
In the scene of showing the prompt information, the display area of the entry option is divided into an area corresponding to the prompt information and the rest areas, and when the user selects the entry option, different processing modes can be realized according to the triggered area. For example, when the triggered area is an area corresponding to the prompt information, indicating that the user is interested in the unprocessed event, the user can switch to a functional interface aiming at the corresponding unprocessed event, so that the user can check and process the unprocessed event as soon as possible; and when the triggered area is the rest area, for the function corresponding to the entry option, the user can switch to the interface related to the function (the function may have multiple related interfaces) recently accessed by the user, so that the user can continue the previous processing.
FIG. 7B is a schematic diagram of managing entry options via a timeline, as provided by an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 7B, below the entry options corresponding to each communication session interface shown in the display area 71, a timeline (timeline) 711 may be shown, and the latest access time of the communication session interface corresponding to each entry option is marked on the timeline 711, for example, if the final time when the local user leaves the communication session interface is 10:45, the latest access time corresponding to the corresponding entry option on the timeline 711 may be shown as 10:45, for example, further, if the final time when the local user leaves the communication session interface is 10:38, the latest access time corresponding to the corresponding entry option on the timeline 711 may be shown as 10:38.
Similarly, a timeline 721 may be presented below the entry options corresponding to each of the community management function interfaces shown in the presentation area 72, and the most recent access times for the communication session interfaces corresponding to each of the entry options may be marked on the timeline 721. Taking the home terminal user access log interface as an example, if the final moment when the home terminal user leaves the log interface is 10:45, the latest access moment can be shown on the timeline 721 corresponding to the corresponding entry option as 10:45; for another example, taking the map interface accessed by the home terminal user as an example, if the final time when the home terminal user leaves the map interface is 08:30, the latest access time corresponding to the corresponding entry option on the timeline 721 may be shown as 08:30.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 7B, the most recent access times on the timeline are shown in "split" granularity; while in other embodiments other granularity may be selected, such as seconds, hours, days, weeks, months, etc. For example, FIG. 7C is a schematic diagram of another management of entry options via a timeline provided by an exemplary embodiment; as shown in FIG. 7C, the timelines 711, 721 are granular with "days" showing the most recent access time of each interface. The adopted display granularity can be a default granularity in the TT of the communication application, and can be selected by a user according to the requirement.
FIG. 7D is a diagram illustrating a presentation of associations implemented between entry options provided in an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 7D, when detecting that the home terminal user selects an entry option corresponding to the communication session interface between himself and the user tab, an icon at the entry option may be changed (for example, from a white background and a black character shown in fig. 7A to a black background and white character shown in fig. 7D). Meanwhile, assuming that when the local user accesses the communication session interface corresponding to the user's white-light, by selecting the entry included in the communication session interface and jumping to the relevant interface of the group management function' approval ', the communication application TT can determine that the communication session interface corresponding to the user's white-light and the relevant interface of the group management function 'approval' exist in association, so that the entry options corresponding to the relevant interface of the group management function 'approval' are automatically changed (for example, the white-background black word shown in fig. 7A is changed into the black-background white word shown in fig. 7D), so that the association display between the entry options in the display area 71 and the display area 72 can be realized, and the user can quickly understand the association relationship between the corresponding functions or interfaces.
Fig. 8A is an interface diagram of a trigger mode setting according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 8A, the communication application TT may provide a setting interface 80 for the triggering mode, where the setting interface 80 may be selected by the user to use the global floating window mode as described above or other modes to quickly switch to the multi-window interface 70 as shown in fig. 7A, such as other modes may include panning, fixing a tab page, etc., which is not limited in this specification. Taking a shake entry as an example, assuming that the user uses the communication application TT on the mobile phone, when any interface of the communication application TT is in a front-end display state on the mobile phone, the user can quickly switch to the multi-window interface 70 by shaking the mobile phone. Taking the fixed tab page as an example, in the message list interface 50 shown in fig. 8B, the bottom of the interface includes several tab pages such as "multi-window" and "message", so that the home terminal user can quickly switch to the multi-window interface 70 by selecting the tab page of "multi-window".
