Background
With the improvement of the life quality of people, basic household households purchase refrigerators to store food. When the service life of the refrigerator is prolonged, the door seal is in a stressed state for a long time, so that the problems of aging deformation, demagnetization and the like are easily caused, and the phenomenon that the refrigerator door is not tightly closed is further caused. Namely, the door is basically in the closed position, but the door seal magnetic stripe is not attracted with the box body. This phenomenon is not easy to be found by users, which results in long-time cold leakage at the door seal, poor refrigerating and fresh-keeping effects of the refrigerator, and may cause the problems of food deterioration, frost or dew formation of the refrigerator, increased power consumption and the like.
The vast majority of refrigerators in the existing market adopt travel switch and magnetic control switch to detect the opening and closing state of the refrigerator door, the refrigerator body and the refrigerator door are laminated to a certain extent and then judged to be closed, and whether the door seal magnetic stripe and the refrigerator body are closely attracted can not be detected. Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a device and a method for detecting whether a refrigerator door is not tightly closed, which can detect the condition that a door seal magnetic stripe is not tightly attracted with a refrigerator body, remind a user of timely handling and avoid the problems.

Furthermore, the conductive strip is arranged at the edge position of a door sealing strip of the door body; the display unit is arranged in the middle of the front side of the door body.
Further, the contact switch is installed at the edge position of the opening end of the box body.
Further, the contact switch is a capacitive contact switch.
Further, the reminding unit further comprises a buzzer or a mobile terminal; and the control panel transmits a control signal to the buzzer or the mobile terminal.
A method for detecting whether a refrigerator door is not closed tightly comprises the following steps:
stp1, a touch switch arranged on the refrigerator body outputs a refrigerator door body position detection signal at the current moment, if the touch switch detects that the conductive strips are close, a door body position detection signal 1 is output, otherwise, a door body position detection signal 2 is output;
stp2, the control board judges whether the refrigerator door body is closed at the moment according to the refrigerator door body position detection signal output by the touch switch, and outputs the refrigerator door body position signal;
stp3, if the control panel outputs a door position signal 1, it indicates that the refrigerator door is in a closed state, and does not need to remind the user; and when the control panel outputs a door position signal 2, which indicates that the refrigerator door is not closed tightly, the reminding module reminds the user.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the invention, the conductive strips and the capacitive touch switches are arranged on the door body and the refrigerator body, the capacitive touch switches are used for detecting the approaching and leaving of the conductive strips, and judging whether the seal of the refrigerator door is tightly attached to the refrigerator body or not, so as to judge whether the refrigerator door is not closed tightly or not; the use experience of a user can be improved, the phenomenon that food in the refrigerator is rotten due to cold leakage of the refrigerator caused by the reasons is avoided, unnecessary electric quantity waste can be reduced, and the service life of the refrigerator is prolonged.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.
