Abstract
The invention discloses a device for detecting the sealing performance of a refrigerator door body, and relates to the technical field of refrigerators. The invention comprises a detection module, a calculation module and a reminding module which are connected in sequence; the detection module comprises an infrared transmitting device and an infrared receiving device, the calculation module is a control panel, the infrared receiving device is connected with the control panel, the control panel is further connected with a door switch, and the signal output end of the control panel is connected with a reminding module. According to the invention, through the arrangement of the detection device, the problems that the refrigerator door body is not tightly closed due to the aging of the refrigerator door body seal or the deformation of the door body structure, or the refrigerator is not tightly closed due to the small thrust when a user closes the refrigerator door body, so that the refrigerator leaks cold, and the refrigeration performance and energy consumption of the refrigerator are further influenced are solved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of refrigerators, and particularly relates to a device and a method for detecting the sealing performance of a refrigerator door body.
Background
The sealing performance of the refrigerator door body has obvious influence on the refrigerating performance, the energy consumption and the like of the refrigerator, and the door body sealing of the existing refrigerator is mainly realized by a refrigerator structure and a door sealing strip. However, the refrigerator is aged or deformed due to long service time or improper use, or the refrigerator still leaks cold due to the fact that the refrigerator is not tightly closed when the refrigerator door is closed, and the performance of the refrigerator and the use experience of a user are affected. In the above related patents, the improvement of the refrigerator door structure not only has a complex implementation scheme, but also has a high implementation cost, and cannot detect the condition that the refrigerator door is not tightly closed due to the aging of the refrigerator door seal or the deformation of the door structure or the small thrust when the door is closed; similarly, the scheme of adopting the photosensitive element can only remind a user to close the refrigerator door body after the refrigerator door body is opened for a certain time, but the conventional refrigerator can completely realize the function through the state of the door switch, and the scheme can not detect the condition that the refrigerator door body is not tightly closed due to the aging of a sealing strip of the refrigerator door body or the deformation of the door body structure or the small thrust when the door is closed. In addition, besides the scheme of adopting the photosensitive sensor, other types of sensors are also adopted, for example, the pressure sensor is used for detecting the pressure at the refrigerator door body, and whether the refrigerator door body is closed or not is judged according to the pressure value. Although the scheme adopting the sensor can realize the detection effect, the realization is complex, the detection result is limited by the detection precision of the sensor, the detection result is not ideal, and errors are easy to occur.

When the infrared emitting device and the infrared receiving device of the detection device are respectively arranged on the door bodies of the two refrigerators, only the door body provided with the infrared receiving device can detect whether the door body is closed tightly, if the door body of the one refrigerator provided with the infrared emitting device can also detect whether the door body is closed tightly, the infrared emitting device and the infrared receiving device of the detection device can be arranged on any one of the two door bodies.
Further, when the refrigerator door bodies are all in a closed state and the situation of no tight closing does not exist, the infrared emitting device and the infrared receiving device of the detection device are just opposite and have a moderate distance, the infrared receiving device can receive an infrared signal sent by the infrared emitting device, and at the moment, the detection device outputs a door body position detection signal 1; when the door body is not in a tightly closed state, the infrared emitting device and the infrared receiving device of the detection device are staggered or far away, the infrared receiving device cannot receive an infrared signal sent by the infrared emitting device, and at the moment, the detection device outputs a door body position detection signal 2.

Further, the infrared transmitting device 100 and the infrared receiving device 200 are respectively installed at edge positions of the refrigerator body 700 and the door body 600 of the refrigerator.
When the infrared emitting device 100 and the infrared receiving device 200 of the detection device are respectively arranged on the door bodies 600 of the two refrigerators, only the door body 600 provided with the infrared receiving device 200 can detect whether the door body is closed tightly, and if the door body 600 of the refrigerator provided with the infrared emitting device 100 is required to detect whether the door body is closed tightly, the infrared emitting device 100 and the infrared receiving device 200 of the detection device can be arranged on any one of the two door bodies 600.

when the refrigerator door 600 is in a closed state and no tight closing condition exists, the infrared transmitting device 100 and the infrared receiving device 200 of the detection device are just opposite and have a moderate distance, the infrared receiving device 200 can receive an infrared signal sent by the infrared transmitting device 100, and at the moment, the detection device outputs a door 600 position detection signal 1; when the door body 600 is not in a tightly closed state, the infrared transmitting device 100 and the infrared receiving device 200 of the detection device are staggered or far away, the infrared receiving device 200 cannot receive the infrared signal sent by the infrared transmitting device 100, and at the moment, the detection device outputs a position detection signal 2 of the door body 600.
The reminding mode of the reminding module comprises the following steps: the buzzer on the refrigerator is controlled to sound, or the display screen of the refrigerator is controlled to display corresponding character prompts, and the user is reminded through the mobile terminal APP.
