In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, fig. 3 illustrates an exploded view of the angle valve of the wall outlet valve shown in fig. 1. The angle valve 20 further includes a valve body 23, a valve ball 24, and an opening and closing assembly 25 connected to the valve ball 24, wherein the valve ball 24 is rotatably disposed in the valve body 23. When the valve is used, the opening and closing assembly 25 is rotated, the opening and closing assembly 25 drives the valve ball 24 to rotate in the valve body 23, so that the valve ball 24 is opened and closed, and substances in the wall outlet valve, such as fuel gas, are conducted or blocked.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the opening and closing assembly 25 further includes a valve rod 251, a connecting shaft 252, an elastic member 253, a limit stop ring 254, and a handle 256. One end of the valve rod 251 is connected with the valve ball 24, and the other end is connected with the connecting shaft 252. The elastic member 253 is provided at an end of the valve rod 251 remote from the valve ball 24. The handle 256 is connected to the connecting shaft 252, and the connecting shaft 252 has a stepped portion 2521. The stopper ring 254 is connected to the valve body 23, and the stopper ring 254 is provided with a stopper portion 2541 for catching the stepped portion 2521. Specifically, when the valve ball 24 is in the closed state, the step portion 2521 is snapped in the stopper portion 2541 of the stopper collar 254; when the valve ball 24 is in the open state, the step 2521 is located below the limit stop 254. When the valve ball 24 needs to be opened, the handle 256 is pressed downwards, the step portion 2521 of the connecting shaft 252 is separated from the limiting check ring 254 and moves to the position below the limiting check ring 254, so that the connecting shaft 252 can be rotated below the limiting check ring 254 without the interference of the limiting check ring 254, and the opening function is realized; in this process, the elastic member 253 is in a compressed state. When the valve ball 24 is closed, the connecting shaft 252 is rotated below the limit retainer 254, so that the step portion 2521 is aligned with the limit portion 2541 of the limit retainer 254; under the action of the elastic element 253, the connecting shaft 252 moves towards the position-limiting retainer ring 254, so that the step portion 2521 is clamped on the position-limiting portion 2541 of the position-limiting retainer ring 254, and thus the closing function can be realized. In addition, in the closed state of the valve ball 24, the step portion 2521 is clamped with the limiting portion 2541 of the limiting retainer ring 254, so that the risk of air leakage caused by the valve ball 24 being opened due to the fact that the handle 256 is collided can be prevented under the condition that the handle 256 is not pressed.
Specifically, the valve ball 24 is provided with a first mounting hole 111, and one end of the valve rod 251 is inserted into the first mounting hole 111. The bottom of the connecting shaft 252 is provided with a second mounting hole 211, and the other end of the valve rod 251 is inserted into the second mounting hole 211, so that the valve rod 251 and the connecting shaft 252 are connected. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first mounting hole 111 and the second mounting hole 211 are both flat square holes, and both ends of the valve rod 251 and one end of the connecting shaft 252 are both flat protrusions.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the valve body 23 is provided with a limiting groove corresponding to the inner surface of the connecting shaft 252, and the limiting retainer 254 is provided in the limiting groove. Specifically, arc protrusions are arranged on two sides of the limiting retainer ring 254, and arc limiting grooves are correspondingly arranged on the hole wall of the second inner hole 213; during installation, the arc protrusions are clamped in the arc limiting grooves, so that the limiting retainer ring 254 is prevented from rotating in the rotating process of the connecting shaft 252, and the opening and closing angles of the handle 256 and the valve ball 24 can be controlled.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the opening and closing assembly 25 further includes a resilient collar 255, and the resilient collar 255 is disposed in the limiting groove. By providing the circlip 255, the circlip 255 can function to secure the position limiting check 254, preventing the position limiting check 254 from popping out of the second inner bore 213 of the valve body 23 under the action of the resilient member 253. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the circlip 255 is disposed above the limit circlip 254.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 4, the wall outlet valve further includes a box cover 82 and a wall outlet box 80 having an opening. The base 10 is arranged in the wall box 80, and the box cover 82 is arranged at the opening. The cover 82 is provided with a mounting opening from which the first connection end 11 extends. When the wall box is installed, the base 10 is placed in the wall box 80, the base 10 is fixed on the wall box 80 through the fasteners 83 such as screws, and the box cover 82 is installed at the opening of the wall box 80, so that the first connecting end 11 of the base 10 extends out of the installing opening of the box cover 82. Then, the wall box 80 with the base 10 is embedded into the wall 90, so that the box cover 82 is flush with the surface of the cavity, and the base 10 is embedded in the wall 90. Thus, the wall box 80 bears the pressure of the wall 90, so that the base 10 is protected, and the base 10 is buried in the wall 90.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 4, the side of the wall box 80 is provided with a notch 81, and the third connecting end 12 of the base 10 is disposed toward the notch 81. Therefore, the shell of the gas delivery pipe 60 is connected with the third connecting end 12 of the base 10 through the notch 81, and the structure is simple and the installation is convenient.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, a gas water heater according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a wall-hanging stove 70, a gas delivery pipe 60, and a wall outlet valve according to any of the embodiments. The gas delivery pipe 60 is connected to the third connection end 12 of the base 10, and the wall-hanging stove 70 is connected to the fourth connection end 22 of the angle valve 20.
When the gas water heater is installed, the first connection end 11 of the base 10 is nested with the second connection end 21 of the angle valve 20, and the first installation hole 111 corresponds to the second installation hole 211. The mounting member 30 is inserted into the first mounting hole 111 and the second mounting hole 211, and thereby the angle valve 20 is fixedly mounted on the base 10. Compare in base 10 and angle valve 20's threaded connection, adopt mounting structure as above for on angle valve 20 can install base 10 steadily, produce torsion when avoiding going out the wall valve use and cause the not hard up phenomenon of pine taking off of angle valve 20, thereby avoid effectively that the material in the wall valve leaks, guarantee the security of using. In addition, when the wall outlet valve is applied to the installation of a gas water heater, the direction of a connecting port of the wall-mounted furnace 70 is easy to control, so that the installation of the wall-mounted furnace 70 is more convenient, and the direction standard of the connecting port of the angle valve 20 and the wall-mounted furnace 70 is ensured.
Further, the gas water heater also comprises a smoke exhaust pipe 72, and one end of the smoke exhaust pipe 72 is communicated with the combustion chamber of the wall-mounted furnace 70. In this manner, combustion gases within the combustion chamber are removed through the exhaust duct 72.

Claims (10)
1. A wall outlet valve, comprising:
the base comprises a first connecting end, and a first mounting hole is formed in the side part of the first connecting end;
the angle valve comprises a second connecting end capable of being connected with the first connecting end in a nested mode, and a second mounting hole is formed in the side portion of the second connecting end; and
the mounting piece is used for penetrating through the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole so as to mount the angle valve on the base.
2. A wall outlet valve according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting end is provided with a first inner hole, and a hole wall of the first inner hole is provided with a mounting groove; or the outer surface of the second connecting end is provided with a mounting groove;
the wall outlet valve further comprises a sealing component, and the sealing component is arranged in the mounting groove.
3. A wall outlet valve according to claim 2, wherein the mounting groove is an annular groove, and at least two annular grooves are provided and are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first connecting end; or at least two annular grooves are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the second connecting end;
the sealing parts are annular, at least two sealing parts are correspondingly arranged, and the sealing parts are correspondingly arranged in the annular grooves.
4. A wall outlet valve as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a decorative cover, wherein the decorative cover is a hollow cylinder, and the decorative cover is configured to be fitted over a joint of the first connecting end and the second connecting end.
5. A wall outlet valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the angle valve further comprises a valve body, a valve ball and an opening and closing assembly connected to the valve ball, and the valve ball is rotatably disposed on the valve body.

A wall outlet valve according to claim 5, wherein the opening and closing assembly further comprises a valve rod, a connecting shaft, an elastic member, a limiting retainer ring and a handle, one end of the valve rod is connected with the valve ball, and the other end of the valve rod is connected with the connecting shaft; the elastic piece is arranged at one end of the valve rod, which is far away from the valve ball; the handle is connected to the connecting shaft, and the connecting shaft is provided with a step part; the limiting retainer ring is connected to the valve body and provided with a limiting part for clamping the step part;
when the valve ball is in a closed state, the step part is clamped on the limiting part; when the valve ball is in an opening state, the step part is positioned below the limiting check ring.
7. A wall outlet valve according to claim 6, wherein the valve body is provided with a limiting groove corresponding to the inner surface of the connecting shaft; the opening and closing assembly further comprises an elastic check ring, and the elastic check ring and the limiting check ring are arranged in the limiting groove.
8. A wall outlet valve according to claim 1, wherein the base further comprises a third connection end for connection to a gas delivery pipe;
the angle valve also comprises a fourth connecting end, and the fourth connecting end is used for connecting the wall-mounted furnace.
9. A wall outlet valve according to claim 1, further comprising a box cover and a wall outlet box provided with an opening, wherein a notch is formed in a side portion of the wall outlet box, the base is arranged in the wall outlet box, and the box cover is arranged in the opening; the box cover is provided with a mounting opening, and the first connecting end extends out of the mounting opening.
10. A gas water heater comprising a wall-mounted stove, a gas duct and the wall outlet valve of any one of claims 1 to 9, the gas duct being connected to the third connection end of the base, the wall-mounted stove being connected to the fourth connection end of the angle valve.
