Background
The plunger pump for aviation mainly comprises an aviation fuel plunger pump and an aviation hydraulic oil (lubricating oil) plunger pump. The aviation fuel plunger pump is mainly used for a fuel main pump and a vector nozzle oil source pump. The aviation hydraulic oil (lubricating oil) plunger pump is mainly used for an aircraft hydraulic control system.
The plunger pump in China has the main problems of low pressure, short service life and low reliability at present, and the plunger pump with high reliability is urgently needed. And the abrasion and leakage of the seal moving ring are one of the reasons of low reliability of the plunger pump.
The sealing movable ring is mainly used for rotating and sealing along with the transmission shaft of the axial plunger pump. The structure of a present sealing rotating ring for an axial plunger pump is shown in fig. 1, and the defects mainly include two aspects, namely that the sealing rotating ring is directly in interference fit with a transmission shaft, rotates along with the transmission shaft, runs for a long time, is abraded to a certain extent, and is sealed through labyrinth sealing, so that the sealing effect is poor.
