The V-ring of the present invention increases due to its opening toward the medium side, thereby buffering the pressure from the medium; silica gel core packing replaces spring box compensation system from taking silica gel core structure, provides the sealed compensation power that lasts, has greatly reduced the complexity of installation.

Background
The high-pressure plunger water injection pump is used as key equipment of an offshore oil platform. In oil and gas field exploitation, water injection exploitation is a common process, and the specific mode is that water is injected into an oil reservoir through a water injection well after being injected and pressurized by a water injection pump, so that the pressure of the oil reservoir is maintained or recovered, the oil reservoir has strong driving force, and the exploitation speed and the recovery ratio of the oil reservoir are improved. Therefore, the water injection system is the basic guarantee of stable production of the oil field, the water injection pump is the heart of the water injection system, and the good running state of the water injection pump can ensure normal production operation on the platform, so that the potential safety hazard in the transfer of the high-pressure plunger water injection pump is eliminated, and the safe and stable running of the water injection pump is ensured.
At present, a high-pressure plunger water injection pump is mainly sealed in a packing sealing mode. Packing (packing), also called sealing packing, is usually woven from softer threads, and strips, usually square or rectangular or circular in cross-section, are filled in a sealing cavity to achieve sealing. The stuffing seal is firstly to prevent the liquid flow from leaking by the fiber plug such as cotton and hemp in the leakage passage, and is mainly used as the shaft seal of the water lifting machine. Packing is widely used for the shaft seal of centrifugal pumps, compressors, vacuum pumps, blenders and ship propellers, the reciprocating shaft seal of piston pumps, reciprocating compressors and refrigerators, the rotary seal of various valve stems and the like. Due to the limitations of the design and the working condition of the high-pressure plunger water injection pump, the high failure rate of the high-pressure plunger water injection pump of the offshore oil platform is a normal state, and the used common packing seal cannot meet the operation and use requirements of the high-pressure plunger water injection pump in the form.
The sealing mode of a high-pressure plunger water injection pump in the prior art is shown in fig. 2, and the sealing mode mainly has the following problems:
firstly, due to the increase of medium pressure in operation, the compression amount needs to be compressed more tightly, and the compression is too tight, so that the friction between a piston and a packing is increased, and the existing sealing structure has no auxiliary lubrication and only carries out lubrication and cooling through reasonable leakage amount. When the unit is operated for a long time to cause high temperature at the parts such as the plunger and the like, a small amount of leakage amount cannot meet the cooling and lubricating effects, and after the unit is operated for a period of time, the packing can be carbonized and solidified without compression amount, so that the sealing effect cannot be achieved.
Secondly, after the packing operates for a period of time, high temperature makes the packing expand, and density reduces, and the unit operation is in the operation in-process, and the packing bears the impact load when compressing for a long time, causes the packing fatigue, and the packing structure damage will appear for a long time, causes the plunger to puncture.
In addition, in the prior art, the two adjacent packing sets are buffered by lead pads, a spring box compensation system consisting of a guide spring seat, a spring and a spring base which are sequentially arranged is adopted to provide compensation force, and the packing set has the advantages of complex structure, high cost and easiness in loss.
Meanwhile, rotary seal and reciprocating seal packing bear large pressure, the moving directions are different, and the packing is extruded and deformed to cause the motion trail of the piston to change, so that the abrasion of the piston is aggravated, the abrasion of the piston is greatly increased, and the piston is prematurely scrapped.
In addition, the water injection pressure of high pressure plunger water injection pump is high, and the temperature is high, and the water injection of thorn leaks can be sealed the entering crankcase through the tappet, causes the emulsification of crankcase lubricating oil, causes equipment failure.
