Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the integrated urea tank for preventing urea freezing crystallization for an automobile of the present invention, when in operation, the tank cover 3 is opened, external urea can be added into the urea tank body 1 through the feeding pipeline 2, the first urea pump 4 is opened, the first urea pump 4 can pump the urea in the urea tank body 1 through the second pipe 6 and discharge the urea into the external automobile exhaust system through the first pipe 5, when the external environment temperature is low, the gas valve 43 is opened, the exhaust gas in the external automobile exhaust pipeline is discharged into the sliding gas guiding bin 16 through the gas inlet pipe 18, the exhaust gas in the sliding gas guiding bin 16 is discharged into the gas dispersing bin 21 through the rotating gas guiding bin 19, the exhaust gas in the gas dispersing bin 21 is discharged into the lower side cavity in the urea tank body 1 through the plurality of gas dispersing holes thereon, and the exhaust gas in the sliding gas guiding bin 16 is respectively discharged into the two groups of second annular gas guiding bins 14 through the two groups of supporting gas guiding tubes 17, the tail gas in the two groups of second annular air guide bins 14 is respectively discharged into the two groups of first annular air guide bins 12, the tail gas in the two groups of first annular air guide bins 12 is respectively discharged into the lower side cavity in the urea box body 1 through the plurality of groups of exhaust pipes 13, because the plurality of groups of exhaust pipes 13 are respectively eccentrically arranged on the two groups of first annular air guide bins 12, the tail gas sprayed by the plurality of groups of exhaust pipes 13 reversely acts on the two groups of first annular air guide bins 12 and pushes the two groups of first annular air guide bins 12 to rotate, the two groups of first annular air guide bins 12 respectively rotate in the two groups of second annular air guide bins 14, simultaneously the two groups of first annular air guide bins 12 respectively drive the two groups of screw sleeves 11 to rotate, the two groups of screw sleeves 11 are respectively connected with the two groups of reciprocating screw rods 9 in a screwed mode, the two groups of screw sleeves 11 synchronously move left and right on the two groups of reciprocating screw rods 9, the two groups of screw sleeves 11 drive the two groups of first annular air guide bins 12, the plurality of exhaust pipes 13 and the two groups of second annular air guide bins 14 to move left and right, the two groups of second annular air guide bins 14 drive the sliding air guide bin 16 to move left and right through the two groups of supporting air guide tubes 17, the sliding air guide bin 16 drives the rotary air guide bin 19 and the air dispersing bin 21 to move left and right, teeth on the rotary air guide bin 19 are meshed with the gear row 20, the rotary air guide bin 19 rolls on the gear row 20, thereby leading the rotary gas-guiding bin 19 to drive the gas-dispersing bin 21 to rotate, leading the tail gas sprayed by a plurality of groups of gas-dispersing holes on the gas-dispersing bin 21 to be uniformly dispersed into the lower side cavity in the urea box body 1, because the temperature of the automobile exhaust is higher, the exhaust in the lower cavity in the urea box body 1 heats the heat-conducting partition plate 7 and the urea in the upper cavity in the urea box body 1 is heated by the heat-conducting partition plate 7, thereby prevent that the urea in the urea case body 1 from appearing freezing crystallization phenomenon under the angle temperature, the tail gas in the urea case body 1 is discharged to the external world through corner air outlet pipe 8.
The main functions realized by the invention are as follows: by heating the urea, the phenomenon of freezing and crystallizing the urea at a lower temperature can be effectively prevented, normal use of equipment is ensured, and the use limitation of the equipment is reduced; the second urea pump 22 is opened, the second urea pump 22 pumps urea on the right side of the upper cavity in the urea box body 1 through the fourth material pipe 24 and the suction hopper 25, and discharges the urea into the upper cavity through the third material pipe 23, the fixed material guiding bin 26, the rotary material guiding bin 27 and the multiple groups of material discharging bent pipes 28, because the multiple groups of material discharging bent pipes 28 are annularly and uniformly installed on the rotary material guiding bin 27 in an inclined manner, urea discharged by the multiple groups of material discharging bent pipes 28 reversely acts on the rotary material guiding bin 27 and pushes the rotary material guiding bin 27 to reversely rotate, the rotary material guiding bin 27 rotates on the fixed material guiding bin 26, the rotary material guiding bin 27 drives the multiple groups of material discharging bent pipes 28 to rotate, and urea discharged by the multiple groups of material discharging bent pipes 28 is rotatably sprayed, so that urea in the urea box body 1 is conveniently in a flowing state, and urea discharged by the multiple groups of material discharging bent pipes 28 can stir urea stored in the urea box body 1, the urea on the lower layer and the urea on the upper layer in the urea box body 1 can flow mutually conveniently, so that the temperature of the urea on the lower layer and the temperature of the urea on the upper layer in the urea box body 1 are kept balanced; urea in the upper cavity in the urea box body 1 can enter the fixed bin 29 and generate forward driving force for the piston plate 32, the piston plate 32 generates pressure for the press machine 30 through the spring 31, so that the press machine 30 detects the pressure of the urea in the urea box body 1, the storage amount of the urea in the urea box body 1 is conveniently detected, and when the piston plate 32 moves forward, air on the front side in the fixed bin 29 can be discharged to the outside through a plurality of groups of through holes; the motor 33 is started, the motor 33 drives the multiple groups of fan blades 35 to rotate through the rotating shaft 34, the multiple groups of fan blades 35 can push air on the lower side inside the corner air outlet pipeline 8 to flow upwards, so that tail gas in a cavity on the lower side inside the urea box body 1 can be pumped out and discharged through the corner air outlet pipeline 8, the speed of discharging tail gas in the urea box body 1 is conveniently accelerated, the retention time of the tail gas in the urea box body 1 is reduced, the heating time of the tail gas on the heat conducting partition plate 7 and urea on the upper side of the heat conducting partition plate 7 is controlled, and the temperature of the urea is conveniently controlled; the filter plate 36 filters urea entering the urea box body 1 through the feeding pipeline 2, so that external impurities are prevented from entering the urea box body 1, the urea washes impurities intercepted by the filter plate 36, the impurities enter the material collecting bin 37, the cover plate 38 is opened, and the impurities in the material collecting bin 37 can be cleaned through the cleaning port; the temperature detector 39 is arranged, so that the temperature of the urea can be conveniently detected in real time; the material valve 41 is opened, and the urea in the urea box body 1 can be discharged to the outside through the discharge pipe 40, so that the urea in the urea box body 1 can be conveniently replaced; through setting up mount 42, can conveniently support and fix fourth material pipe 24, improve practicality and reliability.
The installation mode, the connection mode or the arrangement mode of the integrated urea box for preventing urea freezing crystallization for the automobile are common mechanical modes, and the integrated urea box can be implemented as long as the beneficial effects of the integrated urea box are achieved; the press 30 and the thermo detector 39 are commercially available.

Claims (8)

1. An integrated urea box for preventing urea freezing crystallization for an automobile is characterized by comprising a urea box body (1), a feeding pipeline (2), a box cover (3), a first urea pump (4), a first material pipe (5) and a second material pipe (6), wherein the feeding pipeline (2) is installed at the top of the urea box body (1) and is communicated with the inside of the urea box body (1), the box cover (3) is covered at the top of the feeding pipeline (2), the first urea pump (4) is installed at the upper left side of the urea box body (1), the first material pipe (5) and the second material pipe (6) are both installed on the first urea pump (4), the right side input end of the second material pipe (6) penetrates through the urea box body (1) and extends into the lower side of the inside of the urea box body (1), a heat conduction partition plate (7) is arranged at the lower side of the inside of the urea box body (1), and the heat conduction partition plate (7) divides the inside of the urea box body (1) into an upper side cavity and a lower side cavity, the heat-conducting partition plate (7) is positioned below the second material pipe (6) and is close to the input end of the second material pipe (6), the left lower side of the front part of the urea box body (1) is communicated with and provided with a corner air outlet pipeline (8), the input end of the corner air outlet pipeline (8) is positioned below the heat-conducting partition plate (7), two groups of reciprocating lead screws (9) are transversely arranged in the lower cavity, the two groups of reciprocating lead screws (9) are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the inner part of the lower cavity, the left side and the right side of the two groups of reciprocating lead screws (9) are respectively provided with a fixed column (10), the outer sides of the four groups of fixed columns (10) are respectively fixed on the inner wall of the urea box body (1), threaded sleeves (11) are respectively arranged on the two groups of fixed columns (10) in a threaded manner, first annular air guide bins (12) are respectively sleeved and fixed on the two groups of threaded sleeves (11), and a plurality of exhaust pipes (13) are respectively and uniformly communicated with the right side of the outer wall of the two groups of first annular air guide bins (12) in an annular manner, each group of exhaust pipes (13) is eccentrically arranged on the corresponding first annular air guide bin (12), the left sides of the outer walls of the two groups of first annular air guide bins (12) are rotatably sleeved with second annular air guide bins (14), the two groups of second annular air guide bins (14) are respectively communicated with the two groups of first annular air guide bins (12), the middle part of the distance between the two groups of reciprocating screw rods (9) is transversely provided with a guide rail (15), the left side and the right side of the guide rail (15) are respectively fixed on the inner wall of the urea box body (1), the guide rail (15) is provided with a sliding air guide bin (16) in a sliding way, the front side and the rear side of the sliding air guide bin (16) are respectively provided with a supporting air guide pipe (17), the outer sides of the two groups of supporting air guide pipes (17) are respectively fixed on the two groups of second annular air guide bins (14), the sliding air guide bin (16) can be communicated with the two groups of second annular air guide bins (14) through the two groups of supporting air guide pipes (17), an air inlet pipe (18) is communicated and arranged on the right side of the sliding air guide bin (16), the lower side input end of the air inlet pipe (18) penetrates through the bottom of the inner wall of the urea box body (1) and extends out of the urea box body to the outside, an air valve (43) is arranged on the air inlet pipe (18), the air valve (43) is positioned outside the urea box body (1), the lower side input end of the air inlet pipe (18) is communicated with an external automobile exhaust pipeline, a rotary air guide bin (19) is rotatably arranged on the top of the sliding air guide bin (16), the rotary air guide bin (19) is communicated with the sliding air guide bin (16), teeth are uniformly arranged on the outer side wall of the rotary air guide bin (19), a tooth row (20) is transversely arranged on the front side of the rotary air guide bin (19), the left side and the right side of the tooth row (20) are both fixed on the inner wall of the urea box body (1), the rotary air guide bin (19) is meshed with the tooth row (20), a gas dispersing bin (21) is arranged on the top of the rotary air guide bin (19), the rotary gas-guiding cabin (19) is communicated with the gas-dispersing cabin (21), the top of the gas-dispersing cabin (21) is spherical, and the top of the gas-dispersing cabin (21) is uniformly communicated with a plurality of groups of gas-dispersing holes.

The integrated urea box for preventing urea freezing crystallization for the automobile according to claim 1, further comprising a second urea pump (22), a third material pipe (23), a fourth material pipe (24), a suction hopper (25), a fixed material guiding bin (26) and a rotary material guiding bin (27), wherein the second urea pump (22) is located in front of the first urea pump (4), the second urea pump (22) is installed on the left upper side of the urea box body (1), the third material pipe (23) and the fourth material pipe (24) are both installed on the second urea pump (22), the suction hopper (25) is longitudinally installed on the right side of the inner wall of the urea box body (1), the right input end of the fourth material pipe (24) penetrates through the urea box body (1) and is installed on the suction hopper (25), the input end of the fourth material pipe (24) is communicated with the suction hopper (25), the fixed material guiding bin (26) is installed on the left side of the inner wall of the urea box body (1), the downside output of third material pipe (23) passes urea case body (1) and communicates with fixed guide feed bin (26), rotatory guide feed bin (27) rotate and install the right side at fixed guide feed bin (26), rotatory guide feed bin (27) and fixed guide feed bin (26) communicate each other, the even slope intercommunication of right part outside annular of rotatory guide feed bin (27) is provided with multiunit ejection of compact return bend (28), inhale hopper (25), fixed guide feed bin (26), rotatory guide feed bin (27) and multiunit ejection of compact return bend (28) all are located the top of heat conduction baffle (7).

The integrated urea box for preventing urea freezing crystallization for the automobile as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a fixed bin (29), a press (30), a spring (31) and a piston plate (32), wherein the fixed bin (29) is installed at the front side of the urea box body (1) and communicated with the inner part of the upper cavity, the front side of the top of the fixed bin (29) is uniformly communicated with and provided with through holes, the press (30) is installed at the front side of the inner wall of the fixed bin (29), the spring (31) is installed at the rear side of the press (30), the piston plate (32) is installed at the rear side of the spring (31), and the outer wall of the piston plate (32) is in contact with and slides relative to the inner wall of the fixed bin (29).

The integrated urea box for preventing urea freezing crystallization for the automobile as claimed in claim 3, further comprising a motor (33) and a rotating shaft (34), wherein the motor (33) is installed at the bottom of the corner air outlet duct (8), the rotating shaft (34) is installed at the upper output end of the motor (33), the top of the rotating shaft (34) passes through the bottom of the corner air outlet duct (8) and extends into the corner position of the front side inside the corner air outlet duct (8), and the outer wall of the rotating shaft (34) is uniformly provided with a plurality of sets of fan blades (35).

The integrated urea box for preventing urea freezing crystallization for the automobile as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a filter plate (36), a material collecting bin (37) and a cover plate (38), wherein the filter plate (36) is obliquely installed on the inner wall of the feeding pipe (2), the material collecting bin (37) is installed on the front side of the feeding pipe (2) and communicated with each other, the position of the material collecting bin (37) corresponds to the position of the filter plate (36), the front side of the material collecting bin (37) is communicated with a cleaning port, and the cover plate (38) covers the cleaning port.

The integrated urea box for preventing urea freezing crystallization for the automobile as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a temperature detector (39), wherein the temperature detector (39) is installed at the front side of the urea box body (1), and the temperature detector (39) is located above the urea box body (1).

The integrated urea box for preventing urea freezing crystallization for the automobile as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a discharge pipe (40) and a material valve (41), wherein the discharge pipe (40) is installed at the right side of the urea box body (1) and is communicated with the upper side cavity, and the material valve (41) is installed on the discharge pipe (40).
8. The integrated urea box for preventing urea freezing crystallization for the automobile as claimed in claim 7, wherein the fourth material pipe (24) is provided with a fixing frame (42), and the fixing frame (42) is installed on the inner wall of the urea box body (1).
