Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of construction of building aluminum alloy templates, in particular to a connecting assembly and a template frame.
Background
With the rapid popularization of aluminum templates in China, more and more buildings choose to use aluminum molds for construction. In the process of fixing the two aluminum dies, the two aluminum dies are usually fixed by using pull pieces or screws; the pulling piece is directly arranged on the frame of the aluminum die without being reinforced by a back ridge when the two aluminum dies are fixed, and controls the thickness of the wall body through the length of the pulling piece and enables all parts of the wall body to be uniformly stressed; when the two aluminum molds are fixed by the screw, the thickness of the wall body is controlled by the inner top of the rubber tube and the outer pressure of the screw, and the screw can be recycled after being used. Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a formwork frame 100 including a connecting assembly 10, a first formwork 20 and a second formwork 30. The first formwork 20 and the second formwork 30 are arranged oppositely, and two ends of the connecting assembly 10 extend out of the first formwork 20 and the second formwork 30.
In one embodiment, the first template 20 and the second template 30 are aluminum templates. It is understood that the types of the first and second formworks 20 and 30 are not limited thereto, and the first and second formworks 20 and 30 may also be other metal formworks as in other embodiments.
Referring to fig. 2, another embodiment of the present application provides a connecting assembly 10 for connecting a first formwork 20 and a second formwork 30, which includes two fixing members 11, a connecting member 12 and a retaining member 13. The two fixing pieces 11 are fixed on the first template 20 and the second template 30 relatively, and the fixing pieces 11 comprise clamping parts 112; two ends of the connecting piece 12 extend out of the two fixing pieces 11, and the connecting piece 12 is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 121; the two retaining members 13 are respectively retained in the retaining grooves 121 and the retaining portions 112 at the opposite ends of the connecting member 12 to fix the connecting member 12 and the fixing member 11, so that the connecting member 12 is fixed to the first form 20 and the second form 30.
In order to fix the first template 20 and the second template 30 to the connecting member 12, so as to connect the first template 20 and the second template 30, the fixing member 11 includes a fixing portion 111 and a clamping portion 112 disposed on the fixing portion 111. The fixing portion 111 is fixed to the first form 20 or the second form 30. In one embodiment, the fixing portion 111 is substantially a quadrangular prism, and it is understood that the shape of the fixing portion 111 is not limited thereto, and the fixing portion 111 is a cylinder in other embodiments.
In order to facilitate the connection between the connecting member 12 and the fixing member 11, the fixing portion 111 is provided with a connection hole 1111, and two ends of the connecting member 12 extend out of the connection holes 1111 of the fixing portion 111. In one embodiment, the connection hole 1111 is a circular hole, but is not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the connection hole 1111 is a square hole, etc. It should be noted that the shape of the connection hole 1111 is adapted to the shape of the connection member 12, and changes with the shape change of the connection member 12.
In one embodiment, the clamping portion 112 is a substantially square block structure for fixing the fixing member 11 and the retaining member 13. It is understood that the shape of the snap-in portion 112 is not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the snap-in portion 112 is a spherical body.
To connect the fasteners 11 on the first form 20 and the second form 30, in one embodiment, the connecting member 12 is a cylindrical rod. It is understood that the shape of the connector 12 is not limited thereto, as in other embodiments the connector 12 is in the shape of a rectangular bar.
In order to fix the fixing members 11 and the connecting members 12 and adjust the distance that the connecting members 12 extend out of the fixing members 11, the end portions of the connecting members 12 extending out of the two fixing members 11 are provided with a plurality of the slots 121, so that the retaining members 13 are retained in the different slots 121 to adjust the distance between the first template 20 and the second template 30. In one embodiment, in order to move the connecting member 12 once, the connecting member 12 can extend out of the fixing member 11 by the same length, a plurality of connecting members 12 are equidistantly arranged at the end of the connecting member 12 extending out of two fixing members 11, and the distance between two adjacent clamping grooves 121 is 50 mm. It is understood that the opening position of the card slots 121 and the distance between two adjacent card slots 121 are not limited thereto, and as in other embodiments, the card slots 121 are randomly opened on the connecting member 12, and the distance between two adjacent card slots 121 is 40mm or 60mm, etc.
In order to allow the retainer 13 to be fixed to both the fixing member 11 and the connecting member 12, the retainer 13 includes a first retainer 131 and a second retainer 132 fixed to the first retainer 131. The first holding portion 131 is held in the engaging groove 121, and the second holding portion 132 is held in the engaging portion 112 to fix the holding member 13, the fixing member 11 and the connecting member 12.
In order to detachably connect the retainer 13 to the connector 12, the first retainer 131 is provided with a first through hole 1311 and a second through hole 1312. The connecting member 12 can extend out of the first through hole 1311, and the retaining member 13 can be retained with the connecting member 12 at the positions of the second through hole 1312 and the card slot 121.
Further, the cross-sectional area of the first through hole 1311 is equal to the cross-sectional area of the connecting member 12, and the cross-sectional area of the second through hole 1312 is equal to the distance between two opposite clamping grooves 121, so that the clamping member 13 can move on the connecting member 12 to be fixed at a designated position of the connecting member 12.
Furthermore, in order to fix the retaining member 13 and the fixing member 11, an accommodating space 133 is defined between the second retaining portion 132 and the first retaining portion 131, and the second retaining portion 132 retains the clamping portion 112 in the accommodating space 133.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, in operation, the first formwork 20 and the second formwork 30 are moved to a predetermined thickness according to the thickness of a wall to be cast. At this time, the two retainers 13 at the positions of the first and second templates 20 and 30 are moved so that the retainers 13 move on the ends extending out of the first and second templates 20 and 30 until the retainers 13 contact the fixing member 11. At this time, the card slot 121 on the connecting member 12 is located in the first through hole 1311, and the second card holding portion 132 is located on the card holding portion 112. The retainer 13 is moved downward to retain the retainer 13 and the connecting member 12 at the positions of the first through hole 1311 and the engaging groove 121, so that the fixing of the retainer 13 to the connecting member 12 and the fixing member 11 is completed, and the first form 20 and the second form 30 are relatively fixed.

The connection assembly according to claim 1, wherein the retaining member includes a first retaining portion and a second retaining portion fixed to the first retaining portion, the first retaining portion being retained in the slot, the second retaining portion being retained on the clip portion.

The connecting assembly as set forth in claim 2, wherein the first latching portion has a first through hole and a second through hole communicating with each other, the connecting member extends out of the first through hole, and the latching member and the connecting member are latched at the positions of the second through hole and the latching groove.

5. The connecting assembly according to claim 2, wherein a receiving space is defined between the second retaining portion and the first retaining portion, and the second retaining portion retains the clamping portion in the receiving space.
6. The connection assembly of claim 1, wherein the fixture further comprises a securing portion secured to the first form or the second form sidewall, and the connector extends beyond the securing portion.
7. The connecting assembly of claim 6, wherein the fixing portions are formed with connecting holes, and two ends of the connecting member extend out of the connecting holes of the two fixing portions.

The connecting assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein the connecting member has a plurality of slots formed at equal intervals on the ends thereof extending from the two fixing members for allowing the retaining members to be retained in the different slots for adjusting the distance between the first and second templates.
9. The connecting assembly according to claim 8, wherein the distance between two adjacent slots is 50 mm.
10. A formwork frame comprising a connecting assembly, a first formwork and a second formwork, said connecting assembly being secured to said first formwork and said second formwork, wherein said connecting assembly is a connecting assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
