The apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the dilution water adding system comprises a dilution water header pipe, a plurality of dilution water branch pipes and dilution water regulating valves, the dilution water header pipe is distributed with the plurality of dilution water branch pipes, each of the dilution water branch pipes is provided with a dilution water regulating valve, each of the dilution water branch pipes extends into one side of a row of pulp distribution branch pipes, and the row of pulp distribution branch pipes are connected in parallel to outlet ends of the dilution water branch pipes.

The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the fresh water adding system comprises a fresh water main pipe, a fresh water branch pipe and a fresh water regulating valve, the fresh water main pipe is distributed with a plurality of fresh water branch pipes, each fresh water branch pipe is respectively provided with a fresh water regulating valve, each fresh water branch pipe extends to one side of a row of pulp distribution branch pipes, and the row of pulp distribution branch pipes are connected in parallel to the outlet ends of the fresh water branch pipes.

The apparatus of claim 6, wherein each of the stock distribution branches is connected to both the dilution water branch and the fresh water branch, and the dilution water branch is located at the front, the fresh water branch is located at the rear, and the dilution water branch and the fresh water branch are located at both sides of the stock distribution branch respectively.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the number of branch dilution water lines is equal to the number of branch clean water lines.
9. The apparatus for adjusting the banner weight of paper based on the equal amount method as claimed in claim 6 wherein the diameter of the clear water branch pipe is 1/3~1/2 of the diameter of the dilution water branch pipe.
10. The apparatus for adjusting sheet banner ration based on the equal amount method for adding dilution water according to claim 6, wherein the flow rate of the clear water branch pipe is equal to 1.05-1.1 times of the maximum flow rate of the dilution water branch pipe minus the actual flow rate of the dilution water branch pipe corresponding to the clear water branch pipe.
