The required concentration value in the DCS control system of the paper machine is a preset value, and the specific numerical value is determined according to the paper product required to be produced at present, such as: a concentration value of 5.00% is required when a paper product with a basis weight of 120 g is produced, and a concentration value of 5.50% is required when a paper product with a basis weight of 140 g is produced. Since the concentration of the dope in the stock tank 6 is fixed, only the required flow rate of the dilution water needs to be controlled to control the concentration of the dope flowing into the stock tank 9.
