(1) uniformly stirring 8 parts by weight of thickening agent and 4 parts by weight of nano-scale light calcium carbonate, adding the uniformly stirred thickening agent and 35 parts by weight of base oil into a saponification kettle, gradually heating until the thickening agent is dissolved, and starting stirring;
(2) dissolving 6 parts of lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H2O) in water to form a lithium hydroxide aqueous solution, adding the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution into a saponification kettle when the temperature of the mixed solution in the step (1) is raised to 60-70 ℃, continuously raising the temperature for saponification, controlling the saponification at 90-110 ℃ for 3H, and stirring the materials uniformly;
(3) after the saponification reaction is finished, continuously stirring, heating and dehydrating, sampling and measuring the free alkali of the soap base when the temperature reaches 120-140 ℃, continuously heating the qualified materials to 135-140 ℃, adding 31 parts by weight of base oil for thickening, adding 6 parts by weight of dimer acid and 2 parts by weight of colloidal graphite for stirring, continuously heating to 150-160 ℃, keeping the temperature for 15min, adding 3 parts by weight of polyisobutylene and 3 parts by weight of borate, making the content in the kettle in a true liquid state, and pumping the lubricating grease into a blending kettle through a filter for reflux cooling;
