The invention relates to a weather-resistant nail-free glue for outdoor use and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The nail-free glue can replace nails to the maximum extent, has the characteristic that glass glue can be stretched and the characteristic that toughened glue can be quickly adhered, can be used for basically all materials, and is an adhesive with good development prospect. The nail-free glue is a multifunctional building structure strong glue with strong adhesive force. After drying, the paint will not shrink to the lower limit, and can be used for filling joints and painting. The adhesive is convenient and easy to use in winter, and can even be used for bonding wet wood. The nail-free adhesive has elasticity, can move along with the adhered object, has firm and lasting adhering force, and cannot influence the adhering effect due to the contraction and movement of the adhered object. The nail-free glue is suitable for: wood, gypsum board, medium density fiberboard, particle board, stone, cement, brick, tile, metal, plastic, glass and other building materials.
However, the existing nail-free glue on the market mostly adopts SBS rubber, styrene rubber and the like as main materials, halogenated hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon are used as solvents, and due to the poor aging resistance of the SBS rubber and the styrene rubber, the produced nail-free glue has poor aging resistance and cannot achieve normal use effect outdoors, and the limit of harmful substances cannot meet the standard requirement of GB 18583 'Limited quantity of harmful substances in adhesives for indoor decoration materials'.
Therefore, the development of the outdoor weather-resistant nail-free glue has great practicability and necessity.
