The matte release material for the high-reliability adhesive tape is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 10-25 parts of silica particles, 20-25 parts of alcohol polymer, 30-50 parts of alcohol resin, 1-5 parts of methyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 1-5 parts of methyl hydroxyl silicone oil emulsion, 1-5 parts of fumed silica, 15-30 parts of organic silicon adhesive, 1-5 parts of catalyst, 5-10 parts of coupling agent and 10-20 parts of foaming agent.
2. The matte release material for high-reliability adhesive tapes according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the silica particles comprises the following steps: silica particles were prepared by placing the silica in a crusher and sieving through a 150-300 mesh sieve.
3. The matte release material for the high-reliability adhesive tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the alcohol polymer is at least one of vinyl acid polymer, acrylic polymer, polyethylene glycol, propiolic alcohol, methylbutynol, methylpentylenol and hexynol.
4. The matte release material for the high-reliability adhesive tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the alcohol resin is at least one of polyvinyl acetate resin, MQ resin, MDQ resin and polyoxyethylene resin.
5. The matte release material for the high-reliability adhesive tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the methyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil has the viscosity of 10-50 and the density of 0.995-1.015.
6. The matte release material for the high-reliability adhesive tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the catalyst is one or more of a platinum catalyst, a silver catalyst or an organic tin catalyst.
7. The matte release material for the high-reliability adhesive tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the coupling agent is one or more of an organic chromium complex coupling agent, a silane coupling agent, a titanate coupling agent or an aluminate coupling agent.

The matte release material for the high-reliability adhesive tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the foaming agent is one or more of a physical foaming agent and a chemical foaming agent, the physical foaming agent is at least one of n-pentane, n-hexane, n-heptane, petroleum ether, trichlorofluoromethane, dichlorodifluoromethane or dichlorotetrafluoroethane, the chemical foaming agent is at least one of an inorganic foaming agent or an organic foaming agent, the organic foaming agent is at least one of an azo compound, a sulfonyl hydrazide compound or a nitroso compound, and the inorganic foaming agent is at least one of carbonate, water glass, silicon carbide or carbon black.
9. The matte release material for the high-reliability adhesive tape according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the preparation method of the matte release material for the high-reliability adhesive tape comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the following components: weighing 10-25 parts of silica particles, 20-25 parts of alcohol polymer, 30-50 parts of alcohol resin, 1-5 parts of methyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 1-5 parts of methyl hydroxyl silicone oil emulsion, 1-5 parts of fumed silica, 15-30 parts of organic silicon adhesive, 1-5 parts of catalyst, 5-10 parts of coupling agent and 10-20 parts of foaming agent in sequence according to the parts by mass;
s2, preliminary mixing: adding the silica particles, the alcohol polymer, the alcohol resin and the gas-phase silicon dioxide in the step S1 into a reaction kettle, and stirring for 20-30 min;
s3, secondary mixing: adding methyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil, methyl hydroxyl silicone oil emulsion and organic silicon adhesive into a reaction kettle, and stirring for 10-15 min;
s4, preparing matte release liquid: adding a catalyst, a coupling agent and a foaming agent into a reaction kettle, and uniformly mixing to obtain a matte release liquid;
s5, preparing a matte release material: and (5) uniformly coating the matte release liquid on the surface of the raw paper of the release paper in the step (S4) of preparing the matte release liquid, and drying to prepare the matte release material.
