Abstract
A preparation method of a vibration-damping sound-insulating material based on agricultural waste recycling is characterized in that the vibration-damping sound-insulating material is prepared by taking a cement-based material as a body and taking modified agricultural waste as a damping enhancement basic unit; the agricultural wastes are pretreated by acid-base soaking, calcining, microwave, ultrasonic and other methods, and certain organic matters are selected to be combined with the agricultural wastes on the basis, so that the damping performance of the material is further improved, and the effects of vibration reduction and sound insulation are realized. The invention aims to solve the problem of poor vibration reduction and sound insulation effects of the existing building structure, and further provides a novel vibration reduction and sound insulation damping unit which is applied to a cement-based material to manufacture floor sound insulation mortar, bridge deck slab sound insulation materials and the like, so that the damping performance of the building structure is improved, and the interference of vibration and noise is avoided.

Background

In order to effectively enhance the damping performance of the cement-based material and realize the harmlessness and reclamation of agricultural wastes. The invention combines the advantages of organic matters and inorganic fillers, selects the organic matters to carry out surface modification on the pretreated agricultural wastes, and mixes the modified agricultural wastes into the cement-based materials, thereby improving the damping performance of the cement-based materials on the basis of not reducing the strength of the cement-based materials, and the prepared vibration-damping sound-insulating material has good strength and damping performance and can be used as floor vibration-damping sound-insulating mortar. The sound insulation and vibration reduction mortar can effectively reduce the noise interference between the upper and lower layer residents and the neighborhood when used in the residential area; the sound insulation and vibration reduction mortar can reduce the interference of vibration on equipment and solve the problems of noise pollution and the like when being used in places such as hospitals, scientific research institutions, factories and the like. In addition, the vibration-damping sound-insulating material prepared by the technology can also be used for manufacturing a bridge deck vibration-damping sound-insulating material, and the whole amplitude of the vibration-damping sound-insulating material is obviously reduced due to the obvious improvement of damping.
