The invention discloses a multifunctional elevator light curtain protection device, which comprises a light curtain MCU (microprogrammed control unit) connected with an elevator control system through RS485 communication, wherein the elevator control system directly reads light curtain data acquired by the light curtain MCU to judge whether a light curtain is shielded and send out a door opening instruction; the light curtain controlled by the light curtain MCU is powered by a DC24V power supply communicated by RS 485. The invention can cancel the power control box of the light curtain, not only can reduce the cost and the power consumption, but also can improve the response speed of the light curtain protection.

Technical Field

The elevator light curtain is a safety protection device for elevator door made by utilizing photoelectric induction principle, and is applicable to all elevators to protect the safety of passengers getting in and out of elevator. However, the conventional elevator light curtain has the following problems because a special power supply control box is adopted for power supply and signal transmission:
1. the power control box has low energy conversion rate and large energy consumption;
2. the hardware cost is high;
3. the data transmission is delayed, and the response speed is slow.

When the electric vehicle passes through the light curtain, the shielding number is collected in real time, when the shielding exceeds a certain threshold value continuously, the comparison program is started, the shielding number and the shielding time are fitted into a curve, and the shielding time of various electric vehicles in the model data is subjected to proportional pull-up or amplification according to the continuous shielding time and the shielding time of the electric vehicles, so that the time axis coordinates are matched, and then the comparison quantity axis is judged to be the electric vehicle after the matching degree reaches the set threshold value. In order to eliminate the influence of comparison of a driver or a person who pushes a vehicle in a model, when model data are manufactured, the highest shielding number is used as a central line, and rectangular frames are drawn towards two sides.
