The two ends of the unfolding elastic pad 140 are respectively hinged with an unfolding arm 144, one end of the unfolding arm 144 is rotatably provided with an unfolding roller 1441, and the wheel core of the unfolding roller 1441 is vertically arranged on an unfolding track 1442 in a rolling manner;
to guide the merging of the unfolded elastic cushions 140, the unfolding arms 144 at both ends of the unfolded elastic cushions 140 slide along the unfolding tracks 1442, so that the merging of the unfolded elastic cushions 140 is achieved to form a rectangular strip-shaped configuration, thereby achieving the unfolding operation of the cushion rings.
The unfolding track 1442 is horizontally and slidably arranged on the unfolding sliding rod 145, the unfolding sliding rod 145 is horizontally and vertically arranged with the unfolding track 1442, an unfolding spring 1451 is sleeved on the unfolding sliding rod 145, and two ends of the unfolding spring 1451 are respectively abutted against the unfolding track 1442;

More preferably, a plurality of pressing arms 211 are arranged at the edge of the mounting plate 210 at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the mounting plate 210, one end of each pressing arm 211 is hinged to the edge of the mounting plate 210, a hinged shaft of each pressing arm 211 is horizontal, a pressing torsion spring 212 is sleeved on the hinged shaft of each pressing arm 211, and the pressing torsion springs 212 enable the pressing arms 211 to be in an inclined state;

A method of producing a medical device, the method comprising the steps of:
firstly, guiding a gasket raw material into a raw material pipe guiding device 100, guiding the tubular gasket raw material into a pipe cutting unit of the raw material pipe guiding device 100 by using the raw material pipe guiding device 100, and cutting the tubular gasket raw material by using the pipe cutting unit to form the gasket raw material with the same thickness;
secondly, guiding the gasket raw materials with the same thickness into the push pipe installation equipment 200;
thirdly, placing the packaging film coil stock in the packaging film pushing equipment 300, leading out the packaging film to the position below the push pipe mounting equipment 200 in a flattened state, and starting the push pipe mounting equipment 200 to mount a gasket on the flattened packaging film;
fourthly, starting the hole forming equipment 500 to cut a circular hole in the packaging film where the gasket is located;
and fifthly, starting the film sealing device 400, so that the packaging film is sealed into a closed packaging bag, and finally forming the continuous hole towel medical product.
