Background
From the change of China shipbuilding industry in the share of the world shipbuilding market in the last decade, the proportion of the China shipbuilding industry in the global market is obviously rising, and China becomes one of the globally important shipbuilding centers.
Due to the limitation of the space of the ship body, the space size of a part of cabin of the ship is narrow and is only slightly larger than the overall size of the matched boat, and other boat retraction devices in conventional forms cannot be additionally arranged. In view of the above, a new boat stowing device is needed to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The boat retraction device is reasonable in structure, two connecting rods parallel to the suspension arms are utilized, the two connecting rods are synchronously pushed by two identical oil cylinders, the two suspension arms are always kept in a symmetrical state, and the boat can be horizontally pushed out of the ship straight line without interfering with a hull structure.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a boat retraction device with a double parallelogram four-bar linkage mechanism comprises a parallel four-bar linkage retraction mechanism arranged on a boat body, wherein a supporting base for supporting the parallel four-bar linkage retraction mechanism is arranged on the boat body;
the parallel four-connecting-rod retracting mechanism comprises a first connecting rod, a first suspension arm, a second connecting rod and a second suspension arm, wherein the first connecting rod and the first suspension arm are hinged to a clamping seat in a rotating mode on the left side, the first connecting rod and the first suspension arm are hinged to an intermediate connecting seat in a rotating mode on the right side, a first hydraulic rod is arranged between the intermediate connecting seat and the first suspension arm, the second connecting rod and the second suspension arm are hinged to the lower side of the intermediate connecting seat in a rotating mode, a second suspension arm base is hinged to the left side of the second suspension arm of the second connecting rod in.
Furthermore, the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod, the first suspension arm and the second suspension arm are all the same in length, the first connecting rod and the first suspension arm are parallel to each other, and the second connecting rod and the second suspension arm are parallel to each other.
Further, the middle connecting seat is of an isosceles trapezoid structure.
Furthermore, a clamping pin is arranged on the supporting base, a clamping opening is formed in the left side of the clamping base, and the clamping pin is matched with the clamping opening.
Furthermore, the first hydraulic rod and the second hydraulic rod are the same in specification, and the first hydraulic rod and the second hydraulic rod are connected with the same external source hydraulic system through hydraulic conduits.

Further, the invention provides a using method of the double-parallelogram four-bar mechanism boat launching and retracting device, which comprises the following steps:
step one, installing a retraction device: the suspension arm base is arranged at a designated position, and the bayonet on the clamping seat is clamped with the bayonet lock on the supporting base, so that the ship body and the clamping seat are relatively and fixedly arranged;
step two, a double-parallelogram structure: one group of parallelogram consists of a suspension arm base, a suspension arm I, a connecting rod I and an intermediate connecting seat, wherein the suspension arm I has the same length as and is parallel to the connecting rod I, the other group of parallelogram consists of a clamping seat, a suspension arm II, a connecting rod II and an intermediate connecting seat, and the suspension arm II has the same length as and is parallel to the connecting rod II;
step three, a double-oil-cylinder structure: because the triangular structure enclosed among the hydraulic rod I, the suspension arm I and the middle connecting seat is the same as the triangular structure enclosed among the hydraulic rod II, the suspension arm II and the mounting seat, when the hydraulic rod I and the hydraulic rod II are connected with an external source hydraulic system, the movement of the suspension arm I and the suspension arm II is symmetrical about the middle connecting seat according to the geometric principle;
step four, the double oil cylinders stretch and move: the first hydraulic rod and the second hydraulic rod are connected with the same external source hydraulic system through hydraulic conduits, when the hydraulic system supplies oil to two identical oil cylinders at the same time, the extension amounts of the two oil cylinders are equal at any moment theoretically, and in the two parallelogram structures in the step two, as the first suspension arm and the second suspension arm move symmetrically relative to the middle connecting seat, the movement tracks of the clamping seat and the mounting seat are on the same straight line.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention utilizes two connecting rods parallel to the suspension arms to form a parallelogram, the two suspension arms are synchronously pushed by two identical oil cylinders, the two suspension arms are always kept in a symmetrical state, and the clamping seat and the suspension arm base are always on the same vertical line, so that the motion trail of the lifting point of the retraction device is ensured to be a straight line, and the boat can be horizontally pushed out of a ship board without interfering with a hull structure.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a technical solution: a double-parallelogram four-bar mechanism boat retraction device comprises a parallel four-bar mechanism retraction mechanism 3 arranged on a boat body 1, wherein a supporting base 2 for supporting the parallel four-bar mechanism retraction mechanism 3 is arranged on the boat body 1;
the parallel four-bar linkage retraction mechanism 3 comprises a first connecting bar 32, a first suspension arm 33, a second connecting bar 36 and a second suspension arm 37, wherein the left sides of the first connecting bar 32 and the first suspension arm 33 are rotatably hinged with a clamping seat 31, the right sides of the first connecting bar 32 and the first suspension arm 33 are rotatably hinged with an intermediate connecting seat 35, a first hydraulic rod 34 is arranged between the intermediate connecting seat 35 and the first suspension arm 33, the lower side of the intermediate connecting seat 35 is rotatably hinged with a second connecting bar 36 and a second suspension arm 37, the left side of the second suspension arm 37 of the second connecting bar 36 is rotatably hinged with a suspension arm base 39, and a second hydraulic rod 38 is arranged between the suspension arm base 39 and the second suspension arm 37, so that the problem that the original retraction device is limited.
The specific working principle is as follows: the suspension arm base 39 is arranged at a designated position, and the clamping seat 31 is clamped with a clamping pin on the supporting base 2; the first connecting rod 32 and the first suspension arm 33 are equal and parallel in length, the second connecting rod 36 and the second suspension arm 37 are equal and parallel in length, and because the left and right ends of the first connecting rod 32 and the first suspension arm 33 are respectively hinged with the clamping seat 31 and the middle connecting seat 35, when the first connecting rod 32 and the first suspension arm 33 move, the clamping seat 31 and the middle connecting seat 35 are always kept parallel in the vertical direction; similarly, the left ends and the right ends of the second connecting rod 36 and the second suspension arm 37 are respectively hinged with the suspension arm base 39 and the middle connecting seat 35, so that the suspension arm base 39 and the middle connecting seat 35 are always kept parallel in the vertical direction; based on the fact that the lengths of the first connecting rod 32, the second connecting rod 36, the first suspension arm 33 and the second suspension arm 37 are the same, the clamping seat 31 and the suspension arm base 39 are always on the same vertical line; the first hydraulic rod 34 and the second hydraulic rod 38 are connected with the same external source hydraulic system to drive the first boom 33 and the second boom 37 to clamp and open, so that the distance between the clamp seat 31 and the boom base 39 is controlled; this enables the hull 1 to be pushed straight out of the board or retracted into the hull 1 horizontally.
The length of the first connecting rod 32, the second connecting rod 36, the first suspension arm 33 and the second suspension arm 37 is the same, the first connecting rod 32 and the first suspension arm 33 are parallel to each other, the second connecting rod 36 and the second suspension arm 37 are parallel to each other, the middle connecting seat 35 is in an isosceles trapezoid structure, and the first suspension arm 33 and the second suspension arm 37 are symmetrically opened and closed relative to the middle connecting seat 35 by utilizing a lever principle.
A clamping pin is arranged on the supporting base 2, a clamping opening is formed in the left side of the clamping seat 31, and the clamping pin is matched with the clamping opening and used for tightly clamping the clamping seat 31 and the ship body 1.
The first hydraulic rod 34 and the second hydraulic rod 38 have the same specification, the first hydraulic rod 34 and the second hydraulic rod 38 are connected with the same external source hydraulic system through hydraulic conduits, and the first hydraulic rod 34 and the second hydraulic rod 38 extend synchronously, so that the clamping seat 31, the middle connecting seat 35 and the suspension arm base 39 are always kept parallel in the vertical direction, and the ship body 1 can be pushed out of a ship board linearly in a horizontal manner.
Two ends of a first hydraulic rod 34 and a second hydraulic rod 38 of the invention are respectively provided with a hinge, an intermediate connecting seat 35 and a first suspension arm 33 are connected with the first hydraulic rod 34 through the hinge, and a base 39 of the suspension arm is connected with the second suspension arm 37 through the hinge and the second hydraulic rod 38, thereby ensuring the flexible hinging effect of the first hydraulic rod 34 and the second hydraulic rod 38.
In addition, the invention provides a using method of the double-parallelogram four-bar mechanism boat launching and retracting device, which comprises the following steps:
step one, installing a retraction device: the suspension arm base 39 is arranged at a designated position, and the bayonet on the clamping seat 31 is clamped with the bayonet on the supporting base 2, so that the ship body 1 and the clamping seat 31 are relatively and fixedly arranged;
step two, a double-parallelogram structure: one group of parallelogram consists of a suspension arm base 39, a first suspension arm 33, a first connecting rod 32 and an intermediate connecting seat 35, wherein the first suspension arm 33 and the first connecting rod 32 have the same length and are parallel, the other group of parallelogram consists of a clamping seat 31, a second suspension arm 37, a second connecting rod 36 and the intermediate connecting seat 35, and the second suspension arm 37 and the second connecting rod 36 have the same length and are parallel;
step three, a double-oil-cylinder structure: because the triangular structure enclosed among the hydraulic rod I34, the suspension arm I33 and the intermediate connecting seat 35 is the same as the triangular structure enclosed among the hydraulic rod II 38, the suspension arm II 37 and the mounting seat, when the hydraulic rod I34 and the hydraulic rod II 38 are connected with an external source hydraulic system, the movement of the suspension arm I33 and the suspension arm II 37 is symmetrical about the intermediate connecting seat 35 according to the geometric principle;
step four, the double oil cylinders stretch and move: the first hydraulic rod 34 and the second hydraulic rod 38 are connected with the same external source hydraulic system through hydraulic conduits, when the hydraulic system supplies oil to two identical oil cylinders at the same time, theoretically, the extension amounts of the two oil cylinders are equal at any moment, and in the two parallelogram structures in the second step, as the first suspension arm 33 and the second suspension arm 37 move symmetrically relative to the middle connecting seat 35, the movement tracks of the clamping seat 31 and the mounting seat are on the same straight line.
