The exhaust joint 4 comprises a first tubular part 41 and a second tubular part 42 which are connected into a whole structure, wherein the outer diameter and the inner diameter of the first tubular part are both larger than those of the second tubular part; the first tubular part is sleeved on the locating pin and fixedly connected with the wall of the fuel tank, and a gap of 1mm is arranged between the end surface 43 of the first tubular part connected with the second tubular part and the outer end surface of the locating pin.
The application provides a method for connecting an internal and external exhaust system of a plastic fuel tank, which comprises the following steps:
s1, before the connecting method is carried out, an oil pump hole and an oil tank vent hole are machined in the fuel tank shell through a punching and welding process. An operator puts the internal exhaust pipe into the fuel tank shell through the oil pump hole, stretches the outer end of the internal exhaust pipe out of the fuel tank exhaust hole to the outer side of the fuel tank, and enables the internal exhaust pipe to be clamped and matched with the wall of the fuel tank.

the inner side surface of the first annular bulge, the inner side surface of the second annular bulge and the outer side surface of the second annular bulge are perpendicular to the side wall of the internal exhaust pipe.
4. The internal and external vent system for a plastic fuel tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the locating pin is in interference fit with the internal vent tube.
5. The internal and external vent system for a plastic fuel tank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner end of the positioning pin is chamfered and provided with a die-stripping angle.
6. A plastic fuel tank internal and external venting system as defined in claim 5 wherein said die angle is 1-2 °.
7. A plastic fuel tank inside-outside vent system according to claim 1, wherein said vent fitting comprises a first tubular portion and a second tubular portion connected as a unitary structure, said first tubular portion having an outer diameter and an inner diameter each larger than an outer diameter and an inner diameter of said second tubular portion;
the first tubular part is sleeved on the locating pin and fixedly connected with the wall of the fuel tank.
8. A plastic fuel tank internal and external vent system as claimed in claim 7, wherein a gap is provided between the end face of the first tubular part connected to the second tubular part and the outer end face of the positioning pin.
9. A method of connecting an internal and external vent system for a plastic fuel tank as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s1, after the oil pump hole and the oil tank vent hole are opened in the process of punching and welding the fuel tank, an operator extends the outer end of the internal exhaust pipe from the oil tank vent hole to the outer side of the fuel tank through the oil pump hole and enables the internal exhaust pipe to be clamped and matched with the wall of the fuel tank;
