Abstract
The invention discloses a stripping device for cast film production, which relates to the technical field of cast film production and comprises a placing table, wherein a placing groove is formed in the middle of the inner side of the placing table, a plurality of groups of compression springs are welded on two sides of the placing groove, a fixing plate is fixedly connected to one side of the tail end of each compression spring, a cast film is placed on one side of the fixing plate, a sticky strip is bonded to the top end of the cast film, a clamping plate is connected to one side of the sticky strip, and two groups of studs are in threaded connection with the inner side of the clamping plate. According to the invention, the fixing plate and the compression spring are arranged on the inner side of the placing groove, so that the casting film can be effectively and tightly clamped in the placing groove by the fixing plate under the elastic force action of the compression spring in the stripping process, and the interference to the stripping work caused by the relative movement of the casting film and the adhesive strip in the stripping process can be effectively avoided.

Background
Cast film is a non-stretched, non-oriented cast film produced by melt casting quenching. The method has two modes of single-layer casting and multi-layer coextrusion casting. Compared with blown films, the cast film has the characteristics of high production speed, high yield, extremely excellent transparency, gloss, thickness uniformity and the like of the film, and a stripping experiment is usually carried out on the cast film in the production process of the cast film so as to verify the stripping force of the cast film.
