the upper end face of the inner film layer (802) is attached and covered with an upper elastic film pad (803), the upper elastic film pad (803) is used for carrying out auxiliary pressure bearing on a fragile position at the top end of the lighting lamp, a plurality of adsorption pieces (804) are arranged on the circumference of the inner circumferential side face of the inner film layer (802), and each adsorption piece (804) slightly presses the outer end cover of the lighting lamp from a corresponding direction, so that the outer end cover is locally fixed in the inner film layer (802);
