Abstract
The invention relates to an overhead drill rod bracket, which comprises a lower bracket rod, an upper bracket rod partially overlapped with the lower bracket rod, a sliding rod connected to the upper bracket rod in a sliding way, and a gun drill bracket fixed at the upper end part of the sliding rod, wherein a first handle is movably connected to the overlapped part of the lower bracket rod and the upper bracket rod, and the first handle can drive the upper bracket rod to do lifting motion relative to the lower bracket rod; the upper support rod is rotatably connected with a second handle, the second handle is provided with an arc surface, the arc surface is abutted against the lower end part of the sliding rod, and the second handle can push the sliding rod to do reciprocating motion relative to the upper support rod through the arc surface; the upper bracket rod is fixedly connected with a stop block, and the stop block is abutted against the second handle to limit the second handle to rotate upwards on the upper bracket rod. The invention has convenient operation and control, reduces the punching cost, is not limited by workplaces, ensures the personal safety of workers during punching operation and meets the use requirements of enterprises.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field related to mechanical tools, and particularly relates to a high-altitude drill rod support.
Background
A gun drill belongs to a deep hole processing tool special for discharging chips, and is generally used for drilling a target object. At present, for the punching operation of the top surface of the high altitude, workers cannot directly operate because the position to be punched is in the high altitude, and therefore other auxiliary tools are needed for comparing the lifting platform, the crane and the like.
The mode realizes the use requirement of the gun drill for the overhead top surface operation, however, other auxiliary tools are needed in the construction process, which not only increases the corresponding punching cost, but also is limited by the workplace; in addition, workers ascend to the high-altitude operation through auxiliary tools, certain hidden dangers exist for personal safety of the workers, the workers are required to be not afraid of the high-altitude operation, and the use requirements of enterprises cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, it is necessary to provide an overhead drill rod support in order to solve the technical problems in the prior art.
The overhead drill rod bracket comprises a lower bracket rod, an upper bracket rod partially overlapped with the lower bracket rod, a sliding rod connected to the upper bracket rod in a sliding mode, and a gun drill bracket fixed at the upper end part of the sliding rod and used for assembling a gun drill, wherein a first handle is movably connected to the overlapped part of the lower bracket rod and the upper bracket rod, and the first handle can drive the upper bracket rod to move up and down relative to the lower bracket rod; the upper support rod is rotatably connected with a second handle, the second handle and the first handle are respectively arranged on two sides of the upper support rod and the lower support rod, the second handle is provided with an arc surface, the arc surface is abutted against the lower end part of the sliding rod, and the second handle can push the sliding rod to do reciprocating motion relative to the upper support rod through the arc surface; and a stop block is fixedly connected to the upper support rod and abuts against the second handle so as to limit the second handle to rotate upwards on the upper support rod.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a top plate is connected to an upper end of the upper support rod, and the top plate is disposed above the gun drill holder.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an end surface of the top plate on a side away from the upper bracket bar is provided with a convex tooth surface.
As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the lower end portion of the slide bar has an arc surface matched with the arc surface, and the second handle can push the slide bar to reciprocate relative to the upper support bar through the cooperation between the arc surface and the arc surface.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the sliding rod is connected with the upper support rod in a sliding mode through a sliding sleeve.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fine adjustment mechanism includes a foot plate rotatably connected to the ground support, and a protruding tip fixed to the foot plate, and the protruding tip protrudes downward relative to the ground support portion.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the high-altitude drill rod bracket further comprises a switch piece, and the switch piece is arranged on the second handle and used for controlling the gun drill arranged on the gun drill bracket to be opened and closed.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the overhead drill rod support provided by the invention has a simple structure, can act on the first handle by a hand to enable the upper support rod to abut against the top surface to be operated, so as to realize the confirmation of the punching position on the top surface to be operated, and then acts on the second handle to drive the sliding rod to do reciprocating motion relative to the upper support rod, so as to further drive the gun drill fixedly connected to the gun drill support to do reciprocating motion up and down, so that a worker can stand on the ground and achieve the aim of punching operation on the overhead top surface by driving the overhead drill rod support.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an aerial drill pipe support according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a lower support rod 10, an upper support rod 20 partially overlapping the lower support rod 10, a slide rod slidably coupled to the upper support rod 20, and a drill gun support 40 fixed to an upper end of the slide rod 30 and used for mounting a drill gun (not shown).
In this embodiment, a first handle 50 is movably connected to a portion where the lower support rod 10 and the upper support rod 20 overlap, and the first handle 50 can drive the upper support rod 20 to perform a lifting motion relative to the lower support rod 10; in addition, a second handle 60 is rotatably connected to the upper support rod 20 of the present embodiment, the second handle 60 and the first handle 50 are respectively disposed at two sides of the upper support rod 20 and the lower support rod 10, wherein the second handle 60 has a circular arc surface 61, the circular arc surface 61 abuts against a lower end portion of the sliding rod 30, and the second handle 60 can push the sliding rod 30 to reciprocate relative to the upper support rod 20 through the circular arc surface 61. That is, the overhead drill rod supporter of the present embodiment is operable to act on the first handle 50 to abut the upper support rod 20 against the top surface to be worked, and then to drive the second handle 60 to drive the slide rod 30 to reciprocate relative to the upper support rod 20, that is, when the overhead drill rod supporter is operated, the upper support rod 20 is first abutted against the top surface to be worked to confirm the position to be worked for drilling on the top surface, and then the slide rod 30 drives the gun drill support 40 to reciprocate relative to the upper support rod 20 to carry out the operation for drilling at the position to be worked for drilling. It should be noted that the gun drill can be inserted into the gun drill holder in a tight fit manner, or the gun drill is fixed to the gun drill holder in a binding manner, which is not described herein.
Here, the stopper 21 is fixed to the upper bracket rod 20 of the present embodiment, and the stopper 21 abuts against the second handle 60 to limit the second handle 60 from rotating upward on the upper bracket rod 20. That is, the high-altitude drill rod support of the present embodiment can provide the second handle 60 with support for the slide rod 30 without external force, that is, limit the position of the slide rod 30 at the lowest position on the upper support rod 20, by using the stopper 21.
In the present embodiment, the top plate 22 is connected to the upper end portion of the upper support rod 20 of the present embodiment, and the top plate 22 is disposed at a position above the gun drill holder 40. That is, when the aerial drill rod support of the present embodiment is operated, the top plate 22 of the upper support rod 20 abuts against the top surface to be worked to confirm the punching position of the top surface to be worked, and the structural arrangement of the top plate 22 increases the contact area between the upper support rod 20 and the top surface to be worked, and improves the contact stability between the upper support rod 20 and the top surface to be worked.
It can be understood that when the overhead drill rod bracket drives the gun drill to be operated on the top surface of the overhead drill rod bracket is a whole plane, the slide rod 30 drives the gun drill bracket 40 to move upwards, and the position of the top plate 22 is not exceeded; however, when the overhead drill rod support drives the gun drill to work on the top surface with high and low step surfaces, the distance of the slide rod 30 driving the gun drill support 40 to move upwards can exceed the position of the top plate 22, and will not be described herein.
Further, the top plate 22 of the present embodiment has a convex tooth surface on the end surface on the side away from the upper support rod 20, so that the friction coefficient when the top plate 22 is in contact with the top surface to be worked is increased, and the stability when the top plate 22 is in contact with the top surface to be worked is improved.
The lower end of the sliding rod 30 of the present embodiment has an arc surface 31 matching with the arc surface 61, and the second handle 60 can push the sliding rod 30 to reciprocate relative to the upper support rod 20 through the matching between the arc surface and the arc surface, so as to improve the stability of the second handle 60 when driving the sliding rod 30 to move.
The slide rod 30 and the upper support rod 20 of the present embodiment are slidably coupled to each other by a sliding sleeve 101, so that the slide rod 30 and the upper support rod 20 are slidably coupled to each other.
In this embodiment, the first handle 50 of this embodiment is rotatably connected to the lower support rod 10 and the upper support rod 20 by a pin 102, respectively, so that the first handle 50 can drive the upper support rod 20 to perform a lifting motion relative to the lower support rod 10 using the pin 102 connecting the first handle 50 and the lower support rod 10 as a fulcrum.
Further, the connecting rods 103 are movably connected to the upper and lower sides of the first handle 50 at the overlapping portion of the upper support bar 20 and the lower support bar 10, respectively, so as to improve the stability of the connection between the upper support bar 20 and the lower support bar 10. It should be noted that the connecting rods 103 may also be rotatably connected with the upper support rod 20 and the lower support rod 10 by using the pins 102, and of course, the number of the connecting rods 103 is not limited to that shown in the drawings, and for those skilled in the art, the number of the connecting rods 103 may be set to be one, three or even more, and the positions of the connecting rods 103 at the overlapping positions of the upper support rod 20 and the lower support rod 10 may be specifically set according to the use requirements, and will not be described herein.
As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the lower end portion of the lower mast 10 of the present embodiment is fixedly connected to a ground support 11, and the aerial drill rod supporter can be prevented from being placed on the ground by the ground support 11, thereby achieving the above-mentioned placement of the aerial drill rod supporter on the ground. In addition, the fine adjustment mechanisms 80 are connected to the opposite sides of the floor support 11 according to the present embodiment, and the fine adjustment mechanisms 80 can adjust the placement position of the floor support 11 on the floor.
Specifically, the fine adjustment mechanism 80 of the present embodiment includes a foot board 81 rotatably connected to the ground bracket 11, and a protruding tip 82 fixed to the foot board 81, wherein the protruding tip 82 partially protrudes downward with respect to the ground bracket 11. When the fine adjustment mechanism works, a user can step on the pedal 81 by feet to enable the convex tip 82 to act on the ground, the ground can drive the pedal 81 to have two component forces of upward stepping and stepping to the feet through the convex tip 82 by utilizing the acting force and the reacting force, the upward acting force can be adjusted and offset by the second handle 60, and the acting force of the stepping position of the foot drives the ground support 11 to move to the stepping position, so that the fine adjustment of the position of the ground support 11 on the ground is achieved.
In addition, the aerial drill rod support of the present embodiment further includes a switch 70, and the switch 70 is disposed on the second handle 60 to control the opening and closing of the gun drill disposed on the gun drill support 40.
As can be seen from the above, when the aerial drill rod support of the present embodiment is used, a suitable position is selected, the ground support 11 is placed on the ground, one hand of a worker downward breaks the first handle 50, so that the top plate 22 of the upper support rod 20 abuts against the top surface to be operated, and then another hand downward breaks the second handle 60, so as to reciprocate the gun drill support 40, and further drive the gun drill to perform the drilling operation on the drilling position of the top surface to be operated; when the punching position is slightly deviated, the high-altitude drill rod bracket can be finely adjusted by the fine adjustment mechanism 80, so that the use requirement of punching operation on the target position is met.
In summary, the aerial drill rod support provided by the invention has a simple structure, can act on the first handle by a hand to enable the upper support rod to abut against the top surface to be operated, so as to realize the confirmation of the punching position on the top surface to be operated, and then acts on the second handle to drive the sliding rod to do reciprocating motion relative to the upper support rod, so as to further drive the gun drill fixedly connected to the gun drill support to do reciprocating motion up and down, so that a worker can stand on the ground and achieve the aim of punching operation on the aerial top surface by driving the aerial drill rod support.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

An overhead drill rod bracket is characterized by comprising a lower bracket rod, an upper bracket rod partially overlapped with the lower bracket rod, a sliding rod connected to the upper bracket rod in a sliding manner, and a gun drill bracket fixed at the upper end part of the sliding rod and used for assembling a gun drill, wherein a first handle is movably connected to the overlapped part of the lower bracket rod and the upper bracket rod, and the first handle can drive the upper bracket rod to move up and down relative to the lower bracket rod; the upper support rod is rotatably connected with a second handle, the second handle and the first handle are respectively arranged on two sides of the upper support rod and the lower support rod, the second handle is provided with an arc surface, the arc surface is abutted against the lower end part of the sliding rod, and the second handle can push the sliding rod to do reciprocating motion relative to the upper support rod through the arc surface; and a stop block is fixedly connected to the upper support rod and abuts against the second handle so as to limit the second handle to rotate upwards on the upper support rod.
2. The aerial drill pipe mast of claim 1, wherein a top plate is connected to an upper end of the upper mast arm, the top plate being disposed at a position above the gun drill mast.
3. The aerial drill pipe holder of claim 2, wherein the top plate is provided with a convex tooth surface at an end surface on a side away from the upper support rod.
4. The aerial drill rod bracket of claim 1, wherein the lower end of the slide rod has an arc surface matched with the arc surface, and the second handle can push the slide rod to reciprocate relative to the upper bracket rod through the matching between the arc surface and the arc surface.
5. The aerial drill pipe mast according to claim 1, wherein the sliding rod is slidably connected with the upper mast by a sliding sleeve.

The aerial drill pipe support of claim 1, wherein the first handle is rotatably connected to the lower support rod and the upper support rod by a pin, so that the first handle can drive the upper support rod to perform lifting movement relative to the lower support rod by using the pin connected to the first handle and the lower support rod as a fulcrum.

The aerial drill rod bracket of claim 1, wherein a ground support is fixedly connected to the lower end of the lower support rod, and fine adjustment mechanisms are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the ground support and can adjust the placement position of the ground support on the ground.
9. The aerial drill pipe mast of claim 8, wherein the fine adjustment mechanism comprises a foot plate rotatably connected to the ground bracket and a nose fixedly attached to the foot plate, the nose projecting downwardly relative to the ground bracket portion.
10. The aerial drill pipe support of claim 1, further comprising a switch member disposed on the second handle for controlling the opening and closing of a gun drill disposed on the gun drill support.
