In addition, the water dividing body 120 does not need to be provided with the first annular body 125, and when the water dividing body 120 and the lower water body 130 are assembled, the second annular body 134 of the lower water body 130 can be attached to the lower water plate 133 to form a seal, and the second part of the water passing channels form the water passing channels 1213.
In one assembly, the joint between the water diversion body 120 and the lower water body 130 can be sealed by a sealant to ensure the sealing performance of the whole water passage channel 1213 and the sealing performance between the first channel 1211 and the second channel 1212.
In some embodiments, the water diversion body 120 and the lower water body 130 can be an integrally formed structure.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in the embodiment, the shape of the water outlet cover 150 may be adapted to the shape of the inner wall of the housing cover 112, and when the water outlet cover 150 is assembled to the housing 110, the outer wall of the water outlet cover 150 may be attached to the inner wall of the housing cover 112 to form a seal, and a sealing ring or a sealant may be disposed between the two to improve the sealing performance of the two.
In this embodiment, the outlet cover 150 may be a circular sheet structure, the plurality of outlet holes 151 may be regularly or irregularly arranged on the outlet cover 150, as an example, the plurality of outlet holes 151 may be spaced around a center line of the outlet cover 150 and may form a plurality of circles, the plurality of outlet holes 151 may be uniformly arranged on the entire outlet cover 150, and a larger area of spray range may be formed when the plurality of outlet holes 151 are simultaneously discharged. Wherein, the quantity of the portion 152 that goes out water ring can be the same with the quantity of apopore 151, and every portion 152 that goes out water ring corresponds to a apopore 151, and the internal perisporium of portion 152 that goes out water ring can be annular shape or funnel shaped structure, and oblique water inlet 1521 can be the breach, also the terminal surface of keeping away from the surface of water cover 150 that goes out water ring 152 still runs through to oblique water inlet 1521. The axis of the angled inlet 1521 may be parallel to or inclined with respect to a tangential direction of the water outlet ring portion 152, wherein the axis of the angled inlet 1521 and the center of the water outlet ring portion 152 may not intersect. Through setting up oblique water inlet 1521 so that the rivers through oblique water inlet 1521 can rotate and form the swirl of certain size along the interior perisporium of collar portion 152, the rivers of swirl form disperse easily at quick rotatory in-process and form atomizing form splash, make like this through oblique water inlet 1521 the rivers that get into apopore 151 with atomizing form splash form from apopore 151 emergence, such water form can wash user's skin more softly.
When only the water flow of the first waterway channel 21 directly flows in from the water outlet hole 151, the water flow may be emitted from the water outlet hole 151 in a thin strip shape substantially along the axial direction of the water outlet hole 151; when only the water flow passing through the second waterway flows in from the inclined water inlet 1521, the water flow can be emitted from the water outlet hole 151 in an atomized spray; when the water flow in the first waterway channel 21 and the water flow in the second waterway channel 22 both exit from the water outlet 151, the water flow can exit from the water outlet 151 in two ways, namely, a thin strip and an atomized form. Through the above waterway design, the same water outlet hole 151 on the water outlet surface cover 150 can emit water flows with various shapes, so as to meet different requirements of users.
In some embodiments, the angled inlet 1521 may be disposed substantially along a tangential direction parallel to the water outlet ring portion 152 such that the water flow enters the water passing cavity 153 along the tangential direction of the water outlet ring portion 152. After the water flow enters from the oblique water inlet 1521, the water flow can enter the water passing cavity 153 along the tangential direction of the water outlet ring portion 152 and surround along the circumferential direction of the inner circumferential wall of the water outlet ring portion 152 to form a vortex with a larger flow speed, and the vortex-shaped water flow with the larger flow speed is more easily dispersed to form a finer atomized water spray in the rapid rotation process.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the outlet cover 150 has a cavity 154 facing the housing 110, wherein the cavity 154 may be formed by a surface depression of the outlet cover 150, the outlet cover 150 includes a bottom wall 155 located in the cavity 154, each of the water outlet rings 152 is disposed on the bottom wall 155, the bottom wall 155 is provided with a plurality of inclined water inlet passages 1551, and each of the inclined water inlet passages 1551 communicates with one of the inclined water inlet 1521 and the cavity 154, so that the water flow from the second waterway passage 22 flows from the inclined water inlet passage 1551 to the inclined water inlet 1521 through the cavity 154. The number of the inclined water inlet channels 1551 may be the same as that of the water outlet holes 151, each inclined water inlet channel 1551 may be arranged along the tangential direction of the water outlet ring part 152, a plurality of inclined water inlet channels 1551 may be arranged approximately towards the center of the water outlet cover 150, and two adjacent inclined water inlet channels 1551 may be approximately parallel, so that the distance between two adjacent inclined water inlet channels 1551 may be reduced, and more inclined water inlet channels 1551 may be arranged on the water outlet cover 150 with a certain area as much as possible. When the water flow of the second waterway channel 22 flows into the chamber 154, the water flow in the chamber 154 can flow to each inclined water inlet channel 1551 and then flows into the water outlet hole 151 through the inclined water inlet 1521, so that each water outlet hole 151 can emit atomized water.
In some embodiments, the sectional area of each inclined water inlet channel 1551 is larger than the sectional area of the inclined water inlet 1521, when a certain flow of water flows into the inclined water inlet 1521 with a smaller sectional area from the inclined water inlet channel 1551 with a larger sectional area, the flow rate of the water flow is increased, so that the water flow can flow to the water passing cavity 153 of the water outlet ring portion 152 at a higher speed, thereby forming a vortex with a higher flow rate, and thus each water flow exiting through the water outlet hole 151 is dispersed to form a finer atomized spray, so as to improve the comfort level of the user in washing.
In some embodiments, each outlet hole 151 may include a first hole portion 1511 and a second hole portion 1512, the second hole portion 1512 communicates the first hole portion 1511 and the water passing chamber 153 and is located between the first hole portion 1511 and the water passing chamber 153, and an inner diameter of the second hole portion 1512 is smaller than an inner diameter of the water passing chamber 153. Main functions of second hole portion 1512: by making the inner diameter of the second hole portion 1512 smaller than the inner diameter of the water passing cavity 153, the diameter of the second hole portion 1512 is not too large or too small, and the rotating water flow is completely dispersed when flowing to the second hole portion 1512 with a smaller diameter, so as to better form atomization.
In some embodiments, the inner diameter of the first hole portion 1511 may be larger than the inner diameter of the second hole portion 1512 to ensure that each water outlet hole 151 can emit a larger range of water flow or water mist, and the first hole portion 1511 may be substantially a conical hole or a circular ring structure, so that the water flow is emitted from the second hole portion 1512 in a certain shape to form a water flower with a specific shape, so that the overall effect of the emitted water flower is better.
