step three, when the driving motor 53 is turned on to work, the ultraviolet lamp 5 is controlled to be turned on to work, ultraviolet rays generated by the work of the ultraviolet lamp 5 are irradiated on the surface of the photocatalyst particles 511 through the irradiation plate 59 to be in contact with the photocatalyst particles 511 to generate a chemical reaction, and a sterilization and disinfection gas is generated, wherein the gas is continuously increased to generate air pressure inside, so that the sterilization and disinfection gas flows into the processing cavity 311 through the air outlet 510 to be in mixed contact with the oil fume and the mist, and harmful gases in the oil fume are killed.
