Description

Pressure relief composition and method of making same
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of health management, in particular to a pressure relief composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The progress of science and technology and society brings convenience to production and life of people, but invisibly increases the mental pressure of people. Especially, workers in an overloaded state for a long time are covered by the cover in front of the dual pressure of society and life, and thus sympathetic nerve and parasympathetic nerve are disturbed, and symptoms such as depression and anxiety are easily caused.
To relieve decompression, people usually take anti-stress drugs such as fluoxetine. However, if the medicine is taken for a long time, the medicine dependence is easy to cause, and meanwhile, the medicine can generate side effects on the human body, so that the prior art is not favorable for relieving the stress of people.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a pressure relieving composition and a preparation method thereof, which can better relieve pressure
In a first aspect, embodiments of the present invention provide a pressure relief composition comprising:
the pressure relief composition comprises: base oil and blend oil; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the volume ratio of the blend oil to the base oil is 1: 19-1: 32.3;
the blend oil comprises: valerian extract, santalum album extract and benzoin extract, wherein,
the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the santalum album extract is 1: 0.2-1: 5;
the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the benzoin extract is 1: 0.2-1: 5.
Specifically, the volume ratio of the blend oil to the base oil is 1:19 to 1:32.3, which is any value in the range of 1:19 to 1:32.3, for example, 1:19, 1:21, 1:23, 1:25, 1:30, and 1: 32.3. The reason is that the pressure relief composition formed by uniformly mixing the blend oil and the base oil is applied to the surface of human skin, so that the pressure relief composition can not only ensure the effect of relieving pressure, but also can be well absorbed by the human skin and does not cause anaphylactic reaction when being applied to the human skin. When the volume ratio of the blend oil to the base oil is not in the range of 1: 19-1: 32.3, if the ratio of the blend oil is too high, some extracts in the blend oil can generate irritation reaction on human skin, and the using effect is influenced; if the proportion of the blend oil is too low, the formed pressure-relieving composition cannot normally exert the pressure-relieving effect.
Specifically, 1:0.2 to 1:5 refers to any value in the range of 1:0.2 to 1:5, such as 1:0.2, 1:0.5, 1:1, 1:3, and 1:5, with respect to the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the santalum album extract. The valerian extract and the sandalwood extract are used as the main fragrance of the pressure relieving composition, and have the effects of relieving pressure, resisting depression and promoting sleep, and play a main role in the pressure relieving composition; the valerian extract can strengthen the inhibition process of cerebral cortex, relieve reflex excitability and relieve smooth muscle spasm, thereby having the effects of resisting depression, calming, improving sleep, resisting convulsion and the like; the chemical components of the santalum album extract comprise sesquiterpene alcohol, which has an analgesic effect on the central nervous system, so that the santalum album extract can play a role in mildly resisting depression; the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the santalum album extract is 1: 0.2-1: 5, so that each extract can play a respective effect, the mutual influence degree of the two extracts in the aspect of the effects is reduced, and the valerian extract and the santalum album extract can achieve the effect of blending fragrance. When the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the sandalwood extract is not within the range of 1: 0.2-1: 5: if the proportion of the valerian extract is too high or too low, the valerian extract and the sandalwood extract only have singleness in the aspect of efficacy exertion and cannot combine the characteristics of the two extracts, so that the valerian extract and the sandalwood extract complement each other and act together.
Specifically, 1:0.2 to 1:5 in terms of the volume ratio of valerian extract to benzoin extract means any value in the range of 1:0.2 to 1:5, such as 1:0.2, 1:0.5, 1:1, 1:3, and 1: 5. The rest extract is an auxiliary fragrance, has the effects of soothing mood and relieving anxiety, and plays an auxiliary role in the pressure-relieving composition; the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the benzoin extract can achieve the effect of blending, not only can exert the respective effect to the maximum extent, but also can enable the blend oil to achieve the effect of integral blending by absorbing the effect of each extract. When the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the benzoin extract is not in the range of 1: 0.2-1: 5: if the proportion of valerian extracts is too high, resulting in a smaller proportion of benzoin extracts in the blend oil, the goal of blending between the various extracts in the blend oil is not achieved well. Therefore, not only the efficacy of the stress relieving composition but also whether the odor, components, etc. of the stress relieving composition meet the needs of the human body are important; if the proportion of valerian extracts is too low, the final efficacy of the stress relieving composition will be affected.
Analysis shows that the volume ratio of the blend oil to the base oil is 1: 19-1: 32.3, the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the santalum album extract is 1: 0.2-1: 5, and the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the benzoin extract is 1: 0.2-1: 5, and the volume ratio of the blend oil to the base oil in the pressure relief composition, and the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the santalum album extract and the benzoin extract in the blend oil are set within the balance point of efficacy and blending. Not only can ensure that each extract has respective efficacy, but also can reduce the influence degree between the two extracts and achieve the function of blending fragrance.
Preferably, the blend oil further comprises: rosa damascena extract and Boswellia carterii extract;
the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the rosa damascena extract is 1: 0.2-1: 5;
the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the frankincense extract is 1: 0.2-1: 5.
Specifically, the volume ratio of valerian extract to rosa damascena extract of 1:0.2 to 1:5 is any value in the range of 1:0.2 to 1:5, for example, 1:0.2, 1:0.5, 1:1, 1:3, and 1: 5. The reason is that the rosa damascena extract is an auxiliary fragrance, has the effects of soothing mood and relieving anxiety, and plays an auxiliary role in the pressure relief composition, wherein the rosa damascena extract can soothe and coordinate mood, and is helpful for depression, anger, sadness, fear, nervousness and depression, and meanwhile, the rosa damascena extract has a deep and fresh taste and has a typical rose-type fragrance; the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the rosa damascena extract is 1: 0.2-1: 5, so that the two extracts can exert respective effects, and the purposes of effect and fragrance blending between the valerian extract and the rosa damascena extract can be achieved. When the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the rosa damascena extract is not within the range of 1: 0.2-1: 5: if the proportion of the valerian extract is too high, the proportion of the rosa damascena extract in the blend oil is small, so that the rosa damascena extract has a rose-shaped fragrance which cannot be exerted in the pressure relieving composition, and in the pressure relieving composition, not only the efficacy of the pressure relieving composition but also whether the odor, the components and the like of the pressure relieving composition meet the needs of a human body are considered; if the proportion of valerian extracts is too low, the final efficacy of the stress relieving composition will be affected.
Specifically, 1: 0.2-1: 5 refers to any value in the range of 1:0.2 to 1:5, such as 1:0.2, 1:0.5, 1:1, 1:3 and 1:5, with respect to the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the boswellia carterii extract. The reason is that the frankincense extract is taken as the auxiliary fragrance, can play a role in assisting the pressure relief of the main fragrance and inhibiting the main fragrance from generating adverse effects in the pressure relief process, and can play a role in blending fragrance. The volume ratio of the valerian extract to the frankincense extract is 1: 0.2-1: 5, so that the two extracts can exert respective effects, and the purposes of effect and fragrance blending can be achieved between the valerian extract and the frankincense extract. When the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the frankincense extract is not in the range of 1: 0.2-1: 5: if the proportion of the valerian extract is too high, the proportion of the frankincense extract in the blend oil is small, the pressure relief of the main fragrance is difficult to assist, the bad effect of the main fragrance in the pressure relief process is inhibited, and the effect of blending fragrance is achieved; if the proportion of valerian extracts is too high, the final efficacy of the stress relieving composition will be affected.
Preferably, the blend oil further comprises: cananga odorata extract, salvia sclarea extract and pogostemon cablin extract;
the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the cananga odorata extract is 1: 0.2-1: 5;
the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the salvia sclarea extract is 1: 0.2-1: 5;
the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the patchouli extract is 1: 0.2-1: 5.
Specifically, the volume ratio of valerian extract to ylang-ylang extract of 1:0.2 to 1:5 is any value in the range of 1:0.2 to 1:5, for example, 1:0.2, 1:0.5, 1:1, 1:3 and 1: 5. The reason is that the valerian extract is the main fragrance, has the effects of relieving pressure and promoting sleep, and plays a main role in the pressure-relieving composition; the cananga odorata extract is a zoffia, has the effects of assisting the pressure relief of the main fragrance and inhibiting the main fragrance from generating adverse effects in the pressure relief process, wherein the chemical components of the cananga odorata extract contain a large amount of linalool, germacrene D and beta-caryophyllene), is used for relaxing and massaging, and has the effects of calming and soothing, and is usually used for overcoming sleep disorders. The volume ratio of the valerian extract to the cananga odorata extract is 1: 0.2-1: 5, so that the valerian extract and the cananga odorata extract can exert respective effects, and the cananga odorata extract can play a role in assisting the pressure relief of the main fragrance and inhibiting the generation of adverse effects of the main fragrance in the pressure relief process. When the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the cananga odorata extract is not within the range of 1: 0.2-1: 5: if the proportion of the valerian extract is too high, when the valerian extract plays a role in relieving pressure in the pressure relieving composition, if the efficacy of adverse effect is generated, the lower proportion of the cananga odorata extract can not better inhibit the main fragrance from generating adverse effect in the pressure relieving process; if the proportion of valerian extracts is too low, the normal functioning of the stress relieving composition will be affected.
Specifically, the volume ratio of valerian extract to salvia sclarea extract of 1:0.2 to 1:5 means any value in the range of 1:0.2 to 1:5, for example, 1:0.2, 1:0.5, 1:1, 1:3 and 1: 5. The salvia sclarea extract is an adjuvant incense and has the effects of assisting the pressure relief of the main incense and inhibiting the main incense from generating adverse effects in the pressure relief process, and the chemical components of the salvia sclarea extract contain higher content of linalyl acetate, so that the salvia sclarea extract has the effects of relieving spasm and calming, can reduce systolic pressure and relieve pressure, has double effects of relaxing and strengthening the nervous system, and has obvious anti-depression effect; the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the salvia sclarea extract is 1: 0.2-1: 5, so that the two extracts can exert respective effects, and the salvia sclarea extract can play the effects of assisting the pressure relief of the main fragrance and inhibiting the adverse effect of the main fragrance in the pressure relief process. When the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the salvia sclarea extract is not within the range of 1: 0.2-1: 5: if the proportion of the valerian extracts is too high, when the valerian extracts play a role in relieving pressure in the pressure relieving composition, the lower proportion of the clary sage extracts cannot better inhibit the main fragrance from generating adverse effects in the pressure relieving process if the adverse effects are generated; if the proportion of valerian extracts is too low, the normal functioning of the stress relieving composition will be affected.
Specifically, 1:0.2 to 1:5 in terms of the volume ratio of valerian extract to patchouli extract means any value in the range of 1:0.2 to 1:5, such as 1:0.2, 1:0.5, 1:1, 1:3, and 1: 5. This is because the patchouli extract is a jojoba extract; the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the patchouli extract is 1: 0.2-1: 5, so that the two extracts can exert respective effects, and the patchouli extract can play a role in guiding medicaments to directly reach a disease focus and harmonizing fragrance. When the volume ratio of the valerian extract to the patchouli extract is not in the range of 1: 0.2-1: 5: if the proportion of the valerian extract is too high, when the valerian extract plays a role in relieving pressure in the pressure relieving composition, if an adverse effect is generated, the lower proportion of the salvia sclarea extract cannot better play a role in guiding medicaments to directly reach a disease site and harmonizing fragrance; if the proportion of valerian extracts is too low, the normal functioning of the stress relieving composition will be affected.

The small fragrance satisfaction score is the percentage of the number of the selected likes and dislikes to the effective filling amount, specifically, the number of the selected likes and dislikes in example 1 is 20, and the effective filling amount is 34, so the small fragrance satisfaction score of example 1 is 58.8; specifically, the number of selected likes and dislikes in example 2 was 16, and the effective filling amount was 37, so that the small score of the fragrance level of example 2 was 43.2; specifically, the number of selected likes and dislikes in example 3 was 4, and the effective filling amount was 33, so that the small score of the degree of fragrance of example 1 was 12.1. The fragrance preference score of example 1 was 44.1, the fragrance preference score of example 2 was 36.5, and the fragrance preference score of example 3 was 21.2, all of which were combined with the fragrance degree subtotal and fragrance satisfaction subtotal.
The comprehensive scores of the fragrance, the aroma, the charm, the physical and mental effects and the fragrance like are 237.6 in example 1, 249.0 in example 2 and 178.2 in example 3.
Based on the results of fragrance preference, psychosomatic effect, drug aroma and comprehensive evaluation score of the stress relief composition in the three examples shown in table 2, 13 men and 36 women aged 25-41 years were tested in a Heart Rate Variability (HRV) test in a room temperature, closed environment. Before the first HRV pressure test is a test, the conditions of the second HRV pressure test are as follows: the test is started after 2-5 ml of the pressure relief composition is coated on the Yingxiang acupoint, the pressure relief composition is sniffed 1 minute after the test is started, and the HRV pressure test is performed 5 minutes after the test is started. Table 3 shows the results of HRV stress tests performed on the stress relief compositions of the three examples, e.g.
Shown in Table 3:
Figure BDA0002795193950000241
Figure BDA0002795193950000251
Figure BDA0002795193950000261
in table 3, for the pressure relief composition of the same example, the same experimenter indicated that the pressure relief composition of this example is HRV effective when the second HRV pressure test value is less than the first HRV pressure test value; the same test indicates that the pressure relief composition of this example is not effective in HRV when the second HRV stress test value is greater than or equal to the first HRV stress test value. The HRV effectiveness is used to characterize the number of times the stress relief composition is HRV effective as a percentage of the sum of HRV effective and HRV ineffective. Combining the statistical results of the HRV test reports of the stress relief compositions in table 3, the HRV effective rate of example 1 is 66.67%, the HRV effective rate of example 2 is 38.70%, and the HRV effective rate of example 3 is 66.74%.
Combining the sensory test results shown in Table 2 and the HRV stress test results shown in Table 3, example 1 is a preferred embodiment of the present invention in which the stress relief composition achieves both stress relief and also provides a pleasant feel of fragrance and drug aroma.
