When the back cushion 421 of the wheelchair 400 contacts with the bed 300, the engaging groove 223 of the first rotating assembly 220 rotates to the position of the third engaging member 412 of the base 410 of the wheelchair 400, and the third engaging member 412 is engaged. The crutch 500 is placed at the bottom of the bed body 300, so that the space can be effectively saved, and in addition, when the crutch needs to stand, the crutch 500 can be directly taken out from the bottom of the bed body 300, so that the operation is convenient.
