when locked, the locking piece (4) is connected with the first rotating part (2) and the second rotating part (3) so that the first rotating part (2) and the second rotating part (3) are relatively fixed;
when the lock is unlocked, the driving piece (5) drives the locking piece (4) to slide to be separated from the first rotating part (2), so that the first rotating part (2) and the second rotating part (3) can rotate relatively.

The joint structure of dining chair according to claim 1, wherein said locking piece (4) is provided with locking teeth (41), said first rotating part (2) is provided with a first slot (21) axially arranged along said rotating shaft (1), said second rotating part (3) is provided with a second slot (31) axially arranged along said rotating shaft (1);
when the locking mechanism is locked, the locking teeth (41) are simultaneously clamped into the first clamping groove (21) and the second clamping groove (31) so that the first rotating part (2) and the second rotating part (3) are relatively fixed;
when the lock is unlocked, the driving piece (5) drives the locking piece (4) to slide until the locking teeth (41) are separated from the first clamping grooves (21), so that the first rotating part (2) and the second rotating part (3) can rotate relatively.

when the locking piece is unlocked, the inner joint (51) is rotated, the pushing part (511) slides along the unlocking inclined plane (42) and pushes the locking piece (4) to slide to the second rotating part (3), and therefore the locking teeth (41) are separated from the first clamping grooves (21).

The dining chair joint structure according to claim 4, wherein a partition (25) is provided in the first rotating part (2), the inner joint (51) is provided at one side of the partition (25), the locking member (4) is provided at the other side of the partition (25), a circular arc hole (251) is provided in the partition (25), and the pushing part (511) passes through the circular arc hole (251).
6. The dining chair joint structure according to claim 4, wherein the driving member (5) further comprises a seat tube (53) fixedly connected with the inner joint (51) and a wrench (54) arranged on the seat tube (53).
