Upon draining, the electro valve 22 is opened, i.e. the bypass line 16c allows flow, and the remaining water in the pipe system 16 flows back to the drawer reservoir 12 by gravity.
In certain embodiments, the unidirectional positive displacement pump 18 is a diaphragm pump, a vibratory pump, or a metering pump.
In some embodiments, the piping of the piping system 16 connecting the drawer-type water reservoir 12 is provided with an automatic valve connection 17;
