本发明涉及营养保健领域,具体为一种具有抗糖、祛湿、减脂、提高免疫力的功能饮品。
背景技术
痰湿体质人群主要是由于体内津液消化吸收、分布、代谢等生理过程异常,导致代谢不畅,日积月累,形成以黏滞重浊为主要表现特征的体质状态。痰湿体质以形体胖大肥满、皮肤分泌较多油脂、胸闷、痰多、嗜睡、精神困倦、身重不爽等为主要临床表现。痰湿人群,则形体肥满、行动乏力、精神不振、大便粘腻,痰湿阻于子宫,导致月经不调、多囊卵巢综合征等病症。
痰湿体质人群作为一种偏颇体质,影响着诸多疾病的发生,所以调理痰湿体质也是治疗这些疾病的当务之急。改善痰湿体质也可以通过多食薏苡仁、莱菔子、果蔬粉、菊粉、砂仁、麦芽、薏苡仁、复合益生元、益生菌等药食同源食材,诸药多性平或性温,且多归脾经,可健脾益气、行气化湿。但目前很少有机构,应用药食同源产品对痰湿体质人群的改善和治疗。
糖化是随着年龄的增长呈现出代谢减慢,从而导致多余的糖分在身体内游走,附着在人体组织的胶原蛋白上,长时间粘附让胶原蛋白断裂或损伤,然后变硬失去弹性。最终影响人体皮肤,使得皮肤产生皱纹、发黄或变得粗糙等。因此,具有抗糖功效的营养平衡素是市场的刚需。然而目前具有抗糖、祛湿、减脂、提高免疫力的营养平衡功能饮品,目前市面上几乎没有报道。
