A processing method of the Yaosheng Yishen tea comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing lily, spina date seed, lotus seed, poria cocos, fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae, liquorice, gordon euryale seed, Chinese date and wolfberry fruit according to parts by weight, respectively crushing, sieving and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed material;
the water content of the material before crushing is 13%; the aperture phi of a screen used for sieving is 1.2 mm; the stirring speed is 130r/min, and the time is 8 min;
(2) feeding the mixed material obtained in the step (1) into a steamer for steaming, then feeding into a dryer for drying, and performing microwave sterilization to obtain the Yaosheng Yishen tea;

To further illustrate that the present invention can achieve the technical effects, the following experiments were performed:
first, taste testing
Selecting 900 test volunteers, randomly dividing the test volunteers into 9 groups, 100 groups in each group, and enabling the proportion of male and female in each group to be equal, respectively drinking the health tea prepared by the methods of the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-4 of the invention to enable the volunteers to taste by themselves, and after the test is finished, performing questionnaire survey, wherein the results are divided into 4 types:
(1) very good: the tea has comfortable taste, tea fragrance and good health-care effect;
(2) well: the taste is comfortable, the fragrance is light, and the health care effect is achieved;

As can be seen from the experimental results in Table 1, compared with the prior art, the Yao Sheng Yishen tea prepared by the method has better taste, is favorable for a plurality of testers, is suitable for all people, has comfortable taste, and has the effects of calming heart, soothing nerves, clearing heat, relieving restlessness, astringing and consolidating.
Second, clinical trial
900 volunteers with uncomfortable symptoms such as insomnia, dreaminess, vexation, irritability, frequent nocturia and the like are selected and randomly divided into 9 groups, 100 groups of the volunteers are drunk, the health-care tea prepared by the methods of the embodiments 1 to 5 and the comparative examples 1 to 4 is drunk after being soaked in boiling water, 1 bag of the tea is drunk once and 3 times a day, the health-care tea is continuously taken for 50 days, other medicines are not taken for one week before the tea is drunk and during drinking, whether the uncomfortable symptoms such as insomnia, dreaminess, vexation, irritability, frequent nocturia and the like of each group of volunteers are improved or not is observed, and the experimental results are shown in the following table 2.

As can be seen from the experimental data in the table 2, compared with the prior art, the Yao Sheng Yishen tea prepared by the method has the advantages of short brewing time, good effect of treating insomnia, dreaminess, vexation, irritability, nocturia and other uncomfortable symptoms, effects of calming heart and soothing nerves, clearing heat and relieving restlessness, and astringing and consolidating, and is quick in effect and remarkable in curative effect.
In conclusion, the Yao Sheng Yishen tea prepared by the method has the effects of calming the heart, soothing the nerves, clearing heat, relieving restlessness, astringing and consolidating the constitution. Is suitable for people suffering from insomnia, dreaminess, vexation, irritability, and nocturia. But infants and pregnant women are forbidden to use, and people with allergic constitution follow the advice of doctors. And after the tea is steamed and dried, functional components are easily dissolved in tea water, the tea is convenient to brew, the tea can be well brewed in hot water with the temperature of more than 50 ℃ in less than one minute, and the tea is convenient, quick and convenient to carry.

The Yao Sheng Yi Shen tea as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of lily, 95-105 parts of spina date seed, 55-65 parts of lotus seed, 70-90 parts of poria cocos, 70-90 parts of fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae, 45-55 parts of liquorice, 70-90 parts of gordon euryale seed, 70-90 parts of Chinese date and 70-90 parts of wolfberry fruit.

The Yao Sheng Yi Shen tea as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 parts of lily, 100 parts of spina date seed, 60 parts of lotus seed, 80 parts of poria cocos, 80 parts of fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae, 50 parts of liquorice, 80 parts of gordon euryale seed, 80 parts of Chinese date and 80 parts of wolfberry fruit.

(1) weighing lily, spina date seed, lotus seed, poria cocos, fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae, liquorice, gordon euryale seed, Chinese date and wolfberry fruit according to parts by weight, respectively crushing, sieving and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed material;
