根据本发明的实施方式,照明源102构造成提供接近适合于检测荧光效应的紫外线范围(UVA范围)的特定波长中的光,成像装置包括荧光计,并且处理模块还包括机器学习模块,该机器学习模块通过消除牙齿和嘴部的其他部分检测确切的牙龈图案,并且该机器学习模块配置成通过识别用户的牙龈上的具有突出的颜色、纹理或形状的图案来检测牙龈炎,并且将这些图案标记为具有牙龈炎的高可能性的区域。
根据本发明的另一实施方式,处理模块配置成通过识别牙齿形状检测蛀牙并配置成将一组牙齿的图像分隔成单个牙齿,并且该处理模块配置成基于每个牙齿的形状、纹理和颜色检测每个牙齿上的独特图案。机器学习模块用于识别牙齿表面上的形状、颜色或纹理方面的变化,该变化比牙齿表面的其余部分突出并且可能暗示蛀牙的形成。
根据本发明的又一实施方式,处理模块配置成检测口腔癌。口腔癌疮通常位于用户的牙龈和舌头上而不是直接位于牙齿上,因此,检测口腔癌是通过从图像消除牙齿并且基于形状、纹理和颜色在用户的嘴部的图像的其余部分中搜索独特图案进行的。机器学习模块用于搜索对于疮常见的典型图案并且用于识别可能指示口腔癌的形成的图案。
根据本发明的实施方式,该设备(以无线的方式或以有线的方式)连接至远程计算机化装置,例如PDA、智能手机、云、服务器群等,其构造成进一步处理图像并且向相关医师提供检测通知。根据本发明的实施方式,仅将引起口腔或牙齿危害怀疑的图像传输至计算机化装置和医师。
图3A和图3B分别示意性地图示了根据本发明的实施方式的智能牙刷301的正视图和侧视图,智能牙刷301包括设备101,设备101的远端部设置有一次性牙刷头302。在该实施方式中,在施加一次性牙刷头302的情况下,除了以上关于图1和图2提及的功能之外,该设备还可以用于监测刷牙。图4A和图4B分别示意性地图示了图3A和图3B的放大视图,图4A和图4B仅示出了适于施加在设备101的远端部上的一次性牙刷头302。
尽管已经通过说明的方式描述了本发明的实施方式,但是将理解的是,本发明可以在不超出权利要求的范围内以许多改型、变型和调整方案来实施。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于检测口腔疾病和危害的设备,所述设备包括:
a.插入构件,所述插入构件构造成插入到用户的嘴部中;
b.一个或更多个照明源,所述一个或更多个照明源构造成照亮所述用户的嘴部的一部分;
c.一个或更多个成像装置,所述一个或更多个成像装置构造成捕获所述用户的嘴部内部的图像;
d.处理模块,所述处理模块配置成接收来自所述一个或更多个成像装置的图像、处理所述接收的图像、并且根据经处理的数据检测口腔异常;以及
e.一个或更多个通信装置,所述一个或更多个通信装置配置成将所述经处理的数据和分析传送至其他装置或系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述其他装置或系统是附近的计算机、智能手机或任何其他存储装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,一个或更多个网络、社交媒体或通信配置用于将所述经处理的数据传输至医师、医生或健康专家以用于进一步的分析和医学意见。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述接收的图像由所述处理模块使用专有算法和机器学习技术进行处理。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,所述设备设置在牙刷柄的远端部上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述照明源中的至少一个照明源构造成提供紫外光(在UVA范围内),所述一个或更多个成像装置包括至少一个荧光计,并且所述处理模块配置成通过识别所述用户的牙龈上的具有突出的颜色、纹理或形状的图案来检测牙龈炎,并且将所述图案标记为具有牙龈炎的高可能性的区域。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述处理模块还包括机器学习模块,所述机器学习模块用于通过识别牙齿形状检测早期蛀牙的形成并用于将一组牙齿的图像分隔成单个牙齿,并且所述机器学习模块配置成基于形状、纹理和颜色检测每个所述单个牙齿上的独特图案并且将所述独特图案标记为具有蛀牙形成的高可能性的区域。
8.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述处理模块还包括机器学习模块,所述机器学习模块用于通过从所述用户的嘴部的图像识别并消除牙齿来检测口腔癌疮的形成,并且所述机器学习模块配置成基于形状、纹理和颜色检测所述嘴部的其余部分中的独特图案。
9.根据权利要求1所述的设备,所述设备连接至远程计算机化装置例如PDA、智能手机、云、服务器群等。
10.一种智能牙刷,所述智能牙刷包括根据权利要求1所述的设备和一次性牙刷头。
