Clicking a (directory) button (third in figure 9) to enter a data summary directory creation interface; selecting the range of the generated catalog and selecting the catalog table style; establishing a corresponding relation between a data directory table and cells in a current table, for example, importing the content plan of the first part in the graph 10 into the cells of the second part in the graph 10, and clicking a mouse to select the cells at the first part in the current table; clicking the cell at the selected position II in the data directory table by a mouse; and clicking the button at the position c to finish the association of the two cells.

Claims (10)

1. The engineering data management system is characterized by comprising a starting module and an editing module;
the starting module is used for receiving starting operation of a user so as to enter a main interface of the engineering data management system;
the editing module is used for receiving the editing operation of a user so as to enter an editing interface; the editing operation is generated by a user operation main interface; the editing interface comprises a toolbar and a table preview area; the form preview area is used for displaying a form to be edited;
the editing module is used for receiving an editing instruction of a user, editing characters, symbols or pictures in the table to be edited, and typesetting the characters, symbols and pictures in the table to be edited; the editing instruction is obtained by a user operating a tool bar or a cell in a table to be edited.
2. The system for engineering data management according to claim 1, wherein the editing module is specifically configured to:
receiving a setting instruction of a user, and setting editing parameters of each cell in a table to be edited;
receiving a first editing instruction of a user, and performing character copying or character pasting on a cell selected by a table to be edited; the selected cells include at least one cell, wherein a user selects a plurality of cells by dragging and dropping continuously or discontinuously in the table to be edited.
3. The system for engineering data management according to claim 2, wherein the editing module is specifically configured to:
when the cell selected by the form to be edited is a date cell, popping up a date selection window on an editing interface, receiving the date selected by the user operating the date selection window, and filling the selected date into the date cell;
receiving a second editing instruction of the user, popping up a private information window on an editing interface, adding the content selected by the user in the table to be edited into the private information window, and storing the content in the private information window;
and when the cell selected by the table to be edited is the table number cell, popping a number window on the editing interface, receiving the number selected by the user operating the number window, and filling the selected number into the table number cell.
4. The system for engineering data management according to claim 1, wherein the editing module is specifically configured to:
receiving a third editing instruction of a user, and inserting a selected picture into a cell selected by a table to be edited or deleting the picture in the cell; the third editing instruction is obtained by operating a toolbar by a user;
wherein the manner of inserting the selected picture includes inserting into the cell and floating on the surface;
the insertion mode inserted into the cell comprises the steps of keeping the length-width ratio of the picture, keeping the original size of the picture and adjusting the picture to fill the cell; when the picture size is larger than the cell size, the selected insertion mode is to maintain the picture aspect ratio; when the picture size is smaller than the cell size, the selected insertion mode is to keep the original size of the picture; when the cells need to be filled with the pictures, the selected insertion mode is to adjust the pictures to fill the cells;
receiving a fourth editing instruction of a user, and importing an wmf-format vector diagram into a cell selected by a table to be edited;
receiving a fifth editing instruction of the user, popping up a drawing window on an editing interface, and drawing or editing the pictures in the cells in the drawing window; when drawing in the drawing window, setting the size of a canvas in the drawing window according to the size of the picture, drawing the picture on the canvas and storing the picture; when the picture in the cell is edited, the picture is edited on the canvas and stored;
receiving a sixth editing instruction of the user, and inserting the captured picture into a cell selected by the table to be edited; the grabbing process comprises the steps that when the sixth editing instruction is received, a grabbing button pops up on the editing interface, and the grabbing button always floats on the current display interface of the terminal equipment; after the current display interface of the terminal equipment is switched to a corresponding picture, clicking a picture grabbing button to generate a dotted line frame on the current display interface of the terminal equipment; and receiving a picture capturing instruction of a user, capturing a picture of a current display interface of the terminal equipment in a dotted line frame, and inserting the captured picture into a cell selected by the table to be edited.
5. The system for engineering material management according to claim 1, wherein the editing module is further configured to: and receiving an acceptance filling setting instruction of a user, and setting system parameters and current engineering parameters.
6. The system for engineering material management according to claim 5, wherein the editing module is further configured to:
receiving a parameter setting instruction of a project and subsection evaluation table of a user, and setting a template parameter of a project or a subsection project.
7. The system for engineering material management according to claim 6, wherein the editing module is further configured to:
after the system parameters, the current engineering parameters and the template parameters are set, receiving a check batch editing instruction of a user to enter a check batch editing interface and receiving check batch data input by the user;
receiving a subentry instruction generated by a user operating a check batch editing interface, summarizing check batch data input by the user, and entering a subsection subentry summarizing interface; the part and part item summarizing interface comprises a summarizing directory and a summarizing preview area; wherein the summary catalog is categorized by item and portion; the summarizing preview area is used for displaying the selected data in the summarizing directory;
and receiving a return source table instruction generated by the user operation subsection summary interface, and returning to the corresponding inspection batch editing interface.
8. The system for engineering data management according to claim 1, wherein the editing module is specifically configured to:
