Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication equipment, in particular to a server cabinet system.
Background
In the current trend, along with the rise of internet of things, cloud computing and big data management, in the technical field of communication equipment, a server cabinet becomes an important basic device in the field of communication equipment. In terms of the current mode, the selection of the server cabinet mainly includes the following aspects, and the cabinet is preferably provided with a stable control system, so that the overhigh temperature or the overcooling temperature can be effectively avoided, and the efficient operation of the server in the most suitable environment is ensured; an effective ventilation structure is required to be configured on the server cabinet, or forced ventilation is carried out by adopting a fan, and an air conditioning system can be also arranged, so that the stability of the server is strictly controlled; with regard to the space of the cabinet, it should be configured properly to further change the ventilation condition of the servo during operation and also to facilitate maintenance.
In the existing mode, enterprises related to internet technology can generally select server equipment of a leasing data center or some commercial centers in cost control management, so that cost can be effectively controlled; however, for the organizations and enterprises providing server leasing, the number of server cabinets is large, and the management is not easy, such as the migration and the disassembly of old servers and the regular maintenance of servers; particularly, the leasing of the server is periodic, namely, in a certain time period, more leasing services exist, server parts are fully loaded, and purchasing and installing needs to be increased to meet the requirements; there are also cases including: with the upgrade and termination of some cooperative services, a state that part of servers are idle exists, which is primary maintenance work in time, and the servers are difficult to maintain effectively under the condition of fragmentation in a special time period; in the prior art, the server cabinet has limited functions, an effective solution is not provided, and functional loss exists.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a server cabinet system, which aims to solve the technical problem that basic maintenance energy is lost in practical application of a server in the prior art.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a rack server system, comprising:
a beam frame assembly capable of fixing a plurality of horizontally arranged partition plates in a height direction thereof;
the two groups of side plates are respectively arranged on two sides of the beam frame assembly in a sliding manner;
the side plates and the two ends of the partition plates are provided with a preset distance, so that two groups of channel parts are formed on the two sides of a partition plate unit consisting of the partition plates;
the driving mechanism can drive the two groups of side plates to move for a preset distance along the height direction of the beam frame, so that the side plates and the bottom of the cabinet can form a first preset opening; or
So that the side plate and the top of the cabinet can form a second preset opening;
the two groups of first preset openings and the two groups of channel parts can form a first air channel;
the two groups of second preset openings and the two groups of channel parts can form a second air channel;
two groups of fans are arranged on one side of the beam frame assembly, and air supply ends of the two groups of fans face the first preset opening and the second preset opening respectively;
and the identification unit is used for identifying the formation of the first preset opening or the second preset opening and driving the corresponding fan to supply air.
Specifically, the device further comprises a base part, wherein the beam frame assembly is arranged above the base part;
the base member includes:
a bed plate arranged horizontally;
a base support fixedly connected with the base plate;
the base foundation is horizontally arranged on the ground and is fixedly connected with the base support;
the bed plate the base support the base founds the seat and forms an installation space, and this installation space is used for setting actuating mechanism.
Specifically, the beam frame assembly is composed of four beam frames;
the beam frames are arranged at four corners of the base plate;
and a group of side plates are arranged between two groups of beam frames in the width direction of the base plate.
Specifically, the beam frame is arranged on one side of the side plate to form a slideway;
the side plates can be mounted within the slide.
Specifically, the separator includes:
a partition body for placing a server;
four groups of extension ends which are formed by extending along the length direction of the clapboard body;
the extension end is attached to the beam by a fastener.
Specifically, the drive mechanism includes:
the inner sides of the side plates on the two sides are respectively fixedly connected with one group of the moving parts;
and the two groups of screw shafts are perpendicular to the base plate and can penetrate through the base plate to be respectively connected with one group of moving parts through screws, so that when the screw shafts rotate, the moving parts can move along the height direction of the screw shafts.
Specifically, the second ends of the two groups of screw shafts are respectively and rotatably connected with a shaft seat, and one ends of the second ends of the two groups of screw shafts, which penetrate out of the shaft seat, are respectively provided with a rotating gear;
wherein the shaft seat is arranged on the base support.
The device comprises a base, a transverse shaft seat and a transverse shaft seat, wherein the transverse shaft seat is fixed on the base;
the driving shaft is rotatably arranged on the transverse shaft seat and is vertical to the screw shaft;
two ends of the driving shaft are respectively provided with a driving shaft gear, and rotating gears corresponding to the driving shaft gears are meshed and connected;
the central line of the driving shaft gear is perpendicular to the central line of the rotating gear.
Specifically, the method further comprises the following steps:
the driving shaft is provided with an extension part which is connected with the output end of the driving motor;
the driving motor executes the rotation action of inching according to a preset instruction;
wherein, the drive of the driving motor is controlled and started by a terminal device.
Specifically, the identification unit includes:
a laser transmitter mounted on the beam frame and having an outer side of the side plate as an identification point;
the receiving patch is arranged on the side plate, is positioned at the position of the identification point and is used for being matched with the laser transmitter to generate a switching-on signal or a switching-off signal;
and the execution unit is used for receiving the disconnection signal and driving the fan to start.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
on the first hand, the ventilation amount can be effectively increased through the first air channel 11 and the second air channel 12, and at different positions of the server, the first air channel 11 and the second air channel 12 can be switched, and further the fan 40 is matched, the forced introduced air of the first air channel 11 and the second air channel 12 can be used for purging the idle server, so that the service life of the idle server can be prolonged, and convenience is provided for management of the server.
In a second aspect, in order to realize the switching function between the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12, the recognition unit 40 is configured to recognize the formation of the first preset opening 21 or the second preset opening 22, and drive the corresponding fan 40 to blow air; so, it is more convenient, more intelligent to have solved to switch into first wind channel 11 and second wind channel 12.
In the third aspect, the space at the bottom of the server rack is utilized, so that the driving mechanism 30 does not affect the volume inside the server rack and does not affect the occupation of the space inside the server rack.
In the fourth aspect, the technical scheme does not change the basic structure of the integral component of the server cabinet, adapts to the mainstream configuration of the appearance of the existing server cabinet, and is easy to process and manufacture.
The technical scheme can effectively improve the function loss of the existing server cabinet system, and has wide application range, thereby effectively maintaining the server reasonably.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the present invention; for convenience of description, in the present application, the left side is a "first end", the right side is a "second end", the upper side is a "first end", and the lower side is a "second end" in the current view, so that the description is for the purpose of clearly expressing the technical solution, and should not be construed as an improper limitation to the technical solution of the present application.
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that basic maintenance energy is lost in practical application of a server in the prior art, and provides a server cabinet system, wherein the function loss can be understood as two layers, namely a first layer, when the server cabinet is fully loaded with the applied server, a cooling system and the server are arranged outside for heat dissipation, and for the heat dissipation mode of the server cabinet, an effective technical means is not available in the prior art, namely, when faults such as difficult heat dissipation and the like occur, only the cooling system is arranged outside; in a second aspect, there are servers in a server rack that may be temporarily disabled, and when the disabled servers are located with the operating servers, the disabled servers are susceptible to environmental dust, which may cause aged-type failures, and the enabling of the disabled servers is obviously not understood as the best way for maintenance.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the following technical solutions are provided, and a rack server system includes:
a beam frame assembly 10 capable of fixing a plurality of horizontally arranged bulkheads 1 in the height direction thereof; two groups of side plates 20 which are respectively arranged at two sides of the beam frame assembly 10 in a sliding way; the side plates and two ends of the partition plates 1 are provided with a preset distance, so that two groups of channel parts 2 are formed on two sides of a partition plate unit consisting of the partition plates 1; the partition board 1 is modified so that the passage portion 2 can be formed between the partition board 1 and the side plate 20, which corresponds to a space for ventilation constructed in the cabinet.
The driving mechanism 30 can drive the two groups of side plates 20 to move a preset distance along the height direction of the beam frame 10, so that the side plates 20 can form a first preset opening with the bottom of the cabinet; or
So that the side plate 20 and the top of the cabinet form a second preset opening;
the two groups of first preset openings 21 and the two groups of channel parts 2 can form a first air duct 11;
the two sets of second preset openings 22 and the two sets of channel parts 2 can form a second air duct 12;
referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the technical solution, by the above arrangement, two different air ducts, namely the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12, are changed by sliding the side plate 20, so that, in a failure state, the cabinet itself can provide an emergency vent, which effectively guarantees the temperature control problem of the running server, and in addition, the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 can effectively increase the ventilation volume, and at different positions of the server, which is equivalent to the fact that the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 can be switched, further, the fan 40 is matched, and the forced introduced air of the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 can be used for purging the idle server, so that the idle server can increase the service life, and meanwhile, convenience is provided for the management of the server. Specifically, two sets of fans 40 are disposed on one side of the beam frame assembly 10, and air supply ends of the two sets of fans 40 face the first preset opening 21 and the second preset opening 22 respectively;
further, in order to realize the switching function of the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12, the recognition unit 40 is configured to recognize the formation of the first preset opening 21 or the second preset opening 22, and drive the corresponding fan 40 to supply air; so, solved and switched into first wind channel 11 and second wind channel 12 more convenient, more intelligent.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the beam assembly 10 further includes a base member 50, the beam assembly being disposed above the base member 50; the base member 50 includes: a base plate 510 disposed horizontally; a base support 520 fixedly connected with the base plate 510; a base foundation 530 horizontally disposed on the ground and fixedly connected to the base support 520; the base plate 510, the base support 520, and the base 530 form an installation space for disposing the driving mechanism 30. Therefore, the space at the bottom of the server cabinet is utilized, so that the driving mechanism 30 does not influence the volume inside the server cabinet and the occupation of the space inside the server cabinet.
In one embodiment, and as shown in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3, the beam assembly 10 is comprised of four beams 110; beam mounts 110 are mounted at the four corners of the base plate 510; a set of side plates 20 is arranged between two sets of beam frames 110 in the width direction of the base plate 510; even if the technical scheme does not change the basic structure of the integral component of the server cabinet, the method adapts to the mainstream configuration of the appearance of the existing server cabinet and is easy to process and manufacture.
Further, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the beam mount 110 is disposed on one side of the side plate 20 to form a slide way; the side plates 20 can be mounted in the slides; in this way, the sliding of the side plate 20 can be achieved.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the partition board 1 includes: a barrier body 101 for placing a server; four sets of extending ends 102 formed to extend in the longitudinal direction of the partition body 101; the extension end 102 is attached to the beam 110 by fasteners; when a plurality of partition boards 1 are installed in the server cabinet, channels 2 on two sides of the partition boards 1 are formed.
In one embodiment, and as shown in fig. 1-4, the driving mechanism 30 includes: two sets of moving parts 310, wherein the inner sides of the side plates at the two sides are respectively fixedly connected with one set of moving parts 310; and two sets of screw shafts 320 which are perpendicular to the base plate 510 and are respectively screw-coupled to one set of moving parts through the base plate 510 such that the moving parts 310 can move in the height direction of the screw shafts when the screw shafts 320 rotate.
In an embodiment, please refer to fig. 1, 2, and 3, the second ends of the two sets of screw shafts 320 are respectively rotatably connected to a shaft seat, and one ends of the second ends of the two sets of screw shafts 320, which penetrate through the shaft seat, are respectively provided with a rotating gear 340; wherein the axle seat is mounted on a base support 520.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present invention further includes a horizontal shaft seat 350 fixed on the base foundation 530; a driving shaft 360 rotatably disposed on the transverse shaft seat 350, the driving shaft 360 being perpendicular to the screw shaft 320; two ends of the driving shaft 360 are respectively provided with a driving shaft gear 370, and the rotating gears 340 corresponding to the driving shaft gears 370 are meshed and connected; the center line of the driving shaft gear 370 is perpendicular to the center line of the rotation gear 340.
The above-mentioned mode of setting mainly used realizes the simultaneous movement of curb plate 20, when drive shaft 360 rotates, drives the drive shaft gear 370 at its both ends, and drive shaft gear 370 corresponds meshing rotating gear 340, and the horizontal setting of drive shaft not only can the occupation space still less to can effectual simultaneous control drive two curb plates 20 the synchronous slip of 20 rise.
In one embodiment, please refer to fig. 1-4, which further includes: a driving motor 501, the driving shaft 360 has an extension part, and the extension part is connected with the output end of the driving motor 501; wherein, the driving motor 501 executes the inching rotation action according to a preset instruction; the driving of the driving motor 501 is controlled and started by a terminal device.
Here, there will be terminal equipment to control driving motor 501 to work, and the mode of operation of driving motor 501 is the inching drive, and it only needs drive shaft 360 to rotate can to can not waste more electric power, also can insert automatic control system simultaneously, with the temperature warning of server or timing module connection, carry out automatic control's application.
Specifically, driving the corresponding fan 40 is accomplished by the recognition unit 40, and the recognition unit 40 includes: a laser transmitter 410 mounted on the beam frame 110 and having an outer side of the side plate 20 as an identification point; a receiving patch 420 provided on the side panel 20 at a position of the recognition point and configured to generate an on signal or an off signal in cooperation with the laser transmitter 410; an execution unit 430 for receiving the turn-off signal to drive the fan 40 to start; equivalently, only when the side plate 20 moves, the off signal is generated, which indicates that the side plate 20 has ascended or descended, the first channel 11 or the second channel 12 has been connected, and then the corresponding fan 40 is started, and similarly, after the on signal is received, the corresponding fan 40 can be timely turned off. Obviously, the fan 40 is configured independently, and the forced ventilation formed by the fan can effectively dissipate heat of the server cabinet or perform maintenance of purging to meet the application requirements of the whole cabinet.
In conclusion, the technical scheme of the application can effectively improve the function loss of the existing server cabinet system, and is wide in application range, so that the server can be effectively and reasonably maintained.
