an air inlet 2 and an air outlet 3 are respectively arranged at two ends of the shell 1, and a communicated airflow channel is arranged between the air inlet 2 and the air outlet 3;
a fan fixing plate 4 for fixing a fan 5 (the fan 5 provides wind power to enable airflow to pass through the wet film 8, and a liquid film layer on the surface of the wet film 8 is continuously volatilized under the action of the airflow to form vapor which is mixed into the airflow) is arranged on the side, close to the air inlet 2, of the shell 1, and an opening matched with an air outlet of the fan 5 is formed in the fan fixing plate 4;
the bottom of the shell 1 close to the air outlet 2 is provided with a water outlet 9, the shell 1 close to the air outlet 3 is also provided with a wet film fixing part 7 for fixing and arranging a wet film 8 for absorbing humidifying water or disinfectant by utilizing the moisture absorption characteristic of the shell, the top of the wet film 8 is provided with two sets of feeding devices, the water outlet (with the aperture of 10-20 mm) of the feeding device is arranged above the wet film 8, the water inlet of one set of feeding device is connected with a disinfectant storage tank through a pipeline and is provided with a lifting device, the water inlet of the other set of feeding device is connected with a tap water pipe, the humidifying water flows out through a water inlet I10 of the feeding device (the disinfectant flows out through a water inlet II 12 of the feeding device) and is absorbed by the top of the wet film 8, and then the whole wet film 8 is wetted to form a continuous ground liquid film layer, wherein the bottom of the wet film fixing part 7 is higher than the bottom plate of the shell 1, the bottom plate of the shell 1 is provided with a water retaining groove 6, and the water retaining groove 6 is positioned between the wet film fixing part 7 and the fan fixing plate 4, the water retaining groove is of an inclined surface structure and is inclined towards the direction of air flow (the water retaining groove can be vertical to the bottom plate of the shell body naturally), the wet film fixing part 7 does not block the air flow from passing through the wet film 8, and the bottom of the wet film fixing part 7 is hollow, so that excessive humidifying water or disinfectant can flow onto the bottom plate of the shell body below the wet film fixing part conveniently and flow out through the water outlet 9;
the side wall of the shell 1 is provided with an open pore structure I and an open pore structure II which are respectively matched with the two sets of feeding device water inlets (a feeding device water inlet I10 and a feeding device water inlet II 12), the other side wall is provided with an open pore structure III which is convenient for taking and releasing the wet film 8 from the side, a covering plate 11 for covering the open pore structure III is arranged at the open pore structure III, and the covering plate 11 is fixedly connected with the shell 1 through bolts;
as shown in fig. 6, the wet film 8 includes an outer frame structure 81 having a cylindrical shape as a whole and a multilayer film structure located inside the outer frame structure 81;
the multilayer film structure comprises a partition plate 84, an upper film and a lower film which are separated by the partition plate 84, the upper film is a composite film structure 82 (parallel to the bottom plate of the shell 1) which is arranged at equal intervals and is connected with each other through a hot melt adhesive 83, the composite film structure 82 comprises a flat-plate-shaped single film structure I821 and a wavy single film structure II 822, the single film structure I821 is connected with the single film structure II 822, the ratio of the height to the length of a single wave in the wavy single film structure II 822 is 1:2, the ratio of the distance of the single film structures I821 of two adjacent composite film structures to the height of the single wave in the wavy single film structure II 822 is 2:1, small holes with the hole diameter of 0.1-1 mm are uniformly and densely opened on the partition plate, the lower film comprises a vertically arranged lower partition film 85, a left film 86, a right film 87, a lower partition film 85, a left partition film 85, a right film 87, a lower partition film 85, a plurality of wave structures and a plurality of wave structures connected by wave structures, wherein the single wave structures are symmetrically arranged along the lower film structures and are symmetrically arranged along the lower film structure, The left film 86 and the right film 87 are both connected with the outer frame structure 81, the lower separation film 85 is in a flat plate shape as a whole, the left film 86 and the right film 87 have the same structure, taking the left film 86 as an example, the left film 86 comprises a flat plate-shaped single film structure III 861 and a wavy single film structure IV 862, the single film structure III 861 and the single film structure IV 862 in the same left film or right film are connected, the single film structure III 861 in the same left film or right film is closer to the lower separation film 85 than the single film structure IV 862, the lower separation film 85 and the single film structure III 861 are arranged at equal intervals, the opening direction of the wavy single film structure IV 862 is consistent with the arrangement direction of the single film structure III 861, and the outer frame structure 81, the composite film structure 82, the lower separation film 85, the left film 86 and the right film 81 are all made of wet film materials.
The structural characteristics of the upper film and the lower film determine that the horizontal diffusion speed of water (humidifying water or disinfectant) at the upper film section is higher than the vertical diffusion speed, so that the water (humidifying water or disinfectant) can be fully and horizontally diffused at the upper film section, then the water (humidifying water or disinfectant) seeps and drips to the lower film section through small holes uniformly and densely distributed on the partition plate, the vertical diffusion speed of the water (humidifying water or disinfectant) at the lower film section is higher than the horizontal diffusion speed, so that the humidifying water or disinfectant can be ensured to form a continuous liquid film layer at the lower film section, and the water (humidifying water or disinfectant) can be fully and uniformly infiltrated on the whole wet film.
Comparative example 1
An apparatus substantially the same as example 1 except that it employs as the wet membrane a wet membrane humidifier cartridge as described in patent CN 200720173571.0.
After the continuous operation for 1 week (humidifying operation) in each of example 1 and comparative example 1, the wet membranes used in example 1 and comparative example 1 were taken out, and cut in a direction perpendicular to the direction of air flow, it was found that the wet membrane of example 1 was once wetted with humidifying water everywhere, whereas the wet membrane of comparative example 1 was not wetted with humidifying water for about seventy percent of its inner area, and at the same time, when the amount of humidifying water was the same, it was found that the humidifying effect of example 1 (room humidity of about 65% RH) was significantly better than that of comparative example 1 (room humidity of about 40% RH).
Example 2
The whole structure of the ceiling type whole-house humidifying and sterilizing dual-purpose equipment is basically the same as that of the embodiment 1, but the whole structure is different from that of the embodiment 1, two wet films (namely, the wet film I13 and the wet film II 14 which have the same structure as that of the wet film in the embodiment 1) which are arranged up and down and are spaced are fixed in the wet film fixing part, and the partial structure is shown in fig. 7.
Example 3
The whole structure of the ceiling type whole-house humidifying and sterilizing dual-purpose equipment is basically the same as that of the embodiment 1, but the whole structure is different from that of the embodiment 1, two wet films (namely, the wet film I13 and the wet film II 14 which have the same structure as that of the wet film in the embodiment 1) which are arranged at the left and the right and are spaced are fixed in the wet film fixing part, and the partial structure is shown in a figure 8.
Through verification, the ceiling type whole-house humidifying and sterilizing dual-purpose equipment has multiple purposes, not only can humidify but also can perform sterilizing operation on a whole house, realizes reasonable utilization of resources, directly supplies water through a tap water pipe, has no water tank structure, and avoids circular pollution caused by the water tank structure; the special wet film structure design can not only realize the full and uniform infiltration of water on the whole wet film, but also greatly reduce the processing difficulty and the processing cost compared with the uniform small hole opening on the feeding device by opening the small holes on the regular partition plates; the humidifying water on the wet film structure is completely volatilized under the action of the fan, no residual water is left in the structure, and the breeding of bacteria can be greatly reduced; the used humidification water is fresh purified water, is safe and environment-friendly, greatly simplifies the structure, has simple integral structure and low cost, and has wide application prospect.
Although specific embodiments of the present invention have been described above, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are merely illustrative and that many variations or modifications may be made without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A suspended ceiling type full-house humidifying and sterilizing dual-purpose equipment is characterized by comprising a wet film, two sets of feeding devices and a fan;
the wet film is used for absorbing water for humidification or a disinfectant by utilizing the moisture absorption characteristic of the wet film, and comprises an overall cylindrical outer frame structure and a multilayer film structure positioned in the outer frame structure;
the multilayer film structure comprises a partition plate, an upper film and a lower film which are separated by the partition plate, the upper film is a multi-film structure which is arranged in an equidistant horizontal mode and connected with each other through a hot melt adhesive, the multi-film structure comprises a flat-plate-shaped single-film structure I and a wavy single-film structure II, the single-film structure I is connected with the single-film structure II, the ratio of the height to the length of a single wave in the wavy single-film structure II is 1: 2-2.4, small holes are formed in the partition plate, the lower film comprises a lower separation film which is vertically arranged, and a left film and a right film which are located on two sides of the lower separation film and symmetrically arranged along the lower separation film, the left film and the right film are connected with an outer frame structure, the lower separation film is integrally flat-plate-shaped, the left film and the right film are identical in structure and comprise a flat-plate-shaped single-film structure III and a wavy single-film structure IV, and the single-film structure III in the same left film or right film is connected with the single-film structure IV and the same left film or single-film structure IV III is closer to the lower separation membrane than the single membrane structure IV;
the water inlet of one set of feeding device is connected with the disinfectant storage tank through a pipeline, a lifting device is arranged on the pipeline, the water inlet of the other set of feeding device is connected with a tap water pipe, the water outlets of the two sets of feeding devices are arranged above the wet film, humidifying water or disinfectant flows out through the water outlets and is absorbed by the upper film, the humidifying water or the disinfectant permeates to the lower film through small holes formed in a partition plate after being diffused by the upper film, then the whole wet film is wetted, and a continuous geofluid film layer is formed on the surface of the wet film, wherein the horizontal diffusion speed of the humidifying water or the disinfectant on the upper film is higher than the vertical diffusion speed, and the vertical diffusion speed of the humidifying water or the disinfectant on the lower film is higher than the horizontal diffusion speed;
the fan is arranged on one side of the wet film and used for providing wind power to enable the air flow to penetrate through the wet film, and the liquid film layer on the surface of the wet film is continuously volatilized under the action of the air flow to form steam to be mixed into the air flow.
2. The ceiling type whole-house humidifying and sterilizing dual-purpose equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ratio of the distance between the single membrane structures I of two adjacent composite membrane structures to the height of a single wave in the wavy single membrane structure II is 1.8-2.1: 1.

The ceiling type whole-house humidifying and sterilizing dual-purpose equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower separation membrane and the single-membrane structure III are arranged at equal intervals, and the opening direction of the wavy single-membrane structure IV is consistent with the arrangement direction of the single-membrane structure III.
4. The ceiling type whole-house humidifying and sterilizing dual-purpose equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer frame structure, the film covering structure, the lower separation film, the left film and the right film are all made of wet film materials;
the small holes on the partition plate are uniformly and densely distributed;
the aperture of the water outlet of the feeding device is 10-20 mm, and the aperture of the small hole in the partition plate is 0.1-1 mm.
5. The ceiling type whole-house humidifying and sterilizing dual-purpose equipment as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a housing;
an air inlet and an air outlet are respectively formed in two ends of the shell, and an air flow channel communicated with the air inlet and the air outlet is formed between the air inlet and the air outlet;
a fan fixing plate for fixing a fan is arranged on the side, close to the air inlet, of the shell, and an opening matched with the air outlet of the fan is formed in the fan fixing plate;
a wet film fixing part for fixing and arranging a wet film is arranged on the side, close to the air outlet, of the shell, and a feeding device is arranged at the top of the wet film;
and a water outlet is formed in the bottom of the shell close to the air outlet side.
6. The ceiling type whole-house humidifying and sterilizing dual-purpose equipment as claimed in claim 5, wherein the bottom of the wet film fixing part is higher than the bottom plate of the shell;
and the shell bottom plate is provided with a water retaining groove which is positioned between the wet film fixing part and the fan fixing plate.
7. The ceiling type whole-house humidifying and sterilizing dual-purpose equipment as claimed in claim 6, wherein the water retaining groove is of an inclined plane structure which is inclined along the air flow direction.

The ceiling type whole-house humidifying and sterilizing dual-purpose equipment as claimed in claim 5, wherein the wet film fixing part does not block the air flow passing through the wet film and the bottom of the wet film fixing part is hollow, so that the excessive humidifying water can flow onto the bottom plate of the housing under the wet film fixing part and flow out through the water outlet.
9. The ceiling type whole-house humidifying and sterilizing dual-purpose equipment as claimed in claim 5, wherein the side wall of the housing is provided with an opening structure I and an opening structure II which are matched with the water inlets of the two sets of feeding devices respectively, the other side wall is provided with an opening structure III which is convenient for taking and placing the wet film from the side, a cover plate for covering the opening structure III is arranged at the opening structure III, and the cover plate is fixedly connected with the housing through bolts.
10. The ceiling type whole-house humidifying and sterilizing dual-purpose equipment as claimed in claim 5, wherein the number of the wet membranes is two;
the two wet films are arranged in the wet film fixing part up and down or left and right, and a space is reserved between the two wet films.
