Referring to fig. 5 to 8, in the present embodiment, the second end of the link rod 300 is provided with a first hinge hole 301, and the panel 200 is formed with a first hinge shaft 201 hinged to the first hinge hole 301. Specifically, a first hinge hole 301 is formed at the second end of the connecting rod 300 connected to the panel 200, a first hinge shaft 201 is formed at a position of the panel 200 corresponding to the first hinge hole 301 of the connecting rod 300, and the first hinge shaft 201 can be inserted into the first hinge hole 301 to realize the hinge fit between the first hinge hole 301 and the first hinge shaft 201, so that the connecting rod 300 can be in hinge fit with the first hinge shaft 201 on the panel 200 through the first hinge hole 301 thereon to realize the hinge connection with the panel 200.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of the rack gear of fig. 4, and referring to fig. 9, in the present embodiment, a first end of the rack gear 400 is provided with a second hinge hole 401, and the panel 200 is formed with a second hinge shaft 202 hinged to the second hinge hole 401. Specifically, a second hinge hole 401 is formed at a first end of the rack 400 connected to the panel 200, a second hinge shaft 202 is formed at a position of the panel 200 corresponding to the second hinge hole 401 of the rack 400, and the second hinge shaft 202 can be inserted into the second hinge hole 401 to realize the hinge fit between the second hinge hole 401 and the second hinge shaft 202, so that the rack 400 can be in hinge fit with the second hinge shaft 202 of the panel 200 through the second hinge hole 401 thereon to realize the hinge connection with the panel 200.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, in the present embodiment, the link rod 300 and the rack 400 are respectively engaged with the first hinge shaft 201 and the second hinge shaft 202 of the panel 200 through the first hinge hole 301 and the second hinge hole 401 to realize the hinge connection with the panel 200, so that when the panel 200 is installed, the panel 200 can be connected with the link rod 300 and the rack 400 by inserting the first hinge shaft 201 and the second hinge shaft 202 of the panel 200 into the first hinge hole 301 of the link rod 300 and the second hinge hole 401 of the rack 400, respectively, thereby disposing the panel 200 on the cabinet 100, facilitating the installation of the panel 200, and contributing to the improvement of the assembly efficiency.
It should be understood that, in the conventional air conditioning indoor unit, in order to reduce the weight of the air conditioning indoor unit and improve the aesthetic property, most of the panel 200, the rack 400 and the connecting rod 300 are plastic parts, which have relatively weak strength and can deform to some extent under a certain force, so that when parts inside the air conditioning are required to be maintained, for example, when a filter screen is cleaned, the panel 200, the connecting rod 300 and the rack 400 can be pulled by force, the first hinge hole 301 of the connecting rod 300 is separated from the first hinge shaft 201 of the panel 200, and the second hinge hole 401 of the rack 400 is separated from the second hinge shaft 202 of the panel 200, so that the panel 200 can be removed from the cabinet 100, and the panel 200 can be removed. Compared with the existing screw fixing mode, the panel 200 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted without the aid of screwing and loosening processes of screws and the like by means of tools, and cleaning of the filter screen and maintenance of other internal parts are facilitated.
In addition, the connecting rod 300 and the rack 400 are connected with the panel 200 in a hinged manner, so that a certain movable allowance is provided for the panel 200 in the driving and moving process, the problem of clamping of the panel 200 in the moving process is not easy to occur, and the moving smoothness of the panel 200 is improved. Meanwhile, the panel 200 has a certain movement allowance, and can play a certain buffering role in the transportation process of the air conditioner, so that the probability of damage to the panel 200 in the transportation process is reduced.
It should be understood that, in the present embodiment, there may be a relatively long predetermined distance between the first hinge shaft 201 and the second hinge shaft 202 provided on the panel 200, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first hinge shaft 201 is located at one end of the panel 200 near the top end of the cabinet 100, and the second hinge shaft 202 is located at one end of the panel 200 near the bottom end of the cabinet 100, which facilitates the rack 400 and the link 300 to drive the panel 200 to move obliquely upward and finally to tilt the panel 200 to the cabinet 100.
In the present embodiment, the side plates 101 at both sides of the panel 200 are provided with the first and second arc-shaped rails 111 and 121, and the link rod 300 and the rack 400, respectively, and the left and right sides of the panel 200 are provided with the first and second hinge shafts 201 and 202, respectively, in a generally bilaterally symmetrical manner so as to allow the panel 200 to be opened and to be tilted with respect to the cabinet 100.
When the indoor unit of the air conditioner is in a standby state, the panel 200 is vertically disposed on the front end surface of the casing 100; when the indoor unit of the air conditioner is in operation, the motor drives the rack 400 to slide along the second arc-shaped guide rail 121, meanwhile, the rack 400 drives the connecting rod 300 to slide along the first arc-shaped guide rail 111, the panel 200 is driven by the rack 400 and the connecting rod 300 to move in a direction away from the front end of the casing 100 and the bottom end of the casing 100, so that the panel 200 is opened, and finally the panel 200 is inclined to the casing 100, thereby increasing the air intake of the air inlet 102 and the air output of the air outlet 103.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, in the present embodiment, a first mounting seat 203 is provided on an end surface of the panel 200 facing the cabinet 100, and a first hinge shaft 201 is provided on an end surface of the first mounting seat 203 close to the cabinet 100. Specifically, first mount pad 203 can be vertical to the plane setting of panel 200 place, sets up first articulated shaft 201 on the side that first mount pad 203 is close to casing 100, and first articulated shaft 201 can be perpendicular to the setting of first mount pad 203, and after first articulated hole 301 on the second end of connecting rod 300 and the cooperation of first articulated shaft 201, when connecting rod 300 slided on first arc guide rail 111, the second end of connecting rod 300 just can drive panel 200 and remove.
In this embodiment, the shape and size of the first mounting seat 203 can be selected and set according to actual requirements, and the first mounting seat 203 may be a mounting plate, a mounting boss, or a mounting bracket with other shapes. The first mounting seat 203 may be formed integrally with the panel 200 when the panel 200 is molded, or the first mounting seat 203 may be formed separately from the panel 200 and then fixed to the panel 200 by means of screw fastening or the like.
Wherein, a first baffle 211 is disposed on one end of the first hinge shaft 201 adjacent to the cabinet 100, as shown in fig. 7. Specifically, the first flap 211 is disposed at one end of the first hinge shaft 201 close to the cabinet 100, that is, the first hinge shaft 201 is disposed between the first flap 211 and the panel 200, and after the connecting rod 300 is hinged to the first hinge shaft 201 through the first hinge hole 301 thereon, the first flap 211 can prevent the connecting rod 300 from sliding out from one end of the first hinge shaft 201 away from the panel 200, so as to ensure the stability of the hinge connection between the connecting rod 300 and the panel 200.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the second end of the link rod 300 is provided with a first elastic arm which encloses a first hinge hole 301 having a first opening 302 with the link rod 300, and the width of the first opening 302 is smaller than the diameter of the first hinge shaft 201, so that the first hinge shaft 201 can be fitted into the first hinge hole 301 through the first opening 302. Specifically, referring to fig. 8, since the first elastic arm has a certain elasticity and forms the first hinge hole 301 with the connecting rod 300, the first elastic arm can deform to a certain extent under the action of external force, so that the first hinge shaft 201 can be extruded into the first hinge hole 301, and the first hinge shaft 201 and the first hinge hole 301 are hinged, so that the assembly between the connecting rod 300 and the panel 200 is simple and convenient.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, a second mounting seat 204 is provided on an end surface of the panel 200 facing the cabinet 100, and a second hinge shaft 202 is provided on an end surface of the second mounting seat 204 adjacent to the cabinet 100. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the second mounting seat 204 may be disposed vertically to the plane of the panel 200, the second hinge shaft 202 is disposed on a side surface of the second mounting seat 204 close to the cabinet 100, the second hinge shaft 202 is perpendicular to the second mounting seat 204, and after the second hinge hole 401 on the first end of the rack 400 is matched with the second hinge shaft 202, when the rack 400 slides on the second arc-shaped guide rail 121, the first end of the rack 400 can drive the panel 200 to move.
