4.一种流体联接器,包括:
装配件,所述装配件限定了具有第一流体通道直径的第一流体通道,所述装配件包括接纳部,所述接纳部包括具有内第一直径的开口和外螺纹;
安装螺母,所述安装螺母包括内螺纹以与所述装配件的外螺纹联接;
流体导管,所述流体导管限定了具有第二流体通道直径的第二流体通道,所述流体导管具有端部和外第二直径,其中,所述外第二直径小于所述内第一直径,所述第一流体通道直径大于所述外第二直径和所述第二流体通道直径;以及
套圈适配器,所述套圈适配器包括:
止件,所述止件被配置用于接合所述流体导管的端部,并且其中所述止件是内直径小于所述接纳部的内第一直径和所述流体导管的外第二直径的环形圈;
本体,所述本体具有近端和远端,所述近端支撑所述止件并且包括多个周向上间隔开并从所述本体轴向延伸的臂,所述臂由柔性材料制成以使得所述止件能够相对于所述本体轴向地改变位置;以及
第一倾斜表面,所述第一倾斜表面从所述套圈适配器的本体突出,所述第一倾斜表面从所述近端朝所述远端的方向径向地向外延伸,随着所述安装螺母的内螺纹拧到所述装配件的外螺纹上,所述第一倾斜表面被所述装配件的接纳部的内表面压缩以夹紧到所述流体导管上,
其中,多个所述臂是螺旋状的并且从所述本体的近端延伸至所述止件。
5.如权利要求4所述的流体联接器,进一步包括第二倾斜表面,所述第二倾斜表面与所述第一倾斜表面联接并且朝所述远端的方向径向地向内延伸,使得随着所述安装螺母拧到所述装配件的接纳部上,所述第二倾斜表面接合所述安装螺母的内表面。
6.如权利要求4所述的流体联接器,其中,所述装配件和所述流体导管被流体地联接。
7.如权利要求4所述的流体联接器,其中,随着所述安装螺母拧到所述装配件的接纳部上,所述本体的远端穿过所述安装螺母中的开口。
8.一种流体联接器,包括:
装配件,所述装配件包括接纳部,所述接纳部包括开口和外螺纹;
安装螺母,所述安装螺母包括内螺纹以与所述装配件的外螺纹联接;
具有至少一个端部的流体导管;以及
套圈适配器,所述套圈适配器包括:
本体,所述本体沿纵向轴线轴向地延伸,且具有近端和远端;
止件,所述止件与所述本体的近端轴向地间隔开,所述止件被配置用于与所述流体导管的端部接合;以及
连接部,所述连接部在所述本体的近端与所述止件之间延伸,所述连接部被配置用于调节所述本体的近端与所述止件之间的轴向距离,其中,所述连接部包括多个周向上间隔开的臂,所述多个周向上间隔开的臂能操作地联接所述本体和所述止件,其中,多个所述臂是螺旋状的并且从所述本体的近端延伸至所述止件。
9.如权利要求8所述的流体联接器,其中,所述装配件和所述流体导管被流体地联接。
10.如权利要求8所述的流体联接器,进一步包括在所述套圈适配器的本体的内表面上的结合结构,使得所述套圈适配器与所述流体导管的外表面接合。
11.如权利要求8所述的流体联接器,其中,随着所述安装螺母拧到所述装配件的接纳部上,所述本体的远端穿过所述安装螺母中的开口。
12.一种流体联接器,包括:
装配件,所述装配件限定了具有第一流体通道直径的第一流体通道,所述装配件包括接纳部,所述接纳部具有内第一直径的开口和外螺纹;
安装螺母,所述安装螺母包括内螺纹以与所述装配件的外螺纹联接;
流体导管,所述流体导管限定了具有第二流体通道直径的第二流体通道,所述流体导管具有端部和外第二直径,其中,所述外第二直径小于所述内第一直径,所述第一流体通道直径大于所述外第二直径和所述第二流体通道直径;以及
套圈适配器,所述套圈适配器同心地接纳所述流体导管并且被支撑在所述装配件的接纳部内;
其中,所述流体导管的外第二直径比所述装配件的接纳部的内第一直径小10%至75%,
其中,所述套圈适配器包括:
止件,所述止件被配置用于接合所述流体导管的端部;
本体,所述本体具有近端和远端,所述近端支撑所述止件;以及
第一倾斜表面,所述第一倾斜表面从所述套圈适配器的本体突出,所述第一倾斜表面从所述近端朝所述远端的方向径向地向外延伸,随着所述安装螺母的内螺纹拧到所述装配件的外螺纹上,所述第一倾斜表面被所述装配件的接纳部的内表面压缩以夹紧到所述流体导管上,以及
多个周向上间隔开的臂,所述多个周向上间隔开的臂能操作地联接所述本体和所述止件,多个所述臂由柔性材料制成,使得所述止件能够相对于所述本体轴向地改变位置,
其中,多个所述臂是螺旋状的并且从所述本体的近端延伸至所述止件。
13.如权利要求12所述的流体联接器,其中,所述流体导管的外第二直径比所述装配件的接纳部的内第一直径小15%至35%。
14.如权利要求12所述的流体联接器,其中,所述套圈适配器进一步包括第二倾斜表面,所述第二倾斜表面与所述第一倾斜表面联接并且朝所述远端的方向径向地向内延伸,使得随着所述安装螺母拧到所述装配件的接纳部上,所述第二倾斜表面接合所述安装螺母的内表面。
15.如权利要求12所述的流体联接器,其中,随着所述安装螺母拧到所述装配件的接纳部上,所述本体的远端穿过所述安装螺母中的开口。
16.如权利要求12所述的流体联接器,其中,所述止件是内直径小于所述接纳部的内直径的环形圈。
