Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of a high-performance fiber fabric.
Background
In the traditional textile processing process, a two-step method of scouring and bleaching is generally adopted in the pretreatment process, and in the bleaching process, hydrogen peroxide is mainly used as a raw material, and natural pigments on cotton fabrics are decolorized under the action of caustic soda to achieve the purpose of bleaching. However, both reactions need to be carried out at high temperature, and the scouring temperature is generally over 95 ℃. In the traditional scouring and bleaching process, auxiliary agents such as an oxygen bleaching stabilizer, a chelating agent, a scouring agent and the like need to be added at the same time, the operation is troublesome, and the quality of a product can be influenced if one auxiliary agent is added inaccurately.
In addition, the fabric with single function can not meet daily requirements, the existing far infrared heating fabric has a good heat preservation effect, but the fabric has high weaving requirements and needs to be doped with polyacrylonitrile of ceramic powder or zirconium carbide, so that the cost is high, and the fabric has poor skin friendliness due to poor dimensional stability of the knitted fabric.
