Description

Environment-friendly base layer treating agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of waterproof coiled material treating agents, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly base layer treating agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The modified asphalt waterproof coiled material occupies a great position in the current waterproof market, a concrete base layer needs to be treated before the waterproof coiled material is constructed, and a base layer treating agent used in the market is commonly called cold bottom oil. The cold bottom oil is generally a solvent-based or water-emulsion asphalt-based base layer treating agent, and both types of treating agents have some defects and have great limitations in the using process.
For example, the solvent type asphalt base layer treating agent generally uses benzene, toluene or xylene as a solvent, the treating agent not only pollutes the surrounding environment, but also has fire safety hidden dangers in construction operation in relatively closed spaces, and workers also have certain influence on self health in the environment for a long time; the water emulsion type asphalt base layer treating agent has the defects of slow drying time, low peeling strength, incapability of construction in winter and the like.
Solvent gasoline is also adopted to replace benzene, toluene or xylene as a solvent, for example, a solvent-based self-adhesive waterproof coiled material base layer treating agent disclosed in Chinese patent CN102206422A comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-33% of asphalt, 30-35% of solvent, 4-6% of softening oil, 4-6% of first component asphalt modifier, 8-12% of second component asphalt modifier and 16-20% of filler, wherein the solvent is No. 90 solvent gasoline, however, the surface drying time of the treating agent still needs 1h, and the heat resistance is 70 ℃ without flowing.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an environment-friendly base layer treating agent which does not need surface drying, has high peel strength, good heat resistance and good low-temperature flexibility and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the base layer treating agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
Figure BDA0002775961520000011
wherein the tackifying resin is one or a combination of more of C5 petroleum resin, C9 petroleum resin and rosin resin;
the dispersing agent is one or a combination of more of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene wax and maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene wax.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the bitumen is one or a combination of medium petroleum produced bitumen F150 and medium petroleum produced bitumen F300. The asphalt F150 and the asphalt F300 produced by the medium petroleum are the asphalt for the waterproof material respectively, and the performance indexes meet the index requirements specified in NB/SH/T0981-.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the rubber modifier is one or a combination of SBS, SIS, and SEBS, and the number average molecular weight of the rubber modifier is 20 ten thousand or less. Preferably, the number average molecular weight of the rubber modifier is 10 to 20 ten thousand.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the stabilizer is an organobentonite. Preferably, the organic bentonite is selected from organic bentonite with moisture not higher than 0.3%.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the naphthenic oil has a flash point of 200 ℃ or higher and a condensation point of-30 ℃ or lower.
According to some preferred and specific implementation aspects of the present invention, the raw material formulation of the treating agent comprises, in parts by weight: 75 parts of asphalt, 10 parts of naphthenic oil, 5 parts of rubber modifier, 3.5 parts of tackifying resin, 2.5 parts of dispersant, 2 parts of stabilizer and 2 parts of silane coupling agent.
The invention adopts another technical scheme that: the preparation method of the base layer treating agent comprises the following steps:
a. respectively adding asphalt and naphthenic oil into a reaction kettle, and heating to 160-200 ℃;
b. adding a rubber modifier into the reaction kettle, starting a colloid mill for grinding and dispersing for 1-1.5 hours, and then closing a heating system of the reaction kettle;
c. adding a dispersing agent, tackifying resin, a stabilizing agent and a silane coupling agent, and continuously grinding and dispersing for 0.5-1.5 hours;
d. cooling to below 50 deg.C, and packaging.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the base course treating agent of the invention does not need to be dried during construction, can be directly paved and pasted with coiled materials, and greatly saves the construction period.
The base course treating agent of the invention takes asphalt as a main raw material, a certain amount of rubber modifier and a modifying material of specific tackifying resin are added, and a specific dispersant, a stabilizer and a silane coupling agent are used in cooperation, so that the peel strength between the coiled material and the treating agent is improved, and simultaneously, the surface polarity of the treating agent is improved, and the treating agent can be better bonded with the coiled material.
The base layer treating agent disclosed by the invention is free of organic solvent, so that the base layer treating agent is safe and environment-friendly in the construction process, cannot damage the surrounding environment and has no influence on the physical health of workers. Compared with the traditional water-based treatment agent, the treatment agent can be used for construction in the environment with low temperature in winter, and the product quality is not influenced by temperature change.
