The diluted asphalt cold-patch material can be stored for a long time and has high strength and water stability.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of diluted asphalt materials for pavement maintenance, in particular to a diluted asphalt cold-patch material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The water permeable and draining asphalt pavement is a typical skeleton pore structure, a large number of communicated gaps form a developed water draining net road in a road, rainwater is drained from the interior of a road body along a road cross slope through the net road, so that the thickness of a water film of the pavement is effectively reduced in rainy days, the generation of water drift is prevented, the water splashing phenomenon of water mist is inhibited, the harm of glare is reduced, in addition, the water permeable and draining asphalt pavement has the outstanding advantages of reducing noise, increasing the skid resistance, relieving the heat island effect, saving materials, being low-carbon and environment-friendly and the like, and the water permeable and draining asphalt pavement is a high-grade pavement and has a very wide application prospect in main pavements of urban roads, particularly southern areas with concentrated and abundant rainfall.
However, the water permeable and permeable asphalt pavement has a large void ratio, and the contact area of asphalt cement with air, water and light is increased, so that the asphalt cement is more likely to react with the natural factors, the asphalt aging is accelerated, the cohesiveness of the asphalt cement is reduced, the pavement is likely to be loosened, peeled off, pot holes and the like, if the pavement is not repaired in time, the damage is gradually enlarged under the action of rainwater or vehicle load, and finally the whole damage is formed, which endangers the driving safety and even causes traffic accidents, and the pot holes must be repaired in time.
At present, two main types of filling materials for repairing pavement pot holes are provided: hot-mixed asphalt mixture and diluted asphalt cold-patch material. The hot-mix asphalt mixture needs to be stirred at high temperature in the using process, a large road roller is used for compacting, a large special stirring device is used in the whole operating process, the hot-mix asphalt mixture needs to be stirred at high temperature, energy is consumed, aging and environmental pollution are easily caused, the mixture cannot be stored for a long time, and materials are easily wasted in the whole repairing process. The diluted asphalt cold-patch material is prepared by mixing specially prepared diluted asphalt with aggregate at normal temperature, and is an asphalt mixture which can be bagged, stored and constructed at normal temperature, is in a loose state during repair, is less affected by seasons and weather, and is convenient for timely repairing the pavement. However, the existing diluted asphalt cold-patch has poor water stability and short service life, and meanwhile, because organic solvents such as diesel oil and the like with high petroleum asphalt dissolving capacity are generally selected in the preparation process of the diluted asphalt, the volatile matters of the diesel oil are not beneficial to human health and cause serious pollution to the environment.
Therefore, it is highly desirable to develop an environment-friendly asphalt dilution cold patch which can be stored for a long time and has high strength and water stability, and a preparation method thereof.

Preferably, the diluted asphalt comprises a diluent, asphalt, a modifier and an anti-stripping agent, wherein the mass ratio of the diluent to the asphalt to the modifier to the anti-stripping agent is 1: (3-6): (1.2-2): (0.3-0.8).
Preferably, the modifier is a mixture of furan resin, styrene-butadiene-styrene triblock copolymer and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate. Preferably, the anti-stripping agent is a long-chain alkyl polyamine series asphalt anti-stripping agent, and the mass ratio of the anti-stripping agent to the asphalt anti-stripping agent is 1: (1-1.2): (0.2-0.4) long-chain alkyl organic acid, epoxy chloropropane and organic amine. The anti-stripping agent has good anti-stripping capability, good compatibility with asphalt (easy dissolution and dispersion in the asphalt), and moderate molecular weight (low volatility, lower viscosity than the asphalt, and no migration and precipitation).
In a second aspect of the present invention, a preparation method of the diluted asphalt cold-patch material is provided, which comprises the following steps:
s1, heating the asphalt to 120-150 ℃ for melting, adding the diluent into the asphalt according to the proportion under the stirring condition, stirring for 30-40min, then adding the modifier and the anti-stripping agent into the asphalt, and continuously stirring for 10-20min to obtain the diluted asphalt;
s2, placing the aggregate and the filler in a constant-temperature drying box for drying for 2-4h, wherein the drying temperature is 110-120 ℃;
s3, adding the dried aggregate and the filler into a stirring container, stirring and mixing for 5-10min, controlling the temperature at 120-150 ℃, adding bentonite and a fiber stabilizer into the mixture under the stirring condition, fully stirring and mixing uniformly for 10-15min, adding the diluted asphalt prepared in the step S1 into the stirring container, and fully stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain the diluted asphalt cold-patch material.
Preferably, the stirring speed in the step S1 is 200-300r/min, and the diluted asphalt obtained by stirring has uniform temperature, consistency and color.
Preferably, the stirring speed in the step S3 is 300-350r/min, and the stirring time after the diluted asphalt is added is 20-30 min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) compared with the traditional hot-mix asphalt mixture, the cold-mix and cold-paving diluted asphalt cold-patch material saves energy, reduces the emission of a large amount of greenhouse gases and toxic and harmful gases in the asphalt heating process, reduces the pollution to the surrounding environment, is convenient to transport, is simple and convenient to construct and has high efficiency;
(2) according to the invention, the mechanical property of the material can be improved by selecting the aggregate, the adsorbability to asphalt can be increased by selecting the filler, and the bentonite and the fiber stabilizer are added, so that on one hand, the strength and toughness of the material can be greatly improved, the generation and extension of cracks are effectively inhibited, the service life and service condition of a pavement structure are improved, on the other hand, the hydration reaction of cement can be promoted, the strength of the pavement structure is further improved by consuming excessive water, the absorption effect of the fiber stabilizer to the diluted asphalt is optimal, and the storage time of the mixture is longer;
(3) the diluted asphalt is prepared by adopting a specific formula, the volatile property of the diluted asphalt is faster than that of diesel oil by selecting turpentine as a diluent, the initial strength, the health-preserving strength and the water stability of the diluted asphalt are obviously improved, the use performance of the diluted asphalt can be improved by selecting a specific modifier, the high-temperature anti-rutting property, the low-temperature anti-cracking property and the water stability are obviously improved, and the long-chain alkyl polyamine series asphalt anti-stripping agent has good compatibility (easy dissolution and dispersion in the asphalt), moderate molecular weight (low volatility, viscosity lower than that of the asphalt and no migration and precipitation) with the asphalt and good anti-stripping property.

Example 1
The diluted asphalt cold-patch material comprises the following components: 6Kg of diluted asphalt, 40Kg of aggregate, 24Kg of filler, 0.5Kg of bentonite and 1Kg of fiber stabilizer.
Wherein the fiber stabilizer is a mixture of glass fiber, polyester fiber and lignin fiber, and the length of the glass fiber and the polyester fiber is 5-20 mm; the aggregate comprises coarse aggregate with the particle size of 4-10mm and fine aggregate with the particle size of 1-3mm, the coarse aggregate is a mixture of basalt, diabase and limestone, and the fine aggregate is limestone.

s2, placing the aggregate and the filler in a constant-temperature drying box for drying for 2-4h, wherein the drying temperature is 110-120 ℃;
s3, adding the dried aggregate and the filler into a stirring container, stirring at the speed of 300-350r/min for 5-10min, controlling the temperature at 120-150 ℃, adding bentonite and a fiber stabilizer under the stirring condition, fully stirring and mixing uniformly for 10-15min, adding the diluted asphalt prepared in the step S1 into the stirring container, stirring for 20-30min, and fully stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain the diluted asphalt cold-patch material.
Example 2
The diluted asphalt cold-patch material comprises the following components: 5Kg of diluted asphalt, 46Kg of aggregate, 20Kg of filler, 0.7Kg of bentonite and 2.1Kg of fiber stabilizer.
Wherein the fiber stabilizer is a mixture of glass fibers and polyester fibers, and the lengths of the glass fibers and the polyester fibers are 5-20 mm; the aggregate comprises coarse aggregate with the particle size of 4-10mm and fine aggregate with the particle size of 1-3mm, the coarse aggregate is a mixture of basalt and diabase, and the fine aggregate is limestone.

Wherein the fiber stabilizer is a mixture of glass fiber, polyester fiber and lignin fiber, and the length of the glass fiber and the polyester fiber is 5-20 mm; the aggregates comprise coarse aggregates with the particle size of 4-10mm and fine aggregates with the particle size of 1-3mm, wherein the coarse aggregates are basalt, and the fine aggregates are limestone.

Test examples
The performance of the diluted asphalt cold-patch prepared in examples 1 to 4 was tested:
referring to the method in technical Specification for construction of road asphalt pavements (JTG F40-2004), the diluted asphalt cold-patch materials in examples 1 to 4 are placed in an oven at 120 ℃ for 10 hours, and after most of the diluent is volatilized, the diluted asphalt cold-patch materials are taken out and immediately used for manufacturing test pieces with the diameter of 100mm by using a rotary compaction apparatus, wherein the mass of each test piece is 1 Kg: in order to simulate the continuous rolling action of wheels on actual roads and to ensure sufficient porosity, the number of compaction times was set to 50, and 10 test pieces of the diluted asphalt cold-patch material in each example were formed for future use.
Testing the prepared test piece by JTJE20-2011, wherein the Marshall stability (KN) at 60 ℃ is 60-72; the residual stability of the soaked Marshall is between 90 and 95 percent; the dynamic stability (mm/time) at 60 ℃ is 15000-21000; the ratio of the freeze-thaw splitting strength is 92-95%. From the above test results, it can be seen that the asphalt cutback concentrates prepared in examples 1 to 4 of the present invention have excellent durability and resistance to water damage.
Compared with the traditional hot-mix asphalt mixture, the cold-mix and cold-paving diluted asphalt cold-patch material saves energy, reduces the emission of a large amount of greenhouse gases and toxic and harmful gases in the asphalt heating process, reduces the pollution to the surrounding environment, and has the advantages of convenient transportation, simple and convenient construction and high efficiency.
