impurities settled to the bottom of the clean water tank 2 are far away from the centrifugal blades 42, so that the centrifugal force is continuously reduced, the flowing speed is also continuously reduced, and the impurities settled to the bottom of the clean water tank 2 are gradually settled to the annular settling chamber 21 at the bottom of the clean water tank 2 under the action of gravity; through the centrifugal separation effect, the separation of impurities with higher particle density in the sewage from the water is accelerated, and the sewage treatment efficiency is greatly improved; the sewage close to the top of the clean water tank 2 contains less impurities, and the impurities with lower density in the sewage at the top of the clean water tank 2 are close to the first shaft 41 under the action of centrifugal force and are limited in the concave part of the lower surface of the tank cover 5; therefore, by continuously injecting the sewage into the clean water reservoir 2, the water pressure inside the clean water reservoir 2 is increased, so that the relatively clean sewage at the top of the clean water reservoir 2 near the edge flows into the annular chamber 51 under the action of the water pressure, and the sewage flows into the annular chamber 51 and is simultaneously subjected to the action of the screen 512, so that the sewage flowing into the annular chamber 51 is further purified; under the action of the first pipe 511, the sewage in the annular chamber 51 flows into the disinfection tank 3, and various germs contained in the sewage are killed by the disinfectant put in the disinfection tank 3, so that the possibility of epidemic diseases is reduced; finally, naturally settling the sewage in the disinfection tank 3 for a period of time until the sewage reaches the standard of natural discharge, and discharging the sewage into the natural environment; impurities with high particle density in the sewage rotate under the centrifugal action and simultaneously deviate towards the direction close to the surface of the inner wall of the clean water tank 2, and the inner wall of the clean water tank 2 is uniformly provided with the arc-shaped elastic pieces 22, so that the impurities collide with the arc-shaped elastic pieces 22 in the deviation process and the rotation speed of the impurities is reduced, the centrifugal force on the impurities is reduced, and the sedimentation of the impurities to the bottom under the gravity action is accelerated; the sewage and the impurities are separated more rapidly and thoroughly, and the sewage treatment efficiency is accelerated; in addition, when the arc-shaped elastic sheet 22 collides with larger particles in the sewage, the arc-shaped elastic sheet 22 deforms, so that the impact on the arc-shaped elastic sheet 22 is buffered through the deformation, the arc-shaped elastic sheet 22 is prevented from being damaged, and the service life of the arc-shaped elastic sheet 22 is prolonged; when the arc-shaped elastic sheet 22 deforms due to the impact of larger particles in the sewage, the first rod 221 moves along with the deformation of the arc-shaped elastic sheet 22 and drives the end part of the cleaning plate 223 to slide along the surface of the inner wall of the clean water tank 2; under the action of the end part of the cleaning plate 223, impurities attached to the inner wall surface of the clean water tank 2 are effectively removed, so that the influence on the normal work of the clean water tank 2 caused by excessive impurities attached to the inner wall surface of the clean water tank 2 is avoided; in addition, when larger particles are separated from the arc-shaped elastic sheet 22, the arc-shaped elastic sheet 22 starts to restore and deform under the self elastic action, the first rod 221 is not pressed any more and is reset under the action of the first reset elastic sheet 222, and the first rod 221 plays a supporting role for the arc-shaped elastic sheet 22 while resetting, so that the arc-shaped elastic sheet 22 is restored to the original position under the pushing action of the first rod 221, and the normal function of the arc-shaped elastic sheet 22 is ensured; because the area of the end part of the first tooth 224 is smaller, when the end part of the first tooth 224 acts on the surface of the inner wall of the clean water tank 2 along with the cleaning plate 223, the stress on the surface of the inner wall of the clean water tank 2 is concentrated, so that the impurities adhered to the surface of the inner wall of the clean water tank 2 are removed more thoroughly, and the phenomenon that the impurities adhered to the surface of the inner wall of the clean water tank 2 are excessive to influence the sedimentation of the impurities in the sewage to the annular sedimentation chamber 21 at the bottom of the clean water tank 2 is avoided; meanwhile, when the second rod 411 rotates along with the first shaft 41 and drives the first plate 412 to act on the sewage below the filter screen 512, because the surface of the first plate 412 is inclined to the lower surface of the filter screen 512 and the included angle between the surface of the first plate 412 and the lower surface of the filter screen 512 is 45 degrees, the pressure applied to the sewage contacting with the first plate 412 can divide an upward component force, and the sewage below the filter screen 512 is accelerated to flow into the annular chamber 51; meanwhile, the surface of the first plate 412 and the lower surface of the filter screen 512 are inclined, so that the reaction force of sewage on the surface of the first plate 412 is reduced when the surface rotates, and the first plate 412 is prevented from being broken due to overlarge resistance; in addition, the sewage impacting the screen 512 under the action of the first plate 412 vibrates the screen 512, so that the impurities attached to the surface of the screen 512 are effectively removed, and the influence on the flow rate of the sewage flowing into the annular chamber 51 due to the excessive impurities attached to the surface of the screen 512 is avoided.
