Preferably, the first mating surface 321 is connected to the second mating surface 322 by the guide surface 323. Preferably, the trigger part 32 further comprises an operating handle 36 for driving the movement thereof, the operating handle 36 being operable by a human hand to manually push the trigger part 32 to trigger the unlocking of the locking part 31 in case the trigger part 32 is not pushed by the cargo lifting lug.
Specifically, the body 33 has a mounting cavity 330 extending in the second direction, and the hook 1 is provided with a locking hole 13; the locking portion 31 includes a guide portion 311, a driving end 312, and a locking end 313 which are provided separately; the guide portion 311 is slidably mounted in the mounting cavity; the driving end 312 is connected to one end of the guide portion 311, the driving end 312 having a contact surface 314 that contacts the trigger portion 32; the locking end 313 is connected with the other end of the guiding part 311, and the third elastic element 34 is sleeved on the guiding part 311 and elastically propped against the body part 33 and the driving end 312; when the lock portion 31 is in the locked state, at least part of the locking end 313 is inserted into the locking hole 13.
In this embodiment, the locking end 313 is a spring plunger with a spring inside, and the spring plunger can elastically stretch and retract, so that the locking end can be more flexibly matched with the locking hole 13, the locking stability is improved, and meanwhile, hard collision can be avoided, and normal use of parts is favorably kept.
To improve the smoothness of the relative sliding movement between the driving end 312 and the trigger 32, at least a portion of the contact surface 314 is arcuate.

Like this, when hoisting device is close to the goods and makes the goods and trigger part 32 be close to relatively, the goods promotes trigger part 32 and moves to the trigger position, and trigger part 32 dodges locking part 31, makes locking part 31 move to the unblock state, thereby locking part 31 and 1 separation of lifting hook lose the locking effect to lifting hook 1, and lifting hook 1 automatic movement is to the hanging position to hang the goods. Through adopting this kind of structural design, only need control cable suspension device to be close to the goods at the operation in-process, thereby cable suspension device just can hang the goods in the automatic triggering lifting hook 1 when trigger part 32 contacts with the goods, does not need manually to hang lifting hook 1 on the goods, has simplified the operation of hanging effectively, has solved the inconvenient problem of operation when cable suspension device among the prior art hangs the goods.

Claims (15)
1. A hanger apparatus, comprising:
the lifting hook is movably arranged to have a hanging position for hanging the goods and an unloading position separated from the goods;
a locking structure including a movable locking portion having a locked state and an unlocked state, the locking portion being in contact with the hook to lock the hook in the unloading position when the locking portion is in the locked state; when the locking part is in the unlocking state, the locking part is separated from the lifting hook, and the lifting hook automatically moves to the hanging position;
the locking structure further comprises a movable trigger part, and the trigger part is provided with an initial position and a trigger position for avoiding the locking part; when the trigger part is at the initial position, the trigger part abuts against the locking part so as to maintain the locking part in the locking state; when the hanging device contacts the goods, the trigger part is pushed to the trigger position, so that the locking part automatically moves to the unlocking state.
2. The hanger of claim 1, wherein the hanger comprises a resilient structure coupled to the hook, the resilient structure configured to drive the hook to automatically move to the hanging position.
3. The hanger of claim 1, wherein the hanger comprises:
the lifting hook and the locking structure are both arranged on the first mounting seat;
a second mount having a support; the first mounting seat can be slidably mounted on the second mounting seat, and when the lifting hook bears the load, the first mounting seat slides downwards to enable the lifting hook to be borne on the supporting piece.
4. The hanging device of claim 3, wherein the hook has a first clamping portion, the support member has a second clamping portion, and when the hook is loaded, the first clamping portion is clamped with the second clamping portion to prevent the hook from moving through the support member.
5. The hanger of claim 3, wherein the first mount has a first position and a second position, the hook being disengaged from the support member when the first mount is in the first position; the hook is in contact with the support when the first mount is in the second position;
the hanging device comprises a first elastic piece, the first mounting seat and the second mounting seat are both in contact with the first elastic piece, and the first elastic piece drives the first mounting seat to be maintained at the first position.
6. The hanging device of claim 3, wherein a bayonet is provided on the second mounting base, and the trigger is slidably provided on the first mounting base and located in the bayonet; when the lifting hook is located at the hanging position, the opening of the bayonet is shielded by the lifting hook, so that the hanging part of the goods is limited in the bayonet.
7. The hanger of claim 1, wherein the hook is of an arcuate configuration; the hanging device comprises a first mounting seat, an arc-shaped sliding groove is formed in the first mounting seat, and the lifting hook is slidably mounted in the arc-shaped sliding groove to be switched between a hanging position and an unloading position.
8. The hanger of claim 1, wherein the hanger comprises a first mounting seat; the locking structure further comprises;
a body portion mounted on the first mount; the locking portion is movably mounted on the body portion;
and a third elastic member contacting both the body part and the locking part to drive the locking part to move to the unlocked state by an elastic force.
9. The hanger of claim 8, wherein the body portion has a mounting cavity and the hook has a locking hole; the locking part comprises a guide part, a driving end and a locking end which are arranged in a split manner;
the guide portion is slidably mounted within the mounting cavity;
the driving end is connected with one end of the guide part and is provided with a matching surface which is contacted with the trigger part;
the locking end is connected with the other end of the guide part, and the third elastic piece is sleeved on the guide part and elastically abutted against the body part and the driving end; at least a portion of the locking end is inserted into the locking aperture when the locking portion is in the locked state.
10. The hanger of claim 1, wherein the trigger is movably disposed in a first direction; the locking portion is movably provided in a second direction; the first direction and the second direction form a preset included angle;
the trigger part is provided with a first matching surface and a second matching surface, the first matching surface and the second matching surface are arranged at intervals along the second direction, and the first matching surface and the second matching surface are arranged at intervals along the first direction; the first mating face maintains the locking portion in the locked state when the locking portion is in contact with the first mating face; when the locking part is staggered with the first matching surface, the second matching surface avoids the locking part so as to enable the locking part to move to the unlocking state.
11. The hanger of claim 1, wherein the locking structure further comprises a fourth resilient member in contact with the trigger to urge the trigger to maintain the initial position.
12. The hanger of claim 1, wherein the hanger comprises a second drive structure coupled to the hook to drive the hook from the hanging position to the unloading position via the second drive structure.
13. The hanging device of claim 12, wherein the hook is of an arc-shaped structure, and a plurality of convex teeth are arranged on the hook at intervals along an arc-shaped track; the second driving structure comprises a motor and a gear, the gear is connected with an output shaft of the motor, and the gear is meshed with the plurality of convex teeth.
14. The hanger of claim 1, wherein the hanger comprises a first mount on which the hook is slidably mounted; be equipped with spacing portion on the first mount pad, be equipped with the bar mouth on the lifting hook, spacing position in order to restrict in the bar mouth the slip stroke of lifting hook.
15. A hoisting device, characterized in that the hoisting device comprises a crane and a hoisting device connected to a hoisting rope of the crane, the hoisting device being as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 14.
