And S206, determining an elevator dispatching strategy aiming at the current elevator waiting personnel in the elevator waiting area according to the elevator waiting personnel information and the object information in the monitoring image which accord with the preset standard.
The elevator robot 102 may determine an elevator dispatching strategy for a current elevator waiting person in the elevator waiting area based on the monitoring image meeting the preset standard. The elevator robot 102 can identify and detect elevator waiting personnel information and object information in the monitoring image, and detect whether the elevator waiting personnel information and the object information in the monitoring image meet requirements, for example, whether the number of elevator waiting personnel meets requirements, whether the elevator waiting personnel is legal elevator waiting personnel, whether the object information has contraband, and the like, so that the elevator robot 102 can determine elevator dispatching strategies for the current elevator waiting personnel according to the identification result, for example, the order of elevator stop, which elevators are called, and the like.
According to the elevator waiting monitoring method, the position of the elevator robot is adjusted by acquiring the monitoring image comprising the elevator waiting personnel information and the object information carried by the elevator waiting personnel in the elevator waiting area, and when the monitoring image is judged not to meet the preset standard, the lighting equipment in the elevator waiting area can be adjusted according to the defect information which is not in accordance with the preset standard in the monitoring image until the elevator robot reacquires that the monitoring image in the elevator waiting area meets the preset standard, and then the elevator dispatching strategy aiming at the current elevator waiting personnel in the elevator waiting area is determined according to the elevator waiting personnel information and the object information in the monitoring image which are in accordance with the preset standard. Compare in traditional equipment through fixed setting to waiting the ladder and monitor, this scheme is through setting up elevator robot in waiting the ladder region to can obtain the clear complete monitoring image who waits in the ladder region through the position of adjusting elevator robot and the lighting apparatus who waits in the ladder region, thereby improved the comprehensive effect of waiting the ladder control.
In one embodiment, after acquiring the monitoring image in the elevator waiting area, the method further comprises: comparing the monitoring image with a standard monitoring image to obtain a difference proportion and a noise pollution value; the standard monitoring image is obtained based on a plurality of monitoring images which accord with a preset standard through training; the difference proportion is used for judging whether the information of the elevator waiting personnel and the information of the object in the monitored image are complete or not, and the noise pollution value is used for judging whether the brightness and the definition of the monitored image meet the preset brightness and definition standards or not; judging whether the difference proportion is larger than a preset proportion or not to obtain a first judgment result; judging whether the noise pollution value is larger than a preset value or not to obtain a second judgment result; if the first judgment result is yes or the second judgment result is yes, determining that the monitored image does not meet the preset standard; and if the first judgment result and the second judgment result are both negative, determining that the monitored image meets the preset standard.
In this embodiment, the standard monitoring image may be a reference monitoring image that meets the above preset standard, and the standard monitoring image may include people who are not blocked and images with sufficient brightness and definition, where the standard monitoring image may be obtained based on training of a plurality of monitoring images that meet the preset standard, for example, determining the shape of people who are not blocked according to the shapes of people in the plurality of monitoring images that meet the preset standard, and determining the brightness and definition that meet the preset standard according to the brightness and definition in the plurality of monitoring images that meet the preset standard. The elevator robot 102 may compare the monitored image with the standard monitored image to obtain a difference ratio and a noise pollution value, where the difference ratio may be a ratio of a difference between shapes and sizes of a person and an object in the monitored image and a person and an object in the standard monitored image, and may be used to determine whether information of a person waiting for the elevator and information of an object in the monitored image are complete, for example, the elevator robot 102 may detect whether shapes of the person and the object in the monitored image are abnormal due to the fact that a certain part of the person and the object is blocked; the noise pollution value may be the number of noise points in the monitored image due to insufficient illumination, and may be used to determine whether the brightness and the definition of the monitored image meet preset brightness and definition standards, for example, the elevator robot 102 may detect whether the noise point value in the monitored image exceeds the noise point value in the standard monitored image.
The elevator robot 102 may perform corresponding judgment after acquiring the difference proportion and the noise pollution value, specifically, the elevator robot 102 may judge whether the difference proportion is greater than a preset proportion, that is, whether the shape difference between the people and the objects in the monitored image and the shapes of the people and the objects in the standard monitored image is too large, to obtain a first judgment result; the elevator robot 102 may further determine whether the noise pollution value is greater than a preset value, that is, whether the number of noise points in the monitored image is greater than the number of noise points in the standard monitored image, and whether the difference between the definition of the monitored image and the definition of the standard monitored image is too large, so as to obtain a second determination result; the elevator robot 102 may determine whether the monitored image meets the preset standard according to the first determination result and the second determination result, specifically, when the elevator robot 102 detects that the first determination result is yes or the second determination result is yes, it may be determined that the monitored image does not meet the preset standard, and when the elevator robot 102 detects that the first determination result and the second determination result are both no, it may be determined that the monitored image meets the preset standard. In addition, the elevator robot 102 may adjust the position of the elevator robot 102 and/or adjust the lighting device in the elevator waiting area when determining that the monitoring image does not meet the preset standard, so as to obtain the monitoring image again after adjustment, and when the elevator robot 102 determines that the monitoring image does not meet the preset standard for multiple times, for example, exceeds the preset number of times, the elevator robot 102 may notify the corresponding staff, for example, send a relevant prompt to the device of the staff, so that the staff performs field processing on the elevator waiting area.
Through the embodiment, the elevator robot 102 can determine whether the monitoring image meets the preset standard or not based on the difference proportion and the noise pollution value obtained by comparing the monitoring image with the standard monitoring image, so that the effectiveness of the monitoring image collected by the elevator robot 102 is improved.
In one embodiment, adjusting the position of the elevator robot based on the defect information comprises: if the defect information contains that the difference proportion of the object information in the monitored image is larger than the preset proportion, determining that the object is blocked, controlling the elevator robot to move to the first position, and acquiring a new monitored image in the elevator waiting area again; the first position represents a position where there is no obstruction between the elevator robot and the object.
In this embodiment, the defect information may include that the difference ratio is greater than a preset ratio, that is, the difference between the person and the object in the monitored image and the standard monitored image is too large, for example, the shape difference is too large. When the elevator robot 102 detects that the defect information contains a difference proportion larger than a preset proportion, it can be determined that the object carried by the elevator waiting personnel is blocked, the elevator robot 102 can control the elevator waiting personnel to move to a first position where the object is not blocked, and the monitoring image of the inner center of the elevator waiting area is collected again at the first position, so that the monitoring image containing the people and the objects which are not blocked is obtained. It should be noted that, after the elevator robot 102 adjusts the position for multiple times, the position where the object is not shielded cannot be obtained, and a corresponding prompt may be sent to the worker, so that the worker can process the elevator waiting area.
Through the embodiment, the elevator robot 102 can obtain the monitoring image containing people and objects which are not shielded by adjusting the position of the elevator robot, so that the effectiveness of the monitoring image acquired by the elevator robot 102 is improved, and the monitoring comprehensiveness of the elevator waiting monitoring is improved.
In one embodiment, adjusting lighting devices in the elevator waiting area according to the defect information comprises: and if the noise pollution value of the object information in the monitoring image is larger than a preset value, determining that the illumination in the elevator waiting area is insufficient, and sending a light adjustment instruction to the elevator master control, so that the elevator master control adjusts the brightness of the lighting equipment in the elevator waiting area according to the light adjustment instruction, and returning an adjustment result to the elevator robot.
In this embodiment, the defect information may include that the noise pollution value is greater than a preset value, that is, the number of noise points in the monitored image is greater than the number of noise points in the standard monitored image, or the definition of the monitored image is too low compared with the standard monitored image. When the elevator robot 102 detects that the defect information contains a noise pollution value greater than a preset value, it can be determined that illumination of the elevator waiting area is insufficient, the elevator robot 102 can send a light adjustment instruction to the elevator master control 104, the elevator master control 104 can adjust brightness of lighting equipment in the elevator waiting area after receiving the light adjustment instruction, for example, the brightness is increased, an adjustment result is returned, the elevator robot 102 can re-acquire a monitoring image of the elevator waiting area after receiving the adjustment result, and accordingly the monitoring image with the definition and the brightness meeting requirements is obtained. It should be noted that, after the elevator robot 102 performs multiple adjustments in the elevator master control 104, the monitoring image with both definition and brightness meeting the requirements cannot be obtained, and a corresponding prompt may be sent to the worker, so that the worker can process the lighting device in the elevator waiting area.
Through this embodiment, the elevator robot 102 can be through the position of adjustment self to can obtain the monitoring image that definition and luminance all meet the requirements, thereby improve the validity of the monitoring image that the elevator robot 102 gathered, and then improve the monitoring comprehensiveness of waiting the ladder control.
In one embodiment, determining an elevator dispatching strategy for a current elevator waiting person in an elevator waiting area according to elevator waiting person information and object information in a monitoring image meeting a preset standard comprises: acquiring monitoring images acquired by the elevator robot at a plurality of other positions different from the current position; and if the monitoring images acquired from the other positions all accord with the preset standard, determining an elevator dispatching strategy aiming at the current elevator waiting personnel in the elevator waiting area according to the elevator waiting personnel information and the object information in the monitoring images which accord with the preset standard.
In this embodiment, after obtaining the monitoring image meeting the preset standard, the elevator robot 102 may further perform multiple times of adjustment of its own position, for example, adjust to multiple other positions different from the current position, and obtain the monitoring image in the elevator waiting area after each time of adjustment, and if the elevator robot 102 determines that the monitoring images obtained from multiple other positions all meet the preset standard, may determine an elevator dispatching policy for the current elevator waiting personnel in the elevator waiting area according to the elevator waiting personnel information and the object information in the multiple monitoring images meeting the preset standard. Specifically, the elevator robot 102 may move a certain distance, and acquire the monitoring image in the elevator waiting area after moving every time, and when the monitoring images acquired many times all meet the preset requirement, the elevator robot 102 may determine an elevator dispatching strategy for the current elevator waiting personnel according to the monitoring image acquired after moving every time by the elevator robot.
Through the embodiment, the elevator robot 102 can acquire the monitoring images in the elevator waiting area at a plurality of different positions, so that the effectiveness of the monitoring images is improved, and the monitoring comprehensiveness of elevator waiting monitoring is improved.
In one embodiment, the determining the operation strategy of the elevator according to the elevator waiting personnel information and the object information in the monitoring image meeting the preset standard comprises the following steps: acquiring the number, object types and sizes of elevator waiting personnel in the monitoring image; and if the number of the elevator waiting personnel is detected to be larger than the remaining number of people accommodated in the elevator, or the size of the object information is detected to be larger than the volume of the elevator, or the type of the object information is the type of the object in the preset rule, determining that the elevator waiting personnel are not allowed to use the elevator, and sending a preset scheduling instruction to the elevator main control, so that the elevator main control reduces the stop priority of the elevator to the floor corresponding to the elevator waiting area according to the preset scheduling instruction.
In this embodiment, the monitoring image may include information of the elevator waiting personnel and information of objects carried by the elevator waiting personnel, wherein the information of the elevator waiting personnel may include the number of the elevator waiting personnel, and the information of the object, such as the type and size of the object, may be included in the information of the objects. The elevator robot 102 may determine an elevator dispatching strategy for the current elevator waiting personnel based on the number of elevator waiting personnel, the type of object, and the size. Specifically, when the elevator robot 102 detects that the number of elevator waiting people is greater than the number of remaining people accommodated in the elevator corresponding to the current elevator waiting area, or the type in the object information is an object type in a preset rule, for example, contraband, or the size in the object information is greater than the volume of the elevator, the elevator robot 102 may determine that the elevator waiting people is not allowed to use the elevator corresponding to the current elevator waiting area, and the elevator robot 102 may send a preset scheduling instruction to the elevator master control 104, and the elevator master control 104 may reduce the priority of the elevator on the floor where the current elevator waiting people is located after receiving the preset scheduling instruction, for example, stop at the back or not lean against the floor.
Specifically, when the elevator robot 102 detects that the number of elevator waiting personnel is greater than the remaining number of people in the elevator corresponding to the current elevator waiting area, the elevator robot 102 can determine that the current elevator waiting personnel cannot use the elevator corresponding to the current elevator waiting area, at this time, the elevator robot 102 can also send a second dispatching instruction to the elevator main control 104, and the elevator main control 104 can stop the elevator with the remaining number of people in the elevator greater than the number of elevator waiting personnel to the floor where the elevator waiting personnel is located after receiving the second dispatching instruction, and the elevator robot 102 can also output a corresponding prompt, so as to prompt the elevator waiting personnel to take the elevator with the remaining number of people greater than the number of elevator waiting personnel. Wherein the elevator robot 102 can obtain the remaining number of people accommodated in the elevator from the elevator master 104. When the elevator robot 102 detects that the size of an object is larger than the volume of an elevator corresponding to a current elevator waiting area and the type of the object is not an object in a preset rule, the elevator robot 102 can determine that a current elevator waiting person cannot use the elevator corresponding to the current elevator waiting area, at the moment, the elevator robot 102 can also send a third dispatching instruction to the elevator main control 104, the elevator main control 104 can stop the elevator with the volume larger than the size of the elevator to a floor where the elevator waiting person is located after receiving the third dispatching instruction, and the elevator robot 102 can also output a corresponding prompt, so that the elevator waiting person is prompted to take the elevator with the volume larger than the size. Wherein the elevator robot 102 can obtain the volume of the elevator from the elevator master 104. When the elevator robot 102 detects that the type of the object is the type of the object in the preset rule, the elevator robot 102 may determine that the current elevator waiting personnel cannot use the elevator, and may output corresponding prompt information, such as voice prompt or text prompt, so as to persuade the current elevator waiting personnel to leave with the object, and may also notify corresponding staff to process the object, if the elevator waiting personnel do not carry the object in the preset rule to leave the elevator waiting area, the elevator robot 102 may also send the preset scheduling instruction to the elevator master control 104, and the elevator master control 104 may modify the elevator calling rule according to the preset scheduling instruction, and reduce the elevator to stop to the floor where the elevator waiting personnel is located, such as stopping after or without stopping.
Through the embodiment, the elevator robot 102 can reduce the stop priority of the elevator on the floor where the elevator waiting personnel are located according to the number, the object type and the size of the elevator waiting personnel in the monitoring image when any one of the elevator waiting personnel is not in accordance with the standard, so that the monitoring comprehensiveness of elevator waiting monitoring is improved.
