Examples
As shown in fig. 1, the bottle cap of the present invention comprises a body 1, a pressing ring 2 and a knob 3.
The body 1 includes an outer ring 11, an inner ring 12, and an isolation layer 13.
The top of the inner ring 12 is attached to the inner wall of the outer ring 11. A gap is formed between the inner ring 11 and the inner ring 12 at the joint, and the bottle mouth 81 can be inserted into the gap.
The inner side wall of the outer ring 11 is provided with outer ring threads 14, and the threads can be matched and connected with the external threads of the bottle mouth 81.
The bottom of the inner ring 12 is provided with an isolation layer, i.e. a sealing film 13. The sealing film 13 can be fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner ring 12 by adhesion or other connection methods. The sealing film 13 is an aluminum foil, and a layer of epoxy resin is coated on the surface of the aluminum foil.
The lower end of the inner ring 12 may be flush with the lower end of the outer ring 11, or may be higher or lower than the lower end of the outer ring 11, and may vary according to the structure of the specific bottle.
Preferably, the lower end of the inner ring 12 is slightly inclined so that the sealing film 13 has a certain inclination angle, and the content is located on the side closer to the inclination by gravity after the sealing film 13 seals the end of the inner ring 12. At the same time, the end of the inner cap 3 that is connected to the sharpening mechanism 33 also has an inclination (which, as shown in the cross-section of fig. 5 and in the side view of fig. 6, gives the end of the knob 31 a pronounced wedge shape). In this way, after the sharp mechanism 33 pierces the sealing film 13, the material in the inner cavity 5 immediately falls into the bottle body from the lower side. With the rotation of the knob 31, the matching of the end of the inner cap 3 and the sharp mechanism 33 will quickly open the sealing film 13, and finally all the materials will quickly fall into the bottle body, and the sealing film 13 is still connected with the end of the inner ring 12 and will not fall off.
The pressing ring 2 is a hollow ring-shaped structure, and the inner side wall of the pressing ring 2 is provided with a pressing ring thread 21 which is matched with an external thread 321 on the thread ring 32 of the knob 3.
The pressing ring 2 can be made of various materials such as PP plastics, HDPE plastics and the like.
The function of the clamping ring 2 is to reduce the complexity and cost of the production of the closure. If the pressing ring is integrated with the outer ring 11, the difficulty in manufacturing and assembling the knob 3 is greatly increased.
The top of the knob 3 is provided with a rotation mechanism 31, in this embodiment a handle. The knob 3 is provided with a threaded ring 32, the outer surface of which is provided with an external thread 321, which is arranged to match the clamping ring thread 21 of the clamping ring 2. The lower end of the knob 3 is provided with a sharp mechanism 33, in this embodiment a spike. The interior of the knob 3 forms a cavity 34.
Wherein, the knob 3 is matched and connected with the pressing ring thread 21 arranged on the inner side of the pressing ring 2 through the external thread 321 on the thread ring 32.
The pressing ring 2 is tightly connected with the body 1 through interference fit generated by rotary extrusion between the knob 31 and the pressing ring 2, so that a sealing effect is achieved.
The knob 3 is further provided with a sealing thread 36; the sealing thread 36 is an interference fit with the inner ring 12.
The inner ring 12 and the sealing film 13 form a hollow cavity 34. In the cavity, materials for preparing the drink can be placed in advance, and the materials include, but are not limited to, materials in various forms such as solid, particles, powder, tablets, liquid, colloid and the like which are suitable to be placed in the cavity. Preferably, a particulate material suitable for rapid dissolution may be placed. In the processing process, materials can be put into the cavity firstly, and then the sealing film 13 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner ring 12.
Wherein, in order to ensure the integrity and effective sealing of the sealing film 13, the lower end of the sharp mechanism 33 should be set higher than the sealing film.
When the bottle opener is used, the handle is rotated to push the whole knob 3 downwards in a spiral manner, the lower end of the sharp mechanism 33 firstly touches the sealing film 13, and then the sealing film 13 is inserted and punctured, so that materials placed in the cavity fall into the bottle body through the cracked part of the sealing film and are mixed and dissolved in liquid (such as water) in the bottle body.
The shape, number, material, angle, position, etc. of the spikes are not limited, and a suitable structure capable of destroying the sealing film can be adopted. Preferably, the shape of the spine is a half-leaf shape or a knife tip shape; the number is 1; the material is PP plastic.
Further, the bottle cap may be provided with a housing 4, and the top of the housing 4 is connected with the top of the outer ring 11. The shape design of the housing 4 is not limited to the illustration and may be any suitable possible shape. The shell can be used for reinforcing the bottle cap and increasing firmness, and can also be designed according to the overall aesthetic feeling of the product. The lower end of the shell is matched with the design of the bottle body.
Further, a gasket 5 may be provided in the closure. The gasket 5 is arranged in the gap formed between the inner ring 11 and the inner ring 12, and the gasket 5 can effectively prevent liquid in the beverage bottle from leaking from the gap between the inner ring 12 and the inner side wall of the bottle mouth 81.
The shape, material, thickness and size of the gasket 5 are not limited, and any suitable material, thickness or size capable of playing an effective anti-seepage role can be adopted. Preferably, the gasket 5 is a silicone ring.
Further, the outer wall of the knob 3 is in interference fit with the inner ring 11 of the body 1, so that liquid in the beverage bottle can be effectively prevented from leaking from a gap between the outer side wall of the knob 3 and the inner side wall of the inner ring 12.
Preferably, the inner ring 12 and the outer ring 11 are connected by a connecting portion 121; the top of the connecting part 121 is provided with a sealing mechanism 35; the sealing mechanism 35 can be contacted with the thread ring 21 and form interference fit, so that the effect that the whole bottle cap can not leak after the sealing membrane is punctured is realized.
In one embodiment, a beverage bottle includes a body 8 and a cap. The bottle mouth 81 can be inserted into a gap formed by the inner ring 12 and the outer ring 11; the external thread at the bottle mouth 81 is matched with the outer ring thread 14 on the inner side wall of the outer ring 11.
In another embodiment, an internal thread is provided on the inner side of the bottle mouth 81, and accordingly, a thread corresponding to the internal thread of the bottle mouth 81 is provided on the side wall of the inner ring 12 of the body 1 in the bottle cap, and the bottle mouth 81 can also be fixedly connected to the gap between the inner ring 12 and the outer ring 11 by a screw-type insertion.
In use, the mouth 81 is inserted helically into the gap between the inner and outer rings 12, 11 and the gasket 5 further enhances the seal.
In use, the user rotates the knob at the top of the bottle cap clockwise to the bottom for about 300-. The knob 3 cannot be separated from the bottle cap because the top of the pressing ring thread 21 is provided with a limiting mechanism 211 for limiting the knob 3 to move upwards continuously.
In practice, due to the characteristics of glass during the processing of glass bottles, the thickness error between the bottle mouth and the inner wall of the bottle neck inevitably exists, and the diameter error between the bottle mouth and the inner wall of the bottle neck is 1.25mm as shown in the following fig. 12. The error is formed, so that the outer wall of the bottle 12 is tightly contacted with the inner wall of the bottle neck when the bottle cap is screwed, and the bottle cap cannot be screwed normally, and the error problem in the practical production is optimized as follows: 1. the precision of the glass bottle grinding tool is adjusted, so that the thickness of a bottle mouth and the thickness of a bottle neck are more uniform; 2. the lower thread circle of the sealing thread 36 is slightly protruded compared with the upper thread circle, and the protrusion can enable the knob to rotate clockwise and downwards to press the knob 3 inwards when interference fit is generated, so that the error between the bottle mouth and the inner wall of the bottle neck does not influence the operation and the opening of the bottle cap.
In use, the use and assembly method of the bottle cap and the beverage bottle comprises the following steps:
(1) screwing the knob into the pressing ring through threads;
(2) and pressing the assembled knob and pressing ring into the bottle cap body. The silica gel ring can be arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring in the bottle cap body;
(3) filling materials (such as powder) into a cavity formed by the knob and the inner ring, sealing the lower end of the inner ring, and filling a sealing film;
(4) the assembly line fills the solution (such as water) into the bottle body, the bottle mouth of the bottle body is inserted into the body of the bottle cap, and the bottle body and the bottle cap are tightly connected and fixed by screwing.
The bottle cap can be independently used as a storage vessel for containing materials (such as powder) and can also form an integrated beverage bottle with a novel structure together with a bottle body with the same standard. The purpose of preparing different drinks can be realized by replacing the drink bottle cap. The bottle cap is convenient and quick to replace, and diversified research and development and high efficiency of products are realized.
The protection of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. Variations and advantages that may occur to those skilled in the art may be incorporated into the invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the inventive concept, which is set forth in the following claims.
