The invention relates to the field of auxiliary equipment of photoelectric turntables, in particular to a locking device of a photoelectric turntable.
Background
The photoelectric turntable is used as a high-precision product, is mainly used for finding, positioning, tracking, identifying and tracing targets, and is widely applied to three-dimensional security and protection tasks of key areas and key targets such as side-sea defense, military bases, airports, ports, nuclear and biochemical facilities and the like. Under the transportation state, due to the fact that the road conditions in the field are poor, the task cabin of the photoelectric rotary table is required to have a locking function, so that the photoelectric rotary table is prevented from being bumpy in the transportation process, and internal task loads are protected.
The existing locking device has two modes, one mode is that the locking device is fixedly connected through a screw or other fasteners, but the mode has lower efficiency in locking and unlocking; the other is an electromechanical combination mode, and generally utilizes electric energy to enable the equipment to be in a locking state, but the structure has high processing cost, is not easy to maintain, needs an external power supply and has poor adaptability.
Chinese patent No. 201710048261.4 discloses a self-centering locking vibration damping device suitable for a vehicle-mounted photoelectric rotary table, which can realize self-locking fixation of the photoelectric rotary table, but the device needs to be driven by electric power, and the application range is limited.

Preferably, the lock device further comprises a connecting rod and a lock pin mounting plate, two ends of the connecting rod are respectively and rotatably connected to the control device and the lock pin mounting plate, the lock pin mounting plate is in sliding connection with the shell, and the lock pin is fixedly mounted on the lock pin mounting plate. More locking pins can be installed through the locking pin installation plate.
Preferably, the lock pin mounting plate is connected with the shell through a lock pin spring. The elasticity of the lock pin spring is convenient for retracting the lock pin, the disassembly efficiency is improved, and the lock pin spring is connected with the lock pin mounting plate and has larger mounting space.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the locking device has the advantages that the locking pin is stretched out through the control device, the control device is limited through the self-locking device, the photoelectric rotary table can be locked in a pure mechanical mode, and the unlocking process can be realized only manually without tools.
