The water propulsion control assembly consists of a propulsion hydraulic pump 1, an overflow valve 2, a motor 3 and a water propulsion device 4; an output pipe of the propulsion hydraulic pump 1 is connected with a motor 3, and a branch pipe of the output pipe is provided with an overflow valve 2; the motor 3 is in spline connection with the rotating shaft of the water spraying propulsion device 4.
The water propulsion control assembly drives the motor 3 by the propulsion hydraulic pump 1, so that the propeller of the water propulsion device 4 rotates, and the double-section tracked vehicle is propelled on water.
The water steering control assembly consists of a steering hydraulic pump 6, an electrohydraulic reversing valve 7, a priority valve 8, a steering gear 9, a manual reversing valve 10, an electromagnetic valve 11, a steering cylinder 12 and a pitching cylinder 13; the output pipe of the hydraulic pump is connected with a priority valve 8, and an electrohydraulic reversing valve 7 is arranged on the pipeline; the priority valve 8 is respectively connected with a steering gear 9 and a manual reversing valve 10 through pipelines, the steering gear 9 is connected with two steering cylinders 12 through parallel pipelines, and the manual reversing valve 10 is connected with a pitching cylinder 13 through two parallel electromagnetic valves 11.
A filter 5 is provided on the line connected to the motor 3 and the priority valve 8.
The water steering control assembly is controlled by the electromagnetic valve 11 to realize unidirectional locking of the pitching oil cylinder 13, so that the double-section tracked vehicle keeps a good vehicle posture on water. The water steering control assembly controls the steering device 9, so that the steering oil cylinder 12 moves, the horizontal vehicle posture is changed, and the double-section tracked vehicle is further pushed to steer on water.
The water auxiliary control assembly consists of a multi-way valve 14, a hydraulic control handle 15, a wave plate oil cylinder 16 with a hydraulic lock and a winch motor 17; the multi-way valve 14 is respectively connected with a hydraulic control handle 15, a hydro-cylinder with a wave plate 16 and a winch motor 17 through pipelines;
the water auxiliary control assembly controls the multi-way valve 14 to the hydraulic control handle 15, so that the wave plate oil cylinder 16 with the hydraulic lock moves, and further the wave plate of the double-section tracked vehicle is opened, and the water propulsion resistance is reduced; the water auxiliary control assembly is characterized in that the hydraulic control handle 15 controls the multi-way valve 14 to drive the winch motor 17, and the winch is connected with a water self-rescue facility, so that the functions of water self-rescue, mutual rescue and the like of the double-section tracked vehicle can be realized.
