s2, during vomiting: the top cover (14) is opened, a signal for starting the fan is input into the controller (12) through the control switch (13), the fan (6) is started by the controller (12) to suck peculiar smell, the peculiar smell is sent into the treatment box (7) for treatment, and then the peculiar smell is discharged to the outside through a first exhaust port on the side surface of the discharge box (8);

s3, covering a top cover (14) after vomiting, inputting a signal for starting the electromagnet (10) into the controller (12) through the control switch (13), moving the first valve plate (9) through the electromagnet (10), and discharging the extracted post-processed gas into the barrel body (1), so that the gas in the plastic bag (16) can be extruded, and a large amount of gas is left in the plastic bag (16) and the plastic bag (16) is prevented from being damaged by twisting after the plastic bag (16) is twisted tightly;

s4, inputting a signal for starting the worm gear speed reducer (3) into the controller (12) through the control switch (13); the controller (12) controls the worm gear speed reducer (3) to rotate the tray (17) below the plastic bag, the upper parts of the garbage bags are tightly twisted together, peculiar smell is prevented from being emitted during collection, the tray (15) is enabled to move upwards in the process of tightly twisting the plastic bag, and the plastic bag is prevented from sliding out of the gland (2); after the tightening, the fan and the electromagnet are controlled to be powered off through the controller;

s5, opening the gland and knotting the upper end of the plastic bag (16) to avoid odor emission; then taking out the knotted plastic bag (16);

s6, inputting a signal for starting the worm and gear speed reducer (3) into the controller (12) through the control switch (13), controlling the worm and gear speed reducer (3) to rotate the tray (17) by the controller, enabling the tray (17) to move downwards to an initial position, and controlling the worm and gear speed reducer to power off through the controller;

s7, a new plastic bag (16) is arranged in the barrel body (1), and the opening end of the plastic bag (16) is clamped between the gland (2) and the barrel body (1) through the gland (2) so as to be directly used next time; the collecting device is powered off by a control switch.
