Abstract
The invention provides an integrated cabinet and a using method thereof, wherein the integrated cabinet comprises a plurality of cabinet bodies arranged in parallel, each cabinet body comprises a front door plate and a rear door plate which are symmetrically arranged in front and back, the front door plate is provided with a first mounting hole, and the rear door plate is provided with a strip-shaped second mounting hole; the inter-row air conditioner is arranged in the cabinet body; the first emergency fan is fixedly arranged in the first mounting hole; the second emergency fan is detachably mounted at any position of the second mounting hole; the wind shield is detachably arranged at other positions of the second mounting hole after the second emergency fan is mounted; the second mounting hole avoids the arrangement of the inter-train air conditioner, and the second emergency fan and the wind shield are mounted in the second mounting hole to shield the second mounting hole. According to the invention, the position and the number of the second emergency fans are adjusted, so that a better ventilation and heat dissipation effect in the cabinet body is ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of machine room equipment, in particular to an integrated cabinet and a using method thereof.
Background
With the development of edge computing technology, edge data centers emerge in a large number, small-sized integrated cabinets taking 1-5 cabinets as a whole are applied more and more, the integrated cabinets are mostly arranged in offices of enterprises and public institutions, bank outlets, business halls of power companies and other occasions, and the integrated cabinet is a system for efficiently integrating cabinets, power distribution, UPS, air conditioners, monitoring, fire fighting and the like. The integrated cabinet is used for accommodating IT equipment such as a server and the like, and is generally provided with a column-room air conditioner and an emergency fan which is started when the column-room air conditioner does not work in order to realize cooling and heat dissipation of the IT equipment.
In the prior art, the emergency fan comprises an air supply fan and an exhaust fan which are arranged on the integrated cabinet diagonally, so that generated air flow can flow through as much space as possible in the integrated cabinet, and the IT equipment in the integrated cabinet can be cooled under the condition that an inter-row air conditioner cannot work.
However, the inventor finds that the number and the installation positions of the emergency fans are fixed, but the arrangement forms of the IT devices such as the servers in the cabinet are different, for example, the arrangement forms of the IT devices in the cabinet are full of the IT devices, the IT devices 1/2 in the cabinet are placed in the cabinet, or the IT devices 1/3 are only placed in the cabinet. Therefore, the emergency fan in the prior art is difficult to ensure the emergency ventilation and heat dissipation effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to an integrated cabinet and a method for using the same, which have better heat dissipation and ventilation effects.
Based on the above object, the present invention provides an integrated cabinet, comprising:
the cabinet bodies are arranged in parallel and comprise front door plates and rear door plates which are symmetrically arranged front and back, the front door plates are provided with first mounting holes, and the rear door plates are provided with strip-shaped second mounting holes;
the inter-row air conditioner is arranged in the cabinet body;
the first emergency fan is fixedly arranged in the first mounting hole;
the second emergency fan is detachably mounted at any position of the second mounting hole;
the wind shield is detachably arranged at other positions of the second mounting hole after the second emergency fan is mounted;
the first emergency fan installed in the first installation hole shields the first installation hole, the second installation hole avoids the inter-train air conditioner, and the second emergency fan and the wind shield installed in the second installation hole shield the second installation hole.
As an optional implementation manner, the cabinet body further includes a bottom plate and a top plate which are oppositely arranged, the front door plate and the rear door plate are vertically arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate, the cabinet body at the end portion further includes a side plate, the side plate is arranged between the bottom plate and the top plate and between the front door plate and the rear door plate, and the side plate, the top plate, the bottom plate, the front door plate and the rear door plate surround and define an accommodating space.

From the above, the integrated cabinet and the use method thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that the first mounting hole is formed in the front door plate, the first emergency fan is mounted in the first mounting hole, the strip-shaped second mounting hole is formed in the rear door plate, the second emergency fan and the wind shield are mounted in the second mounting hole, the number and the mounting position of the second emergency fan can be adjusted in an adaptive mode according to the position and the mounting number of the IT equipment arranged in the cabinet body, and therefore under the condition of different arrangement forms in the cabinet body, the good ventilation and heat dissipation effects in the cabinet body are ensured by adjusting the position and the number of the second emergency fan.

In order to achieve the above object, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides an integrated cabinet, including:
the cabinet comprises a plurality of cabinet bodies arranged in parallel, wherein each cabinet body comprises a front door panel 1 and a rear door panel 2 which are symmetrically arranged front and back, the front door panel 1 is provided with a first mounting hole, and the rear door panel 2 is provided with a strip-shaped second mounting hole 2 a;
the inter-row air conditioner is arranged in the cabinet body;
the first emergency fan 5 is fixedly arranged in the first mounting hole;
a second emergency fan 6 detachably mounted at an arbitrary position of the second mounting hole 2 a;
the wind shield 7 is detachably mounted at other positions of the second mounting hole 2a after the second emergency fan 6 is mounted;
the first emergency fan 5 installed in the first installation hole shields the first installation hole, the second installation hole 2a avoids the inter-train air conditioner, and the second emergency fan 6 and the wind shield 7 installed in the second installation hole 2a shield the second installation hole 2 a.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first mounting hole is formed in the front door panel 1, the first emergency fan 5 is mounted in the first mounting hole, the strip-shaped second mounting hole 2a is formed in the rear door panel 2, and the second emergency fan 6 and the wind shield 7 are mounted in the second mounting hole 2a, wherein the number and the mounting position of the second emergency fans 6 can be adaptively adjusted according to the position and the mounting number of IT equipment arranged in the cabinet body, so that under the condition of different arrangement forms in the cabinet body, the good ventilation and heat dissipation effects in the cabinet body are ensured by adjusting the position and the number of the second emergency fans 6.
As an optional implementation manner, the cabinet further includes a bottom plate and a top plate 3 which are oppositely disposed, the front door panel 1 and the rear door panel 2 are vertically disposed between the top plate 3 and the bottom plate, the cabinet at the end further includes a side plate 4, the side plate 4 is disposed between the bottom plate and the top plate 3 and between the front door panel 1 and the rear door panel 2, and the side plate 4, the top plate 3, the bottom plate, the front door panel 1 and the rear door panel 2 surround and limit the accommodating space.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1-2, the side plates 4, the top plate 3, the bottom plate, the front door panel 1, and the rear door panel 2 are all rectangular plate structures. The side plates 4, the top plate 3, the bottom plate, the front door panel 1 and the rear door panel 2 are all made of iron-based alloy materials with surface rust prevention treatment, and can also be made of other materials with strength meeting requirements.
Optionally, the first emergency fan 5 is an intake fan, and the second emergency fan 6 is an exhaust fan. So, set up the exhaust fan on back door plant 2, avoid directly blowing operating personnel, improve the comfort.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 to 3, the second mounting hole 2a is provided in the height direction of the rear door panel 2. The second mounting hole 2a may be vertically disposed, or may be obliquely disposed along a preset inclination angle, which is not limited specifically. The second mounting hole 2a is a linear strip, or a strip with a preset radian, and is not limited specifically.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the first mounting hole is disposed at a top end of the front door panel 1.
As an optional implementation manner, sliding rails are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the second mounting hole 2a, and the second emergency fan 6 and the wind deflector 7 are both mounted on the sliding rails and can slide to any position of the second mounting hole 2 a. Optionally, the edge portions of the wind shield 7 and the second emergency fan 6 are provided with fasteners, and when the second emergency fan 6 is located at a preset position, the slide rail is clamped by the fasteners to fix the second emergency fan 6. The wind shield 7 and the second emergency fan 6 can also be detachably mounted on the slide rail through fasteners such as bolts and the like.
Optionally, the slide rail may be fixedly connected to the rear door panel 2 by welding, or integrally formed with the rear door panel 2, which is not limited specifically.
As an optional implementation manner, the air conditioner further comprises a plurality of mounting racks for mounting the IT equipment, and the inter-column air conditioner is arranged between two adjacent mounting racks. Optionally, the second mounting holes 2a are matched with the mounting rack in position, and the number of the second emergency fans 6 is flexibly set according to the use condition of the mounting rack, so that the heat dissipation and cooling effects in the cabinet body are optimized. For example, when IT equipment is not placed in the mounting rack, the second emergency fans 6 may not be installed in the corresponding second mounting holes 2a, or a small number of the second emergency fans may be installed to assist in heat dissipation, and if the IT equipment placed in the mounting rack occupies 1/3, 1/2, or 1 of the mounting rack space, the number of the second emergency fans 6 installed in the corresponding second mounting holes 2a is increased continuously.
As an optional implementation mode, still include temperature sensor, UPS module and control management module, temperature sensor set up in the inboard of preceding door plant 1, temperature sensor, UPS module, air conditioner and first emergent fan 5 between the row and second emergent fan 6 respectively with control management module electric connection, the UPS module respectively to temperature sensor, control management module, air conditioner between the row, first emergent fan 5 and the power supply of second emergent fan 6. Therefore, the cabinet is monitored to control the start and stop of the first emergency fan 5 and the second emergency fan 6.

the cabinet bodies are arranged in parallel and comprise front door plates and rear door plates which are symmetrically arranged front and back, the front door plates are provided with first mounting holes, and the rear door plates are provided with strip-shaped second mounting holes;
the inter-row air conditioner is arranged in the cabinet body;
the first emergency fan is fixedly arranged in the first mounting hole;
the second emergency fan is detachably mounted at any position of the second mounting hole;
the wind shield is detachably arranged at other positions of the second mounting hole after the second emergency fan is mounted;
the first emergency fan installed in the first installation hole shields the first installation hole, the second installation hole avoids the inter-train air conditioner, and the second emergency fan and the wind shield installed in the second installation hole shield the second installation hole.
2. The integrated cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the cabinet body further comprises a bottom plate and a top plate which are oppositely arranged, the front door panel and the rear door panel are vertically arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate, the cabinet body at the end part further comprises side plates which are arranged between the bottom plate and the top plate and between the front door panel and the rear door panel, and the side plates, the top plate, the bottom plate, the front door panel and the rear door panel surround and define an accommodating space.

5. The integrated cabinet of claim 1, wherein the first mounting hole is disposed at a top end of the front door panel.
6. The integrated cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the second mounting hole is symmetrically provided with slide rails on both sides, and the second emergency fan and the wind deflector are both mounted on the slide rails and can slide to any position of the second mounting hole.
7. The integrated cabinet of claim 1, further comprising a plurality of mounting brackets for mounting IT equipment, wherein the inter-column air conditioner is disposed between two adjacent mounting brackets.

The integrated cabinet according to claim 1, further comprising a temperature sensor, a UPS module and a monitoring management module, wherein the temperature sensor is disposed on an inner side of the front door panel, the temperature sensor, the UPS module, the inter-column air conditioner and the first emergency fan and the second emergency fan are electrically connected to the monitoring management module respectively, and the UPS module supplies power to the temperature sensor, the monitoring management module, the inter-column air conditioner, the first emergency fan and the second emergency fan respectively.
9. A method for using an integrated cabinet, wherein the integrated cabinet is the integrated cabinet of any one of claims 1 to 8, and the method for using the integrated cabinet comprises the following steps:
the monitoring management module monitors the working state of the UPS module, if the UPS outputs a normal mode signal, the inter-row air conditioner works normally, the first emergency fan and the second emergency fan are not started, and if the UPS outputs a battery mode signal, the inter-row air conditioner stops working, and the first emergency fan and the second emergency fan are started;
