Abstract

Background
In the current era of digitalization and informatization, the demand of people for information is greatly increased. In the rail transit industry, the integration of multimedia elements is becoming more and more widespread. The Passenger Information System (PIS) does not only provide information such as waiting, transfer, arrival, time and the like for passengers, but also comprehensively displays information such as videos, images, characters and the like by combining the current advanced network technology and multimedia technology, and provides public media information such as media news, government announcements, travel references, tourist guides, live events, commercial advertisements and the like for the passengers.
In a Passenger Information System (PIS), a PIS management platform center collects the train information and the media information, synthesizes a display format and pictures, and plays the information at a platform, a station hall and a train terminal to realize the display of the passenger information.
In the broadcast control equipment in the prior art, the synthesis and manufacture of the display format are completed at a management platform end, the video decoding is completed on a video server, and the format and the content issued by the management platform end and the video decoding are closely related to a hardware architecture and an operating system corresponding to a broadcast controller, namely, the manufacture and the update of the display template are not separated from the application program of the broadcast controller, so that the manufacture and the update of the display format are completed by professional personnel, the technical requirement on the mold manufacture is high, and the manufacture and the update efficiency of the template are low. Therefore, since the making of the display template and the application program (broadcast control software) of the broadcast controller are not separated, the making and updating of the template need to be completed by professional personnel, and due to the strong correlation of the two, the interface of the broadcast control software and other modules such as a fire fighting system and an ATS system becomes more complicated and is inconvenient for flexible updating.
In the broadcast control equipment in the prior art, the decoding mode of audio and video media files or live videos adopts hardware decoding, and the GPU of the PIS server completes the video decoding work. Then the display template and the display template are combined into a complete display picture, and the complete display picture is divided into multiple paths and is issued to a plurality of display terminals. However, the hardware decoding cost is high, and the PIS must add a dedicated video server and configure a high-performance GPU to complete the video decoding and speed up. The decoded video format is influenced by the GPU, only part of the format video can be analyzed, although the picture is smooth, the picture quality is slightly poor, and the user experience is reduced.

The invention mainly solves the technical problems that the interfaces of the broadcast control software and other modules such as a fire fighting system and an ATS system become more complex and are inconvenient to update flexibly in the prior art, and provides intelligent integrated broadcast control equipment.
The invention also aims to solve the technical problem that the decoding video format is influenced by the GPU in the prior art, and provides intelligent integrated broadcast control equipment. The device adopts a software video decoding mode, a video server and a GPU are omitted, and the obtained video can be an audited video file or a live broadcast website or network data packet mode. The playing of local videos, network videos and live streams is realized. The decoding plug-in is plug and play and can support all common video formats. The video is smoothly played, and the picture is excellent.
