Abstract
The invention discloses a local area network fault-based diagnosis system which comprises a control module, a detection module, an application module, a notification module, a work order creation module, a work order management module, a work order closing module and a statistic module. The invention can realize timely detection, diagnosis and maintenance when some network equipment in the local area network has faults, can avoid the occurrence of the matters that the operation of the system is influenced by the fact that a user can operate an application module without faults, has simple structural logic and convenient construction, and is also provided with a statistical module for carrying out classified statistics on the fault conditions, for example, the statistical module carries out the classified statistics on the fault conditions according to the time period, the fault type and the dimensionality of maintainers so as to record the problems encountered by the maintainers in the daily maintenance work and solve the problems for reference of other maintainers.

Background
The local area network connects various computers, external devices and databases in a certain area to form a computer communication network, and is connected with local area networks or databases in other places through a special data line to form a wider information processing system. The local area network connects network interconnection equipment such as a network server, a network workstation, a printer and the like through a network transmission medium, and communication services such as system management files, shared application software, office equipment, work schedule sending and the like are realized. a work order creation module coupled to the control module, the work order creation module configured to allow a service person to create a service work order;
the work order management module is respectively connected with the work order creation module and the control module and is configured to manage and overhaul work orders;
the work order closing module is respectively connected with the work order management module and the control module, and is configured to be used for evaluating a processing result by a maintainer and a user after the maintainer finishes processing a fault and closing the maintenance work order after the maintainer and the user evaluate the processing result;
and the statistical module is connected with the control module and is used for carrying out classified statistics on the fault conditions.
Further, the notification message includes at least one of a mail, an in-station message, and a short message.
Further, the work order creating module is configured to allow the maintenance personnel to create related maintenance work orders independently when the user informs the maintenance personnel through other ways that the application report operation is not performed.
Further, the management of the service work order includes querying, assigning, and viewing service information for the service work order.
Further, the statistical module is used for carrying out classification statistics on the fault conditions according to the time period, the fault types and the dimension of the maintainers.

The detection module is connected with the control module and is configured to detect whether the network equipment fails or not, and when the network equipment fails, the detection module sends out a first signal; the application module is respectively connected with the detection module and the control module and is configured to be activated after receiving the first signal so that a user can apply for a report filling operation and send out a maintenance signal; the notification module is respectively connected with the application module and the control module, and is configured to receive the maintenance signal and send a notification message to a maintenance person to notify the maintenance person to respond; the work order creating module is connected with the control module and is configured to be used for a maintainer to create a maintenance work order; the work order management module is respectively connected with the work order creation module and the control module, and is configured to manage and overhaul work orders; the work order closing module is respectively connected with the work order management module and the control module, and is configured to be used for evaluating a processing result by a maintainer and a user after the maintainer finishes processing a fault, and closing a maintenance work order after the maintainer and the user evaluate the processing result; the statistical module is connected with the control module and used for carrying out classified statistics on the fault conditions.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
s1, when the detection module detects that some network devices in the local area network have faults, the detection module sends a first signal to the application module, the application module is activated after receiving the first signal, so that the application module can be operated by a user, the problem that the operation of the system is affected by the fact that the user can operate the application module without faults is avoided, the user can perform a filling operation, for example, filling a maintenance application form and submitting an application maintenance service, and after the filling operation is completed, the application module sends a maintenance signal to the notification module;
s2, after receiving the maintenance signal, the notification module sends notification information to the maintenance personnel, wherein the notification information comprises at least one of a mail, an in-station message and a short message;
s3, after the overhaul personnel receives the notification message, the overhaul work order can be created through the work order creation module, in addition, the overhaul personnel can be informed through other ways aiming at the user, when the application report operation is not carried out, the overhaul personnel can be supported to independently create the relevant overhaul work order, in addition, the overhaul personnel can also manage the overhaul work order through the work order management module, for example, the overhaul work order is inquired, assigned and examined for overhaul information.
And S4, when the fault handling of the maintainer is completed, the maintainer and the user can evaluate the handling result respectively in the work order closing module, and the work order closing module closes the maintenance work order after the maintainer and the user evaluate the handling result.

1. A local area network fault based diagnostic system, comprising:
a control module;
the detection module is connected with the control module and is configured to detect whether a network device fails or not, and when the network device fails, the detection module sends out a first signal;
the application module is respectively connected with the detection module and the control module and is configured to be activated after receiving a first signal so as to enable a user to carry out application and report operation and send out a maintenance signal;
a notification module respectively connected with the application module and the control module, wherein the notification module is configured to receive the maintenance signal and send a notification message to a maintenance person to notify the maintenance person to respond;
a work order creation module coupled to the control module, the work order creation module configured to allow a service person to create a service work order;
the work order management module is respectively connected with the work order creation module and the control module and is configured to manage and overhaul work orders;
the work order closing module is respectively connected with the work order management module and the control module, and is configured to be used for evaluating a processing result by a maintainer and a user after the maintainer finishes processing a fault and closing the maintenance work order after the maintainer and the user evaluate the processing result;
and the statistical module is connected with the control module and is used for carrying out classified statistics on the fault conditions.
2. The local area network fault based diagnostic system of claim 1, wherein the notification message comprises at least one of an email, an on-site message, and a text message.
3. The local area network fault based diagnosis system according to claim 1, wherein said work order creation module is configured to allow the service personnel to autonomously create the relevant service work order when the user informs the service personnel through other means that the application report operation is not performed.
4. The local area network fault based diagnostic system of claim 1, wherein the management of the service work order comprises querying, assigning, and viewing service information to the service work order.
5. The local area network fault based diagnosis system according to claim 1, wherein said statistics module performs classification statistics on fault conditions according to time period, fault type and maintainer dimension.
