Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of emergency broadcasting, in particular to an emergency broadcasting method based on an unmanned aerial vehicle.
Background
When emergency states such as typhoon, earthquake and the like occur, a local wireless network is interrupted, a local broadcast television transmission network is interrupted, and people cannot obtain rescue messages. Some unmanned aerial vehicles are additionally provided with a loudspeaker to carry out emergency broadcasting and release rescue information; the shortcoming is that coverage is little, and unmanned aerial vehicle distance just can not hear far away, and unmanned aerial vehicle flies to, can't hear completely on ground. There is a need for an emergency broadcast method, which performs emergency broadcast and releases rescue messages when local wireless network and local broadcast are interrupted, has a wide coverage area, maintains stable broadcast, and can be completely received on the ground.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an emergency broadcasting method based on an unmanned aerial vehicle, which carries out emergency broadcasting and releases rescue information when a local wireless network and local broadcasting are interrupted, has a large coverage area, keeps stable broadcasting and can be completely received on the ground.
Specifically, an emergency broadcasting method based on an unmanned aerial vehicle comprises the following steps:
step 1) the emergency broadcast platform downloads the emergency broadcast message to an adapter through a wired network, a wireless network, an optical fiber network or a broadcast television transmission network.
And step 2) the adapter outputs the emergency broadcast message in the TS data form or the FM-CDR data form and transmits the emergency broadcast message to the transmitting device.
And 3) the transmitting device transmits a broadcast television signal containing the emergency broadcast message, wherein the broadcast television signal is one of a DTMB signal, an FM-CDR signal or a DVB-S signal.
And 4) remotely receiving the broadcast television signals by a receiving device of the unmanned aerial vehicle to obtain emergency broadcast messages, and transmitting the emergency broadcast messages to a transmitting device of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
And 5) the transmitting device of the unmanned aerial vehicle transmits a broadcast television signal containing the emergency broadcast message to the local, wherein the broadcast television signal is a DTMB signal or an FM-CDR signal.
And 6) receiving the broadcast television signal containing the emergency broadcast message by the local emergency broadcast receiving terminal to obtain the emergency broadcast message.
And 7) converting the content form of the emergency broadcast message by the local emergency broadcast receiving terminal, wherein the content form comprises characters, pictures, audio and video.
And 8) outputting the emergency broadcast message in the corresponding content form by the local emergency broadcast receiving terminal according to the difference of the playing terminals, and playing the emergency broadcast message for a loudspeaker, a television or an outdoor large screen.
And 9) establishing a wireless local area network by the local emergency broadcast receiving terminal, and providing the emergency broadcast message to a mobile phone, a tablet and a computer which are accessed to the wireless local area network in a push or on-demand mode.
Further, the wireless local area network is a 5G or 6G network.
Further, in the network request emergency broadcast message of step 9, the same emergency broadcast message may select versions in different content formats.
Further, the step 8 of playing the emergency broadcast message through a loudspeaker, a television or an outdoor large screen is synchronous playing, repeated playing, timed playing and on-demand playing.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the emergency broadcast message is remotely transmitted to the unmanned aerial vehicle through a broadcast television signal transmission network. The unmanned aerial vehicle is high in position, and can receive broadcasting television signals remotely transmitted by other places. When the local wireless network and the local broadcast television transmission network are interrupted due to disasters, the emergency broadcast platform can transmit emergency broadcast messages to the unmanned aerial vehicle by using the non-local broadcast television transmission network, and the system is stable and reliable.
2) The receiving device of the unmanned aerial vehicle remotely receives the broadcast television signals to obtain the emergency broadcast messages, and the local broadcast television broadcasts are carried out through the transmitting device of the unmanned aerial vehicle, so that the large-range coverage of the local emergency broadcast messages is realized, the local emergency broadcast messages can cover dozens of kilometers, and the coverage range is large.
3) And the local emergency broadcast receiving terminal receives broadcast television signals containing the emergency broadcast messages to obtain the emergency broadcast messages, outputs audio and video for broadcasting, and establishes a local wireless local area network for network push or on demand. The emergency broadcast message can be completely received on the ground, and the stable broadcast and the repeated broadcast are realized.
4) And converting the content form of the emergency broadcast message, wherein the content form comprises characters, images, audio or audio and video, and outputting the emergency broadcast message in the corresponding content form to a loudspeaker, a television or an outdoor large screen for playing according to the difference of playing ends. The broadcasting can be realized by adapting to different broadcasting ends, the broadcasting form is diversified, and people with hearing impairment, visual impairment and low literacy rate can receive emergency broadcast messages.
5) The emergency broadcast message is provided for a mobile phone, a tablet and a computer which are accessed to the wireless local area network in a push or on-demand mode. The network requests the emergency broadcast message, and the same emergency broadcast message can select versions with different content forms. The network broadcasting mode is diversified, and people with hearing impairment, visual impairment and low literacy rate can receive emergency broadcast messages.
