Examples
In order to solve the problem of difficulty in cost accounting in the prior art, embodiments of the present application provide a method, an apparatus, a server, and a storage medium for cost accounting, so as to conveniently complete cost accounting of an engineering project, reduce investment of human resources, and reduce accounting cost.
First, in order to more intuitively understand the solution provided by the embodiment of the present application, a system architecture of the resource allocation solution provided by the embodiment of the present application is described below with reference to fig. 1.
Fig. 1 is a schematic application environment diagram of a cost accounting method, device, server, and storage medium according to one or more embodiments of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, a first user terminal, a second user terminal, and a third user terminal are respectively in communication connection with a server for resource allocation through a network to perform data exchange. The first user terminal, the second user terminal, and the third user terminal may be a smart phone, a Personal Computer (PC), a tablet computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), or the like. The server may be a web server, a database server, or the like. The network may be a wired or wireless network.
The cost accounting method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to a server. For convenience of description, the embodiments of the present application are described with reference to a server as an implementation subject, unless otherwise specified.
It is to be understood that the described execution body does not constitute a limitation of the embodiments of the present application.
The cost accounting method provided in the embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 2, which is a flowchart of a cost accounting method provided in an embodiment of the present application, the cost accounting method may include the following steps:
step S201, receiving a resource allocation request aiming at a target project, which is sent by a first user terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the target project refers to one project in engineering projects. When a manager on the target project site needs to apply for resource allocation, a resource allocation request for the target project can be sent to the server through the first user terminal.
The resource allocation request carries a resource planning amount (i.e., a resource amount requested to be allocated) and a request category, the resource in the resource planning amount may include at least one of manpower, material, and mechanical equipment, and the request category may be an emergency request and a non-emergency request.
Further, the resource allocation request may also include a time limit of the requested resource, such as the request for allocating one engineering vehicle and two workers on the same day.
Step S202, judging whether the request type is an emergency request, if so, executing step S203; if not, go to step S204.
And S203, distributing project resources for the target project based on the resource planning amount and the current allocable resource amount and generating a resource distribution work order.
If the request type is an emergency request, the resource is urgently needed and the resource should be satisfied preferentially. At this point, project resources may be allocated for the target project based on the projected amount of resources and the current amount of allocable resources and a resource allocation work order may be generated. When the project resources are allocated based on the requirement that the target project is guaranteed as much as possible, if the resource plan amount is less than or equal to the current allocable resource amount, directly allocating the resources with the same resource plan amount to the target project, and if the resource plan amount is greater than the current allocable resource amount, allocating all the allocable resources to the target project.
For example, the resource scheduling amount in the resource scheduling request is 5 machines a. If the number of the mechanical devices a in the currently allocable resource is 6, 5 mechanical devices a may be allocated to the target project, and if the number of the mechanical devices a in the currently allocable resource is 4, only 4 mechanical devices a may be allocated to the target project.
Furthermore, the resource requested by the resource allocation request may be multiple, and a situation may occur in which two resources must be used in combination, and if a certain resource amount is requested to be greater than the current allocable resource amount, and another resource correspondingly matched with the certain resource amount is smaller than the current allocable resource amount, the requested resource greater than the current allocable resource amount is used as the standard when allocating the project resource.
For example, the resources requested by the resource allocation request are mechanical devices B and C, the mechanical devices B and the mechanical devices C must be used in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and assuming that the number of the resources requested by the resource allocation request is 3, the number of the mechanical devices B in the currently allocable resources is 3, and the number of the mechanical devices C in the currently allocable resources is 2, 2 mechanical devices B and 2 mechanical devices C may be allocated to the target project when the project resource is allocated.
And S204, distributing project resources for the target project and generating a resource distribution work order based on the project progress of the target project, the priority of the target project, the project progress of the non-target project, the priority of the non-target project and the current allocable resource amount.
If the request type is not an emergency request, when allocating project resources for the target project, the project resources can be allocated for the target project and resource allocation work orders can be generated according to the project progress of the target project, the priority of the target project, the project progress of the non-target project, the priority of the non-target project and the current allocable resource amount.
The non-target project is a project except the target project in the same engineering project.
In the embodiment of the application, the project schedule may refer to a project completion schedule or a project remaining time, and the lower the project completion schedule or the shorter the project remaining time is, the more urgent the project time is, and when the project resources are allocated, the resources are preferentially allocated or a greater proportion of the resources are allocated.
The priority of the project can be determined according to the value-producing target of the project or the node attribute of the project, the node attribute of the project can be a key node or a non-key node, the higher the value of the project is, the more important the project is, and resources are preferentially allocated or more proportion of resources are allocated when the project resources are allocated. When the project resources are distributed to the projects of which the node attributes are the key nodes, the resources are preferentially distributed or more proportion of the resources are distributed to the projects of which the node attributes are the non-key nodes.
In the embodiment of the present application, a project whose node attribute is a key node refers to a more key project in the whole project, for example, a project whose completion progress affects the completion progress of other projects.
It should be noted that the above scheme of allocating project resources for a target project based on the project progress of the target project, the priority of the target project, the project progress of a non-target project, the priority of a non-target project, and the current allocable resource amount is applicable to a situation where the current allocable resource amount cannot satisfy resource requirements of all projects in an engineering project. If the current allocable resource quantity meets the resource requirements of all projects, project resources can be directly allocated for the target project according to the resource plan quantity and the request type carried in the resource allocation request.
And S205, sending the generated resource allocation work order to a second user terminal so that a user of the second user terminal can carry out resource allocation according to the received resource allocation work order.
In the embodiment of the application, the server also sends the generated resource allocation work order to the second user terminal after generating the resource allocation work order, so that a user of the second user terminal can conveniently perform resource dispatching according to the received resource allocation work order. And the second user terminal is terminal equipment of the order dispatching user side.
Further, after the resource allocation work order is generated and before the resource is allocated, it may be that some resources in the allocable resources cannot be allocated due to some emergency conditions (for example, some personnel are allocated to other projects due to an emergency condition, a mechanical device failure, etc.), so that the resource amount in the resource allocation work order exceeds the current available resource amount, and further resources cannot be allocated according to the resource allocation work order, at this time, an early warning prompt may be generated, so that project managers reallocate project resources for the target project, or an early warning prompt may be generated and project resources may be reallocated for the target project according to the method described in the foregoing steps S201-S204.
In the embodiment of the application, resources such as personnel, materials, mechanical equipment and the like can be positioned in a satellite positioning mode, the server can obtain the position information of the currently allocable resources, and when the resource allocation work order is sent to the second user terminal, the generated resource allocation work order and the position information of the currently allocable resources can be sent to the second user terminal, so that a user of the second user terminal can perform resource assignment according to the received resource allocation work order and the position information of the currently allocable resources. When the order is dispatched, the resources which are closer to the target project location can be preferentially allocated, so that the allocation of the resources is convenient, and the allocation cost is reduced.
And S206, receiving a sign-in confirmation list uploaded by the third user terminal and aiming at the distribution work order.
And the on-site responsible person of the target project can sign and distribute the resources of the work order on the site, and upload a sign-in confirmation list aiming at the distributed work order to the server through a third user terminal, wherein the sign-in confirmation list comprises the number of the received resources.
The person signing for the site can be the same user as the person applying for allocating the resources, that is, the third user terminal can be the same terminal device as the first user terminal.
And S207, updating the resource consumption of the target project based on the receipt confirmation list so as to count the project cost.
After receiving the sign-off confirmation form uploaded by the third user terminal and aiming at the allocation work order, the server can update the resource consumption of the target project based on the sign-off confirmation form so as to count the project cost according to the resource consumption of the target project.
According to the cost accounting method provided by the embodiment of the application, when the request type carried in the resource allocation request is an emergency request, project resources are allocated for the target project according to the resource plan amount and the current allocable resource amount, and a resource allocation work order is generated. Meanwhile, the data source is real and reliable due to the combination of the internet of things technology, the accuracy and the efficiency of the data are improved, and the data acquisition cost is saved. Secondly, through the positioning of the resources, the resources which are closer to the target project location can be allocated preferentially when the order is dispatched, so that the allocation of the resources is facilitated, and the allocation cost is reduced. In addition, the resource consumption of the project can be updated in time, the automation of cost data statistics and summarization can be realized, the cost data statistics flow is simplified, the investment of human resources is reduced, the data processing is efficient and accurate, and the accounting cost is reduced.
In a second aspect, please refer to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a cost accounting apparatus, which is applied to a server, and the cost accounting apparatus includes:
